Quality parts at oem specs an beyond always on time for my last minute fixes
Ordered rotors, brakepads for 2015 500C Fiat Abarth. The parts sent to me were obviously for a truck! They asked for pics of the parts side by side for comparison. I took my tires off again to show them. Then they took over a week to get back to me asking me to basically take my car apart AGAIN so i can send them measurments when the parts are obviously way too big and the bolt pattern is way off.they are ignoring me now with my request to just return all the wrong parts they sent and get refunded my money. What a nightmare dealing with partsavatar.

I spent about $1000 on upper and lower control arms for my car. After 11 months, they started to make noise again. I did not have time and didn't know to get a hold of Avatar! By the time I did passed by 14 days and they said my warranty had ended past one year! So much work yo install these parts now. Not only do I have to buy new parts also I have to take them off and reinstall new ones! I will not buy anything from Avatar anymore and will leave them a Google review as well.

It's states 1-3 day's delivery if spend over $100 but you will be lucky if they send it within a week. Terrible customer service as well I would not recommend ordering from here. Autopartsway is way better, at least the part comes on time.

While the website is great for sourcing parts, your fulfillment and shipping leaves a lot to be desired. The website is plastered with 3 day shipping but after 3 days it was still processing. And maybe I could just look past that but then in trying to find out when my products would arrive your customer service team gave no real assurances that my parts were on their way. At the end your site displayed that the courier picked up the package but it also still said preparing for shipping with no tracking information whatsoever. I can't say I would recommend nor would I be looking to purchase in the future. I thought being a Canadian company - there would be some sort of customer service but I get better service with Amazon or other parts distributors

Ordered a fuel pump assembly which was to include the wiring harness. Received order and the wiring harness was missing. I understand that mistakes happen. I quickly realized that this company does not have a phone number, so all correspondence is via email, which is very frustrating, as you have to wait for someone to get back to you. My vehicle is sitting on a hoist at my mechanics, presently, and I am stuck, waiting for the missing part. I am told it will take 24 hours for the "team"
To get back to me. I should've purchased locally. Lesson learned. The measure of a company is how they handle situations like this. I will have to wait and see what happens. Hopefully this will be solved quickly. If resolved favourably, my review will be changed to reflect this.

I paid $1200. For top of the line complete brakes from a well known box store. My mechanic said go to OEM and go on line which I did, ending up at Parts Avatar. Complete set of OEM (a grade down from what I had from the box store) Raybestos brakes $385.00. Haven't installed yet and I assume they are right. Will update if not.

Couple weeks ago I purchased online some parts for my vehicle, but next day I went to the warehouse to return one item ($448.76 + GST). A week after, I received the refund of $400.52.
A customer service Rep basically said that they had to get a re-stock fee from my refund, something that I was not expecting after paying that amount of money.
