Customer service is horrible! Robotic responses, couldnt tell me when it would deliver went fr 12-36 hours to 2-3 days. Woupd not allow me to cancel my order even though it was with their personal courier and could not provide tracking. All of this is after it was supposed to be delivered. They have no phone lines! Second time i tried them first time i got the wrong part, never again!

I purchased brakes from here that were supposed to fit. I put in everything correct (even now it says they're the correct fit, they're not). I didn't have a chance to install the brakes right away so they've been sitting for a few months and we're now out of the return window. Customer service says there is nothing they can do and that the manufacturer won't help either because they were deliver 2.5 months ago. I won't be purchasing from here again as I'm now stuck with Front Rotors that don't fit and have to buy them elsewhere.
