The issue i have is that there is no options for shipping to be sped up. It takes at least a week after an order has been processed, paid for, and receipt sent to get any progress. That 1 - 3 day delivery promise doesnt even make being processed. For example I have an order processed Aug 25 th, finally gets " shipped " on the 28th of August. Its Aug 31st and the order hasnt been updated leaving etobicoke on the 28th? That puts delivery around the 5th of Sept.? 1 - 3 days? Get bent here is the proof of purchase

Sent wrong part and dont want to send return paid postage. Not recommended, I added my cehicle details in thier vehicle selection and than ordered recommended part, now they sent me wrong part and dont want to be responsible for shipping

Poor service.

Ordered twice now from this company. First time took 2 plus weeks to receive item. Next time still took 2 weeks. Yes free shipping but if you have a core or need to return it's on YOUR expense to ship back. I will not be dealing with this place again.

Missing and split order

Placed an order on Aug 18, only one package arrived. Other parts only state that a label is printed. It was supposed to arrive nearly a week ago. Can't call Parts Avatar, only chat or email. No fix yet. So it appears some are still waiting to get shipped and yet I get updates stating some parts Canpar has and is going to deliver and Canpar has no idea where it is! They too are a company that has no telephone number to call. Might be the last time for me to use Parts Avatar!

Bought two parts from avatar parts. The thermostat comes with no gasket but photo has gasket. Worst of all, radiator has a very deep straight cat cross and unluck I inspected all of before I put back to my car. Otherwisse it would be other disaster while driving on the road. Coolant will be wasted, engine will get overheat again, will be lot of disassembling again. A huge wasting of my time and money.

Bad experience with returns
September 30, 2023

Used to buy all my spare parts with them but the one time I needed a refound/exchange learned you have to buy the part again and it'll be reinbursed within 10 days. I can't have my car sitting at the shop for 20+ days waiting for parts I already waited for. I'd stick to simple replacement parts if I was buying from them again

Parts Avatar sent me the wrong (expensive) part for my vehicle and would NOT refund me. IMAGINE! All I wanted was either refund me or send me the correct part. After 3 requests they would not help me. Then they sign off their emails with...'Your Customer Service Team'. What customer Service? They make a mistake sending me the wrong part (well over $100 dollars) and refuse to rectify their mistake. Look elsewhere people for your auto parts needs. This could happen to you as well. In all my dealings of buying from Online Companies I have never had such an experience. They have totally screwed me over and kept my money. I'm stuck with a useless part that I do not even know what it is for.

Customer Service Terrible

I have just finished with the worst customer service chat ever! Would not, could not help me with a return. I just want my return label (which I am paying for) so I can return a part. Customer service just keeps copying and pasting the same thing over and over to me! They are not answering my question or dealing with my issue! Very very frustrating process! I just want my return label so I can send back a part we did not use! Should be pretty simple.

I received the right exhaust manifold for a 2013 ford F 150 3.5l engine instead of the 5.0 engine that was selected. I need to replace both manifolds. They were ordered at the same time from the same web page. This is extremely frustrating as I need to get the vehicle safetied.

Ordered rotors, brakepads for 2015 500C Fiat Abarth. The parts sent to me were obviously for a truck! They asked for pics of the parts side by side for comparison. I took my tires off again to show them. Then they took over a week to get back to me asking me to basically take my car apart AGAIN so i can send them measurments when the parts are obviously way too big and the bolt pattern is way off.they are ignoring me now with my request to just return all the wrong parts they sent and get refunded my money. What a nightmare dealing with partsavatar.
