PT******* Item available online, but not in stock? Waiting for 3 months for this part and no follow-up or sourcing the part from another supplier? Even Amazon has this part available. But it was my fault to wait for the PartsAvatar team to come through.
There's been a lack of follow-up on the parts avatar team. And if I didn't remind them that I'm still waiting for my parts, I doubt they'd remember. They should have a system in place to remind them of back order items or customers pending with an incomplete order. Their website has this in place, but their personnel lack communication with customers.

Fast shipping, even outside the GTA. Great selection of parts with a range of prices and quality levels. In Belleville, Ontario we only have Canadian Tire, their other brand PartSource, and Napa for parts. Two of these are the same company with the same products and frustrating websites. Parts Avatar beats all of them for selection, pricing and customer service.
