Ordered parts for timing belt tensionioner and the timing idler for a 96 sebring. Was sent the wrong idler wheel. Car is aparet in a garage im paying to do the work.long story short i made the mistake of reordering the correct part from this company. Had to pay freight of 15 dollors to have a part shipped which should have been sent in the first order. After paying my bill I asked to have an alternator belt added to the order which wou;ld qualify me for free shipping. The total difference would have been $ 7.64.I WAS SENT A PAYPAL INVOICE FOR 25$ AND SOME CENTS. After 3 days of round and round with their so called customer service. I wanted my order of the belt and pulley sent or my money refunded. Just got sent notice of the shipping of pulley only. I dont want their parts i want my money back and to have nothing to do with this bunch again.pretty disdgraceful they will not honor their own shipping policy

Could probably cut down on the packing. It was huge for a 13" wiper blade. Wishing I could select a specific courier. So I could use my PO box mailing address. Had to drive to the next town to pick it up at my in-laws.

Buyer beware…wanted to buy brake kit as it said "free shipping" at checkout. Paid and credit card charged, thinking my brakes were on the way BUT then we got email several days later saying it's extra $144 to ship! Wow, now we are cancelling order…found another place cheaper.
