I had 7 laggauges they all lost! The Parcel2go never responded. They does not care. Who stoled my luggages then? I received the money but money does give back everything. We should be together and talk with lawyer to make this work this company! It's not fair. No one is happy with their job!
Dropped 2 parcels off May 15th and still they ignore me. I have contacted them 4 times and they keep telling me they are looking into it. Yet they never get back to me. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
100 characters is not enough to describe this joke of a company. Parcel still in transit since 29 April, today is 11 June! Absolutely avoid. Put in a claim as they said they couldn't find the parcel, they asked for all sorts of proof, which I sent, all of which was inputted on their system by themselves only to be told 2 days later that the claim had been rejected as the parcel was at the depot and to be more patient as Yodel had got a back log as their printer had broke! I absolutely kid you not! Oh, and before a keyboard warrior pops along from Parcel2go asking me to contact customer services, don't bother, I have, 6 times and been lied to. And for the love of god, do not ask me to be patient as that diminished quite a while ago, probably around the time of the printer broke. I did send an email to the CEO, Mr James Greenbury who said he'd passed my complaint on to his escalation team to investigate, heard nothing, he certainly leads from the top. Also sent an email to Yodels CEO obviously heard nothing, computer must have kippered it now. Idiots.
I sent a parcel to Europe using their UPS (DDP) duty paid service. I attached all the paperwork that they emailed to me. Now they tell me it doesn't have any paperwork and it is stuck in customers and requested I send them more paperwork. I have sent it and now they are ignoring me. That is 2 failures out of 2 orders that I have made with them. They won't even respond to my emails. Be aware if anyone is a stupid as me to even consider using their DDP service. I bitterly regret giving them another go. NEVER EVER AGAIN! You see see the proof below and the previous orders that failed.
Parcel through Parcel2go, a childs jacket (£20 value), with DPD to Germany.
We were held to Ransom to pay €212 duty for the £20 jacket.
We refused and requested return.
Parcel is now "lost".
We claimed and now, 3 months later after much delay are asked fir the receipt we no longer have.

I used Parcel 2 go and booked an Inpost service to deliver a Playstation to be have an HDMI cable port replaced. Inpost said the parcel was delivered, I checked with the company and guess what, they were closed. He then checked his video door bell and no one had been to the property at that time... lies and theft?
Anyone I had insured the parcel, this is where Pacrel2Go have their moment to shine... I sent all the required paperwork proving the playstation and how much it cost me and that the receiver did not receive it. All sent off. Not good enough, needed another copy of invoice... not good enough... now want a copy of my bank statement or credit card I paid with... provided... now they want details proving how much the receiver paid... they didn't pay it was sent for a repair...
So steal my playstation then make it almost impossible to claim for insurance
I've ordered a product meant to be delivered on a Monday. Courier attempted delivery on Saturday without leaving any information whatsoever about delivery itself.
Online tracking is rubbish, not uploading informations during the whole journey.
I've got in touch with customer service after few days that at first said delivery would have been updated and performed day after.
Nothing happening and being in second week I again get in touch just to be told product has been sent back to seller since driver could not find the location, that is an absolutely normal property getting dozens of deliveries.
Terrible service, don't know if botched by a deadbrain courier or what, but I no not recommend this service at all.
Parcel was damaged in transit and despite paying extra for insurance, they refused to pay out. You cannot speak to them on the phone and they don't reply to emails. Avoid!
Do not use! I was returning a £289 cabinet to the supplier, paid for transit with Parcel2Go (including insurance) and packaged it up with layers of carboard, polystyrene, plastic and bubble wrap, only to be told it arrived bashed and damaged.
I put a claim in to Parcels2Go, as it was clearly their fault - I had photos to prove everything. However, I have been told (after 3 weeks) that I won't get a refund. They literally have one job: to transport things safely, and they can't do this. The outer was clearly damaged, yet they still felt it was ok to deliver like this. I've no idea how they deemed this ok (photos attached).
Again, do not use - they also make it very difficult to contact them, and don't even send you proper documents (presumably so they can deny liability at a later stage).

I am absolutely shocked and appalled at the service they have provided.
I shipped £350 worth of goods via parcel2go and UPS was the courier. The goods were damaged in transit and subsequently UPS disposed of them and passed on details to Parcel 2 Go.
I never hear of this from Parcel 2 Go and I have to find out via engaging them in live chat 2 weeks later because they were too lazy to tell me. They are now refusing to refund me ANYTHING for this because I didn't take out protection insurance on my parcel.
I have spoken to UPS who said they would refund or partially refund me; however, they have said that all of this goes through Parcel 2 Go. Parcel 2 Go are point blank refusing to engage with me or refund me ANY of the £350.
They may even be taking the money from UPS and keeping it for themselves. On top of the £70 I have paid them to take my parcel, which got broken...
I am absolutely distraught and concerned by this. Energy bills are rising and I don't have enough cash for day to day. This huge corporation does not care about the little people in life and are all about money.
They are the worst company I have ever encountered and I am left full of anxiety and struggling with mental health issues because of this.
I cannot tell you how much you should avoid them. Do not engage with this company in any circumstances, they have no interest in your service or well-being.
I will be spreading the word via every review site on the internet. £350 (plus the £70 I paid them) is at least 10 days of my time so I have a lot of commitment to ensuring this does not end well for them.
Good luck in finding a different provider as you should turn around and keep googling.

Sold my guitar on marketplace and chatted back and forward to the buyer who was very pleasant and excited about receiving his first proper guitar (Fender Stratocaster worth £450). I took insurance out on the guitar which guaranteed the guitar up to the value of £5,000 so I thought it would be safe to send. I also took the guaranteed delivery so it would arrive in time. It wasn't until it didn't turn up on time I started reading reviews and I was absolutely horrified as this company "loses" items all the time and offers people little or no money in return insured or not.
I opened a claim but I haven't heard back from Parcel2Go but I know the guitar is "lost" as they've told the buyer but not me. They deliberately delay customers claims and then say it's outside a timeframe for you to do anything about it. The other problem with this company is its impossible to contact them. There is a facebook group set up for victims of this company, which gives you an idea of how corrupt they are.
I am going to e-mail a few consumer tv shows as I have family friends who work for the BBC and I think this company need exposed for who they really are. Please think carefully about sending anything through them.
Awful service, they lost my parcel then refused to reimburse me for the lost goods. They try to force you to take insurance, but the law is clear on paying for goods and services and what customers are entitled to for their money. I will be reporting them to the Postal Redress Service who are certified by Ofcom and I urge everyone else who has a poor experience to do the same. Rubbish service. Lost or stole my parcel. When issue raised through resolver parcel2go miraculously found parcel and delivered it, however that was a lie according to the recipient who was in all day when it was allegedly delivered.
No response from parcel2go after my complains so zero customer service.
If you want a reliable parcel delivery service DO NOT use parcel2go. They are a dishonest company who do not give a dam about their customers.
Luckily the item sent was not valuable so I will have to just bare this loss and use a more reputable company for all my future parcels.
First they give you a list of places where you can go to leave your parcel than after they will come and pick up.
After paying for a taxi and carry 3 big parcels, the shop told me that they did not pick up the parcels. I checked all the other places of the list and they said the same. Unbelievable!
After an hour of trying to find how to sort this out and called Parcel2Go, the lady from the shop pity me and did an exception and take my parcels (Thank God!)
I informed Parcel2Go about this so this will not happened again to other people. Did they change the list? No, this places are still there...
After this (which was bad enough), technically Parcel2Go was suppose to collect it and deliver it right? Well they didn't. They left it half way and other company had to take the parcels and bring them to the house. And this, of course, cost me another £90 on top of what I already paid.
Finally it arrived 1 month late from the original date that they gave me.
At the end is better to pay normal post or other companies that will not steal your money. You will pay the same...

They have no customer service, if there is any query at all you are stuffed. There is only an online chat with either bots and people pasting standard replies. They will lie to you and find any reason to delay responding just to get rid of you. Avoid, you will get stung eventually!
Worse service ever. In 8 years in UK I never had any issue with a service until I used the Parcel2Go... I booked a collection they failed to collect my parcel on the day agreed. And then I spoke with them and they decided to rebook the collection. The assistant end up booking 2 with different couriers. I had no clue, I wasn't informed of this. I had no clue who was coming to my house and I had no further information about this process and what I should expect. On the day of the collection, someone came to my house claiming they are from Herms with the details of the collection and a jacket they told me there is no need for a label and took the tv. And 1h later another driver come to pick up the same parcel, but this time from Parcelforce. This was the moment I realized the mess. And from this day I spent 2 months with parcel2go assistance trying to sort this out. The parcel never arrived at my customer's house, and then after the order was canceled. I told them to return my parcel. This return took 1 month and no one could tell me where was the parcel. After so many hours talking to them until the end. They refused to provide me with a refund because they claimed it was my fault because I did not have insurance? I ask myself what we are paying for then? With or without insurance, their service is to deliver a parcel? If is not being delivered why do they exist? During this process, I spoke with many friends and colleagues and then I realized how many issues people had with their service. A friend of mine even suspected they do deviate parcels or provoke damage just to convince people to get insurance. Because if they were doing their job properly no one would get insurance. I do not know if this is true... But one thing I know. I will never use their services again and I will advise people to deal with Couriers directly. Avoid all and any only services, because I guarantee you if something goes wrong you will lose twice. They just add another layer of possible problems and complexity. I learned an expensive lesson that cost me around £700. Do not make the same mistake, contact directly the courier.

Having looked into your case I can see this was dropped off on 22/11 but was not collected by DPD until 25/11. I am very sorry the parcel was so delayed in being collected from the drop shop, I appreciate this both disappointing and inconvenient. Kindest Regards

TODAY 24 DAYS AFTER ORDERS PLACED & 15 DAYS AFTER CASE OPENED & BEING TOLD TO WAIT LONGER. WAIT LONGER I WAS TOLD THE PARCELS ARE LOST, GONE, NOT BEING DELIVERED & TOUGH LUCK BECAUSE I NEVER PAID FOR INSURANCE FROM THEM.
WE PAY FOR A PARCEL TO BE DELIVERED WHY SHOULD WE PAY EXTRA TO GUARANTEE THE PARCEL WE'VE ALREADY PAID FOR TO BE DELIVERED GETS DELIVERED.
