Keep in mind it was a 23kg 60x60x60cm box. I've had to contact Mr. James Greenbury, the CEO of P2G and he helped me resolve this issue personally. Nevertheless I claimed for damaged items in the parcel and it's now been 3 weeks since my refund was approved. Nothing's in my account, Mr. Greenbury's not responding, the claims department and the refunds department are both unresponsive. Terrible terrible customer service, literally never seen worse.

Booked a parcel uk to Costa Rica
Fairly straightforward but CR doesn't really do formal addresses anyway worked around that and it's all good. Email sent with labels was complex and didn't work. Worked around that. Someone sat at home all day on collection day no correspondence and no parcel pick up. Tried to reschedule. Website or system would not allow. Go onto live chat eventually after having yo search high and low for it. Person on there is perfunctory but not sympathetic or suggesting solutions. End up requesting a refund and cancellation as they clearly cannot deal with a simple package delivery overseas. Need the wait from 2 to 5 days for refund. Great scam and legal too. Wow! Not good. Will never use again.
I had a very bad experience using parcel2Go. I booked my parcel that is my suit for return worth of £103.99, i was in a rush so I didn't take extra protection for my parcel because normally we don't take extra protection for reliable companies. That was my first experience for this service so they lost my parcel & when I contacted them, they replied with answer you didn't take extra protection so we cant refund you. My question was that with them if no one do extra protection its mean you have a right to lost the parcel. Out of 100 people i think hardly 10 people do extra protection so its mean the rest of 90 people parcel are on risk & they can do any thing.My second question was with them i booked my parcel in the month of December & I contacted them in the month of May so parcel2Go didn't feel any need to contact with me that your parcel has lost. So this company is not reliable. Even i was giving them all proof that my parcel was suit instead of satisfying their customer they stop answering me & didn't contact me again. I suggest everyone dont take their service if you don't take extra protection for expensive or cheaper things they will not refund you & even not contact you. Your parcel will not in safe hand. I will go every forum for my right because they didn't need to inform me about my parcel has lost.

I sent the package from the UK to CZ on March 3. I was told in a week that the package was lost. Exactly a month later, the package was found on April 10 and sent back to my address. Next week I asked when the package would come back. I was told that on March 30, the package was delivered (nonsense). After communication, the package was reported as lost again. Re-recording receipts for insurance, etc. After 2 days, I was told that the package was found (yes really, it's not a joke). After two months, I don't have a package, money, nothing. The company does not respond to emails, reluctance. The worst experience in life with a company. Don't take it!
Very bad experience. Parcel was stopped due to wrong codes generated by their website. Value of the parcel was doubled for an unknown reason and I had to pay it total double if of the priced that I would pay if I used the other companies directly.
You get what you pay for. It is cheap... but not worth the stress...
This is my first time using parcel2go and am quite sure this will be the last time too. Too many contradictions from the booking to drop off to delivery. I have booked a service on the 13th of April 2021 (for DPS) and contacted the customer service since I did not get the right labels. With the support of the agent call Lucas, we changed the courier service to UPS. UPS did not picked up the parcel till 20th where I had to call them and reminded and it was picked up on that day after 4 days. I also have highlighted its a sweet item and the there was no response immediately though it said 3-4 working days for delivery. On the 21st i got a notification that the parcel will be delivered on the 24th then it was pushed to 26th and again today i got a notification saying 27th will be the expected. In between i was on UPS call center for 34 mins and finally they said its a responsibility of parcel2go. I would require the full refund if anything goes wrong in the parcel since i booked the service for 3-4 working days not 14 days. I am very much dissapointed with parcel2go and also UPS service as whole.

Parcel2Go lost my papers, after raising the claim they asked me at least 10 times for the documents to prove that I sent the items, item did not reach, and value of the item. I provided all of it and they rejected the claim because saying it has "financial documents". As per policy, it's a restricted item, but while booking the courier it was in my note what documents I am sending. It's a cheat company, avoid if options available.
HtThey have lost 6 packets in a month, despite all the information is already on their site they want you to upload proof of sending, proof it didn't arrive, proof of value but won't except an invoice showing it? They use every excuse not to pay a miserly sum of £20, I sent fish food. They say it is prohibited under medicines? Admit they have one person dealing with claims
My son who is a police officer has stopped cars full of hermes and amazon parcels, no insurance and when contacting them they are not interested in coming to get the parcels, yes your goods you have paid for
Impossible to speak to a human, forcing you to use live chat where you are sent through to multiple FAQ's, none of which are likely to answer your question, then when you type in 'Can I speak to a human please' you get put through to an agent instantly but never a claims agent, when you ask to be put through to a claims agent it takes over an hour to speak to someone (normally 10-15 in the queue at a time. I find it hard to believe they are able to have multiple agents to discuss other issues but only one available for claims which should be a priority.
In addition to this claims can take up to 30 days to process which is just unacceptable when you're waiting to refund someone their money after your product has been damaged by a delivery driver. I also think it's bizarre you have to pay for insurance for the courier company to do their job and not break your package. I have been waiting nearly a week for my claim to be approved by a supervisor after I spoke to an agent who validated the claim and when I went back to the live chat I was told their managers are busy and have other responsibilities, I don't understand what other responsibilities they could possibly have.
In addition to everything above my initial claim was rejected and I was told to provide more documents but not told which doocuments were required. I was told this through my account and no email was sent to me which means you have to keep checking your account.
All in all really poor service and no apology offered for any of this. They don't seem to care about their customers or their reputation, I would recommend avoiding a company like this.

I sent a parcel to Greece and provided all the documents for Brexit. The parcel was never delivered and it never came back to me. They use UPS which is the worse service ever. I spent hours chatting with them and it looked impossible to get a refund... After 3 moths and several claims opened I finally got a mere £50 quid compensation out of a £250 parcel! NEVER AGAIN
My parcel is now 4 days late. The tracking data claims that delivery has been attempted twice, on days when there has been someone available to receive it.
Their online support person said they could not give more details due to Data Protection Act.
Use another carrier instead.
Had cause to attempt a claim for damage sustained whilst P2G and Hermes had the responsibility to deliver a relatively simple, small and medium-sized light parcel. Making a claim is the most difficult and unstraight forward task ever. Requiring photos before, after, statements from all parties, proof of value etc etc, in other words you lose the will to carry on. Apparently both P2G and Hermes are way down in customer satisfaction tables, wish I had done my research first, LESSON LEARNT.
I needed to send a large parcel that was too big for drop off and needed to be collected. The parcel should have been collected on tuesday the 12th. The courier did not turn up so I rebboked for the wed the 13th, courier did not turn up so re booked for thur the 14th, again did not turn up, now re booked fro Fri the 15th, still no courier. You cant speak to parcel to go, only acess is via live chat and all you get is a standard answer sayng sorry all we can do is re book. Absolutly terrible service, would not recommend to my worst enemy
Absolute joke of a company. Act as a broker so take no responsibility for delays. Drivers dont show up for collections but claim they have on tracking history.

Do not pay for the delivery assurance. Its a scam, if their drivers cause delays in collections they change the delivery date by making you rebook so it will never be late.
I will never use P2G again.

We paid for a parcel to be delivered to Cardiff we dropped at one of their designated Hubs, they didn't even collect it. We had to go back to the Hub where it was dropped off and reclaim it 4 days after it was dropped off
Will never use them again and would advise other to do the same
Don't understand Why all the Couriers i. E. DHL, UPS and Parcel fore etc deal with them or have an association with them as they are tarnishing their names as well with all the bad reviews they get

I have sent the parcel in November and until today I cannot properly reach parcel2go. No phone number only messager or email for complain(with no reply in 3 months) through messanger only hearing keep on waiting. I have paid the company and also insurance and have no idea where the parcel is. Very angry at this kind service. Definitely don't recommend to use them.
Answer: If the parcel is not tracked, this means that was collected without label or the barcode was not read In this situation, they will say that your parcel was not collected, so no refund for you, and your parcel is definitely lost
