Stayed in all day but later found a card saying 'Couldn't Deliver Your Parcel'. It was then left at the 'nearest' pick-up shop over 6 miles from my home. There is a MUCH NEARER pick-up shop in my town centre about 1.4 miles away. Obviously, it suited the delivery driver to take it to the further away one. So much for their hollow 'save the planet' eco-claim, when I have to go four times the distance to collect my parcel. Very dissatisfied with this delivery.

I received my parcel from parcelforce booked via Parcels2 go a week ago
Today I get an urgent email claiming I owe them £40 for under stating the weight
The item is online a sunbed and shows it's weight as10kg - I myself put it as 15kg to cover myself
They email me today stating it's 44kg!
I called parcelforce direct - they have no information on their systems for any charge for the item.
They guy even laughed and said they would never put an item that weighed 44kg in their van! Let alone one man even being able to lift it. Even the volumetric weight it would be way out!
Total scammers!
Parcelforce have told me to ignore their emails as no surcharge has been demanded from them.
I'm actually very annoyed by this and so pleased I called to check with the courier.
September 19th I sent a 32 kg parcel. Disappeared. Impossible to contact them because there is no phone. They only have a live chat that falls every 2 minutes and they always tell you the same things. Someone will contact you. Just an email with apologies and that they will contact me as soon as possible. 2 months have passed. Absolutely not recommended.
My employer had to file a case with small claims court after horrendous experience getting refund for insured lost parcel. Got the refund in the end after applying to small claims. Would never use them again.
I posted a parcel and was informed that there was a surcharge that required paying as the weight exceeded the 1kg I had submitted. As a shop I was able to recreate the same parcel and when weighed this was only about 700grams. After contacting Parcel2Go they advised me to submit a dispute which I did with photos of the order and the weight on the scales. It wasn't until I tried to ship another parcel that I found out that even though I had disputed the surcharge I had to pay it or they wouldn't allow me to send anything else.
So to let everyone know if you want to continue to use Parcel2Go and you get a surcharge either pay it or ship with someone else, I would have expected the surcharge to have been placed on hold until it had been investigated allowing me to continue to post through Parcel2Go.
I have used this company numerous times. Few times either consignment is damaged or disappear. Latest where parcels proven been collected from Drop then warehouse but they still request prove of lost! The parcels are usually gone back to them and they keep it. In addition the parcel have a paid insurance but they refuse to pay...
Booked a collection, for delivery to Guyana, nobody turned up to collect, they now cant pick up till Tuesday and delay of 3 days, totally unacceptable.
On actually managing to talk to someone, it is accepted that this is "just one of those things"

Deliver damaged parcel, not responding on that and refunded for damages and loss.
Put my packages 0.35g overweight full package surcharge, 1 they send i have to pat 2.50 extra cost but on the end full package price... not allowed cancel delivery and be refunded, they just dont give a choose. And what they saying on home page.
Every now and again, our couriers find a parcel brought to their depot that isn't quite what they expected. It could be larger than declared, for example, or heavier, or it could be packaged incorrectly and require repackaging.
The quotes we provide on our site are based on the parcel details you provide during the booking process. Therefore, if the courier finds that the package weighs or measures more than originally declared, or the courier has to take the time to repackage the item, the sender hasn't paid the actual cost of the delivery.
For this reason, the courier issues an additional charge to the sender to cover the extra cost.

They take your money but refuse to take any responsibility or accountability for any problem experienced. They have no complaint policy nor are in any way regulated. There is no third party a customer can escalate the matter and no protection at all for a customer which is left in the hands of these cowboys.
They are not a regulated business wich leaves the customer exposed powerlessly to their decision. They are promising to contact back every time, within 1 or 2 days and no one ever makes contact. Shocking.
I used Parcel2Go to send something next day delivery, as I was relying on it arriving on time. Arrives late and when I complain, they said well you didn't purchase "Guaranteed Delivery". Such a stupid service! You purchase something and pay good money for it, but then have to pay more to actually get the service you pay for. Not sure how anyone can run a reputable business like this, customer trust completely destroyed! Don't bother using them
Please avoid. We have sent a total of 7 boxes, 140KG in total from UK to Lithuania. All 7 boxes were returned with absolutely no information, no proper communicatio and even further misleading service. We have been in touch with customer services begging if there's anything esle to do to make sure these arrive, they kept saying they are trying to sort this out - and they failed. They even lied to us saying that the boxes are thru customs and on the way to the destination - just to send them back the next day. The boxes came back weeks later, damaged, ripped and in an unnaceptable condition.
Just avoid, please, save yourself

They have a live chat system but this is all automated which only gives set options which are to rebook (what I wanted to know is when they are picking the parcel up, I do not want to waste another day waiting in for them), to request a refund or details on how I could take it to a drop off point (a mile away and why should I pay them to pick it up and then take it to the shop myself).
There is an option to direct message them on facebook however they will respond within 24 hours which is absurd, pretty much the definition of poor customer service. They do not have a number to can call or other ways of making contact
WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE ELSE FROM DOING SO
The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Totally incompetent and with no level of customer service at all. Just a ridiculous live chat which is just a platform for them to feed you with excuses and bulls#*t. Avoid them like the plague.
Avoid Parcel to Go at all costs. My parcel was not delivered so I contacted them to find out what happened to my parcel. Impossible to speak to a human being so you have to communicate to an AI operator who keeps repeating that your parcel should have been delivered 4 days ago. In frustration I submitted a request that the lost parcel be investigated. 2-3 weeks later they came back to tell me that my claim (didn't submit a claim) had been rejected but omitted to tell me what had happened to my parcel.
Utterly useless company who I will never deal with again.
I went through P2Go and used Hermes to send a £110 watch. I was advised on checkout to insure the item (highly recommed insuring the item) was what it said, although when filling out first part of the form it said I could not. I paid for postage with sign for and insurance. £9.90. It was undelivered, apparently driver was 10 metres away on three occassions and did not deliver, it was returned to depot (apparently) & I was informed it was being returned to me. It never left the depot and was never found. I got £4.20 refund from P2Go ( in good faith they said). After months of trying to get some form of compensation from CEO Hermes and from P2Go. All I got was Hermes telling me its down to P2Go and P2GO telling me that the item was uninsurable and that they had given me £4.20 in good faith and to get intouch with Hermes. Terrible service from both. I urge people not to use them.
It was obviously stolen from Hermes depot and they say its nothing to do with them.
Use a Trustworthy post instead!

Took extra insurance by p2go but they denied the claim. It was for £49 only so not as if i was asking for hundreds.
Showed the damage and packing but because I didn't have a reciept they wouldn't cover it.

I paid for a collection and onward delivery service, the collection did indeed happen on the date requested. However, following zero updates or any form of communication to arrange the onward delivery, I then received an email suggesting that a claim had been raised on my order for 'damage'. Curious as to what had happened, I then made the fatal mistake of trying to find any form of being able to contact Parcel2go! Hidden away in the website is a Live Chat function that of course, is an automated bot process that takes a while to get diverted through to what I can only hope is a real human to question what is going on with my delivery and what is this claim relating too. After 4 hours and being passed to 5 different 'supervisors', I'm then told that the delivery is held in a National Hub and Parcel2go will have to wait for another 3 days before getting any form of update from the courier and then importantly, when the parcel might be scheduled for delivery. Furthermore, Parcel2go confirmed that they have raised the case for damage on my behalf and what they now need me to do is submit a load of documentation and pictures to support this claim before being able to take the matter any further - which is slight challenge, as they cannot locate the parcel or confirm when it will be delivered for me to then try and seek reimbursement. Parcel2go operate strictly as an Online Company only, there is no way of communicating with them other than the Live Chat function on the website - if you are lucky enough to 'chat' with an operator, the professionalism and customer service is nothing short of disgusting... avoid at all cost.
My parcel got return after sitting in customs, it came back damaged and missing items.
Thet would not refund the shipping and refused a claim for the missing items.
You need to read the prohibited items as they basically won't let you claim for anything.
Very bad, the service said that it is already at the location for delivery after they said they left a message in the mailbox which is a lie they didn't leave anything I saw that it's in customs waiting this is a second time it happened
