I was feeling helpless when I paid the money and saw the results. I tried contacting the customer care but there was no response from it they would just record the complaint and no results it's been weeks now.

Their customer service is great, however, I am not satisfied with the essay quality I ordered. I paid for the abstract separately, but the writer (4969) decided to place the abstract right in the introduction (APA format). He/she also didn't include any keywords. He/she later said that it is the right form. I asked the writer to revise the essay and pointed out on mistakes, but he/she simply returned the same essay with minimal changes saying. "I do not know if you know the purpose of the abstract but in the paper, it is pretty much the introduction page as well." Yes, I know the purpose of the Abstract, especially in APA format, and it is definitely not the part of introduction. Overall, the company is good, but I wouldn't suggest to order essays from them since it seems they employ not very competent people.

I paid a high price as I wanted the essay within a day. I received the essay the same day but, after that I had to do a lot of work on my essay. It took me couple of hours to correct all the stupid mistakes.

Unfortunately due to time restraints, I had to use this service a few times. However, the last paper that was done was a total waste of money. Redundant, redundant... was all the paper was. Not only that, but the author plagiarized on several occasions within the paper. The author also used citations that were non existent such as citing a page of 400 when the source only had 250 pages as well as using sources that were totally not within the subject. This went on throughout the paper. I had to redo the whole paper within 48 hours, and this was 20 pages. Basically, I paid for NOTHING! This happened once before and I thought I would give them another chance. Bad decision!

I spent 125 dollars on a rhetorical essay on a political ad for college Eng 101, that a senior in high school could have done better. The essay is poorly written, and they do not use the basic concepts on how to write a college paper. There is no thesis statement in the intro, and no topic sentences on the body paragraphs. They just ramble on and do not have any structure in their paragraphs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME and MONEY! You are better off spending some time and doing it yourself. The writers do not seem advance, and from my experience, English is not their first language.

The writers and this websites are garbage! They never turn in my submissions to me according to my instructio s, and when i get it revised, it is never completed within the 24 hour revision policy. Then i can't even turn in what i do have because the grammar is horrible. The writers never follow my instructions and they always give me plagiarism that is 50% or higher. This site is garbage, go to the next site to help you on your homework. This happened 4 times already, back to back! I couldn't cancel any of them after the first time because i had already submitted it way ahead of time and they still managed to screw the instructions and assignments.
