For my birthday this year, I did some Black Friday shopping online at PacSun. I ordered four items (a month ago). Two have got here (shipped separately), well after the expected delivery dates.
Regarding the other two, I was informed today (4 weeks after my purchase) that one of the items is actually not available and I shouldn't expect to receive it, and the remaining item is still expected to deliver- its just infinitely delayed with an invalid shipping number. Will never shop this site again...
I've contacted customer service 3 times because I haven't received my order that was placed 3 weeks ago. Ordered 3 things, one item was shipped in a different package. Received first package in a week, still haven't gotten the second one. The tracking clearly shows that a label was created (so that they could charge me for it) but USPS never received it from their warehouse and has no record of it. Every response I've gotten they've just told me that the package shipped, but if they simply click on the tracking number, they could see for themselves that isn't true. Common sense to just check the tracking if a customer has reached out 3 different times, but apparently that's too much to ask from them. Been shopping here for years, and won't be again.
First, it took 10 days for them to even ship out my order. Once it showed delivered and it never was i contacted customer service who told me to wait 2 days as per carrier delays. I waited and contacted again and that rep told me to wait 3 MORE days. After waiting 8 days EXTRA PER carrier delays they finally told me if i want a refund i would have to file a police report. A WHOLE MONTH LATER. I had to call my bank because they would not give me my money back NOR even reship it. Let alone this was an $80 order. I chatted with customer service EVERY DAY, called and tried to speak with a supervisor, and emailed them. Not one contact back. The absolute worst customer service provided for a customer of 10+ years. And to top it all off i even contacted UPS and they said "Yeah it shows delivered, but there is only 1 item that was in the order." And i ordered 4 items! Conclusion is, if you love PACSUN I would go to the store. NEVERRRRR order offline! Worst experience i ever had.
The website is hard to navigate around. Through the two orders that I have ordered, I have been charged double for both of my orders and there is no way to cancel it. I have tried to contact customer service and it takes them over a day tor respond and they say there is no way to cancel my order.
I walked into a PACSUN store on Black Friday and was shocked by the playboy logo plastered on a majority of the clothing and accessories. I'm appalled that PACSUN executives are promoting a pornographic brand to young men and women. With so much trauma coming to light with the "MeToo" movement and the sexual harrassment and misconduct in our schools and college campuses, I'm upset that the company would promote this brand. Playboy is about paying money for sex and I won't be spending money at a store that carries this brand.
Tried for over a week to place an online order. Called the so called help number and they were rude and no help. They don't want to take my money?
They make it so difficult to get our money back. I have never had a company to request police report for every little detail on a package that was returned to them because of incorrect address. They are the worst! I will spread the word about this company and just don't ever purchase anything from them. Not worth the hassle
I ordered from PacSun at 7am on a monday and paid twenty extra dollars for overnight shipping and they still have not shipped my order? It's been days. Still being processed even though I was told that my package would be shipped overnight.
Most of the item I order online come fairly quick, but everytime I order with Pacsun online it take a couple of weeks to a month to arrive. Customer service is alright and the quality of clothing is good. Shopping on their website also has a quite number of bugs and makes shopping a bit difficult.
My daughter ordered some Reebok shoes online. Never again will i order from Pac Sun. They were too small (not their fault) We checked online and found out we could return to the store. Well, good luck finding one. Despite showing there was one near us, there wasn't. Both had closed. We drove to different malls in opposite directions trying to exchange these. Went online for a return. It costs me $7 to do so, they ask for a order number. THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN START THE RETURN. Guess what, it's not on their paperwork enclosed with the shoes! I had to search through emails to find it. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL. You're going to need it for a return. Not sure how long this return will take to get, but I've learned a valuable lesson as has my daughter.
Spent 40 dollars on a dress and it was more see through then my 3 dollar shein tank top! There clothes are pricey and uncomfortable for no reason and I can find better quality anywhere else! I am. The best I am pretty not ugly you all are ugly pacsun sucks
This company sucks and won't stand by the quality of thier products (produced in Vietnam). Bought a pair of men's trunks ($45-$60), wore them into the pool one time and they turned white (turquoise dye). Contacted pacsun and representative said i could return and receive a store credit. Well the return label email never came through, several days later another email was received stating it had be denied since it had been some time after purchasing them. Company won't stand by the quality of their products and make things right.
Simply put, don't order from this chapter11 POS. They have shut their corporate phones down due to covid. Think of the movie boiler room. The greatest lie ever was the items were expedited on mon(july5) no less. In addition fed ex has rushed shipped. Fed ex printed shipping label and is waiting for item from pac sun. Don't be a sucker. They are only in business due to the hoarding of your purchase money

Horrible experience. Ordered a birthday gift with plenty of time. Paid extra for express shipping just in case. Total waste of time and money. Can't get any customer service, according to PacSun the package has "shipped" but all they did was create a label with FedEx. FedEx confirmed that they are still waiting to receive the package. I trust FedEx. Thanks PacSun for ruining a birthday.
Orderd jeans and received a jean skirt 10 days later. Now jeans I've been waiting for are out of stock. Order number on email confirmation is completely different on shipping slip.
Their online return system will not work. They tell you to call. Oh sure I want to sit on hold for 30 minutes to return something that I should be able to return online in 2 minutes. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update on when this will be fixed and I am sent to the same return site that is not working or told to go to the store or call. I have been sent email addresses of people who work at PacSun who could "help me" but they are out of the office or have not replied. I feel like this is a scam so they make it as hard as possible to return the clothes so that you just keep them and they keep the $$. Customer service is horrible in email and DM through Facebook.
I went to my local PacSun, but the selection wasn't as good as I remember. They don't have some of the brands that I got last time I was there, so I decided to try there site. Ordered a few pieces of apparel off the site to see if the buying experience matched their selection. Three of the four items shipped in decent time and arrived in the given window. The fourth item was from a different vendor so it took longer, but when it arrived I opened it to find they had shipped me the wrong shirt. It was the right brand, color, and size, but it wasn't the the shirt I ordered. I contacted support and they told me that they were sorry I was shipped the wrong item, and that the one I ordered was out of stock. They said they would refund me, and asked me to ship the shirt I had received back with a provided shipping label. Thing is, this means they shipped the shirt I ordered to the wrong person, meaning two people didn't get what they ordered, one of those people being me. Ended up settling for what the sent me, but it wasn't a great first experience ordering from them. Knowing I might get shipped the wrong stuff whenever I order from them doesn't give me a ton of confidence in their site.
I ordered 15 items after 5 try's of placing orders they canceled 4 orders an now they have only shipped 3 items of the 15 an the 3 items they sent are now held up at a FedEx center honestly the worst time ive ever had ordering cloths I'm never buying from them again if they some how see this my Order #******* please do something about this it's ridiculous i spent $500 an this is what i get like wow bro!
First of all i love the cloths but you have to be careful shopping here with your money. I went a couple months ago back in september and they double charged me $43. I tried multiple times getting my money back at the location and online customer service. But now i still haven't received the money. For that event basically i spent $43 at the store, got charged the same amount a day later, and never got my money back. Now i went again for a return. I purchased this item around 3 weeks ago and lost the receipt but it still had the tag. So i went to return this hoodie i payed FIFTY FIVE dollars for. I go and the girl who is working is processing the return and hands me a merchandise return card. So it was supposed to have $55 on it. But when i went to use it 2 days later there was no money. I don't know if it is just my location that is terrible but the customer service is to. Not only have i been scammed all this money this huge company does nothing to help get my money back. Cute cloths but please to not waste your money!
Answer: I wouldn't risk it... a lot of people including me experience really slow, bad shipping from pacsun. I ordered 2 bags in the middle of June and they didn't arrive until the beginning of august. I don't know if that was because of the sale they had that day, but from the other bad reviews on this page I can see this happens often no matter what day it is. I'm pretty dissapointed because I ordered a backpack for school last week and still haven't received it yet... next time I'll probbaly order from another company, I've learned from my mistakes.
Answer: YES, they are very authentic. They are my favorite store and if you don't want to buy online, you can go instore which is where many people buy their clothes. Although, they are BIT expensive. They are definetely not like Romwe and have actual brands in there shops. I have never not been satisified.
