Purchased a new showerhead 14 months ago. We previously had a Hansgrohe and after trying to deal with Hansgrohe and their "lifetime" warranty gave up and purchased a new shower head. We had been happy with the old one which was also Hansgrohe, but they refused to repair/fix it. Well the new one lasted all of 14 months. Soaked the showerhead in some vinegar and water to clean out the showerhead from some mineral deposits, (folliwing the instructions in the manual) and now the middle guts part of the shower head is popping out every time I turn on the shower and there is no replacement part for this showerhead other than the water filter! Time to find a new reliable brand for bathroom fixtures.

Have used them on and off over the years to find sitters. As other's have mentioned the site is not the easiest to use. If you use the desktop version and want to see older chat histories, you cannot. You have to use the app on your phone to see those.

Also cannot stand that I keep getting some emails from them I cannot turn off.

My biggest coplaint at this time is I paid for unlimited background checks, requested one on Jan 4 and I am still waiting. (It is currently Feb 15) They keep telling me they are "working" on it. I just got an email asking how my service was. I never heard from them. I have sent over 6 emails and had 3 chat sessions with them and still nothing. No updates at all. Just trying to get my money back for this service at this time, since it was useless.

Their online return system will not work. They tell you to call. Oh sure I want to sit on hold for 30 minutes to return something that I should be able to return online in 2 minutes. I have sent numerous emails asking for an update on when this will be fixed and I am sent to the same return site that is not working or told to go to the store or call. I have been sent email addresses of people who work at PacSun who could "help me" but they are out of the office or have not replied. I feel like this is a scam so they make it as hard as possible to return the clothes so that you just keep them and they keep the $$. Customer service is horrible in email and DM through Facebook.
