I ordered from PacSun at 7am on a monday and paid twenty extra dollars for overnight shipping and they still have not shipped my order? It's been days. Still being processed even though I was told that my package would be shipped overnight.
My daughter is a big fan of the store and has always found a lot of nice clothes there. My rating isn't a reflection of the store but of the website and customer service. Returns with exchange by mail are a hassle. They never answer my calls. Emails are a generic response. There is no option for a live chat like on many other sites. I understand services are slow right now with reduced staff but many other stores that I deal with are handling it much better. They actually don't even acknowledge me. Very disappointing considering the amount of money I spend there each month.
I ordered 1 item and it didn't get a label until 3 days after I put in the order. The shipping says 4-6 days but its estimated that I'm getting it after 9 days. The site has good clothes and accessories but I can't handle this again. Its not the first time I've had this problem. Just shop at urban outfitters honestly.
I ordered a sweat suit a week ago, when my package arrived it had my address and name on the outside and billing paper. However, all the items in the package were completely someone else's. It took me a day and a half to finally get in contact with someone on the help line, just for them to tell me it may take 20 business days to receive my correct package. My package will have no guarantee of being here before Christmas, which is really pissing me off because I ordered it in advance, giving time for delays. This is unacceptable and I will never order from them again.
Once upon a time I loved these guys and have probably spent well over $10,000 in my lifetime but the site and its customer service have went down hill and fast. I will never order from them again due to my last experience where I ordered two pairs of shoes, received a confirmation email and almost a week later was told my order was not processed. I then tried again and a week later was told the same thing. I was in a remote area of the world and desperately needed these shoes at the time. My card was legit yet they kept saying that there was an issue with the card and when I was going to be transferred, I was hung up on each time. They will get no more of my business.
I used the size recommendation tool on the site to pick my shoe size when the shoes arrived they didn't fit. Went to the store to return them no refunds or exchanges! Called customer support only to be told theirs nothing they can do. I will never shop at pacsun ever again! $#*! PACSUN
PacSun has a lot of variety of clothing for good prices, their deals were good so I was trying to buy some clothes as gifts. I bought a gift card but it would not work because there was a pending balance on the gift card even though there were no orders made. I contacted customer service, and we found out the issue, the next day I emailed them back, and they got back to me quick. Customer service was easy and quick. However, on the website, whenever you click back from the item you don't want anymore, everything shifts back up, I don't know if this could be fixed but it would be nice if it didn't refresh the page every time. However, after all of that, checking out was easy.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have been waiting nearly TWENTY days for a package that was to be shipped in one day. Do not waste your money on this brand. I'd give the 99 Cents Store a better score.

I'm seeing a lot of people having problems. If online is such a hassle for you then you should just get up and go to the actual store.
The Grove City Outlets has multiple sales going on at once which was deceiving as sales were right next to each other with very little description of what went to what. I went to check out and none of the sales were a match even though the whole store said buy 1 get 1 50% off.
For my birthday this year, I did some Black Friday shopping online at PacSun. I ordered four items (a month ago). Two have got here (shipped separately), well after the expected delivery dates.
Regarding the other two, I was informed today (4 weeks after my purchase) that one of the items is actually not available and I shouldn't expect to receive it, and the remaining item is still expected to deliver- its just infinitely delayed with an invalid shipping number. Will never shop this site again...
Almost as bad customer service as Urban Outfitters online, who sends the wrong merchandise if they are out of stock. I won't allow my daughter to buy from PacSun unless she really loves it. Why? Because they highly discourage returns in the stores. They will say ANYTHING to not allow a return. They will say they need to see the email or they cannot process a return with an email copy because they need the shipping form. They also told a girl they could not give a return without a receipt. Whatever your deficiency, they will use it as an excuse to not refund money. Also, they usually give a hard time for returning. One guy even yelled at me and said to just bring in my son to try things on instead of buying online and returning. Abercrombie & Fitch give customers a bad attitude for returning but they don't argue as PacSun does.
Do not buy from PacSun online. Their customer service is awful! I was on chat bc the closed their phone lines due to Covid (ridiculous... you can answer a phone while social distancing) for 40 min 2 days trying to process a return. Never got a label! They suck!
My daughter ordered a pair of pants 20 days ago, and they still have not even shipped. No communication from them whatsoever. First phone call after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I was told by customer service that it would be expedited to 2 day shipping. We waited 4 days, then checked on the order and it still hasn't shipped, so called again. 1 hour on hold just to talk to someone. They said they have no idea when it is going to ship. What kind of company is this. I get covid 19 is going on, but we have ordered from numerous other places and nothing has taken over 3 weeks to even ship it out. Ridiculous. Will never shop with them again.
I ordered one single item over 15 days ago. ONE SKIRT. It still just says "processing." I was told at check out that it would be delivered in 7 days. I've tried 4 times now to contact them using the ridiculous Live Support because their phones and email are shut down and every time I get below 10 in the Queue Position after waiting literally over an hour, it magically "reconnects" me and deletes the chat. I have not heard a single thing from them about my order since the day I ordered it. Awful service.
Pacsun may give you free shipping after spending $50 but don't expect to receive your package on time. Purchased my clothes August 13th, it has been 14 business days and still no package. Don't rely on their customer service either cause they're no help. My best bet is just paying for shipping.
Why didn't your customer service answer one of the three tickets I opened during the last week (reference numer ******* yesterday), stating that you answer in ten hours is a big joke, but your customers are not laughing!

I saw all the reviews but I just wanted to try my own experience with them & everything was fine. I order my shirt on 5/3 & it's already here, completely fine & nothing wrong with it. I understand y'all may have problems but I had a good experience.
I have bought some cute jackets here that have kept going for 5 years. I have also bought a soft shirt that looked awful after a few washes.
Most of their clothes are too short. I bought a dress that shoes my butt even though I am really short (5' 3"). Something to be aware of is that they skew pictures online when it comes to length.
If I could give zero star rating i would. They admitted i ordereda womens 9 and I received a mens 9. I've called and spoke with 2 people 2 says in a row that I can barely understand and still have no return label in my email. They keep telling me it is coming. Worst. Will never order again from pacsun. This was ordered right before Christmas as a gift.
Answer: I wouldn't risk it... a lot of people including me experience really slow, bad shipping from pacsun. I ordered 2 bags in the middle of June and they didn't arrive until the beginning of august. I don't know if that was because of the sale they had that day, but from the other bad reviews on this page I can see this happens often no matter what day it is. I'm pretty dissapointed because I ordered a backpack for school last week and still haven't received it yet... next time I'll probbaly order from another company, I've learned from my mistakes.
Answer: YES, they are very authentic. They are my favorite store and if you don't want to buy online, you can go instore which is where many people buy their clothes. Although, they are BIT expensive. They are definetely not like Romwe and have actual brands in there shops. I have never not been satisified.
