Been waiting 4 bout 5 weeks now they said the I wil have items between 13th may to the 18th may and I'm still waiting wat can I do they won't get bak to me
OzSale have some really great pricing on quality brand names if you can be patient and know your prices. Best if you can combine postage too.
Overall. I am very satisfied with my hopping experience with ozsale. I would give 5 stars but I have to be honest about shipment waiting time.
So many sales and the quality is always on point, never had a problem, Ozsale is a prefect place to purchase any outfit for any occasion!
I have had to wait over 30 days for my item and it has stil not sent.
There is not traking number, generic replies.

I think This company really need to do some training in the customer service department or something! I ordered 2 watches for my nieces on 2nd of November as a gift for my nieces at our family Christmas on 21st of December. Expected date of delivery 1st of December. On Dec 5 I contact them and tell them my order hasn't arrive and I am unable to track it. They tell me to wait another week. A week later I contact them aga bin and tell them I need it by 21st as a gift and if they can't find it let me know as I need to buy my nieces another gift. They say it may take them a week to find it. On 16th December I contact them again and ask them if I need to buy another gift and they ask and the reponse was " Please allow us some time once the update is received, we will update you accordingly." On the 18th I contact them again and ask them for an update and explain that I will need to buy other gifts for the weekend and they ask for another week to locate the parcel. I have heard nothing from them since and I attended our Christmas with no gifts for 2 of my young nieces. Really disappointing for me but apparently care factor zero. I have heard no more from Customer Service but I can now track my order and apparently it is back in Transit. A bit late for me. BUYERS BEWARE> If you value good customer service and expect the goods you order to arrive in a reasonable time frame don't do business with Oz sale!

Thus far my experience has been positive. All my items arrived in a good amount of time and have been correct.
The range of sales on this site is amazing! The variety is so expansive and changes regularly, which I really appreciate.
Ordered a corner desk on 31st August. Received tracking shortly after. Once received I followed the tracking link on Aramex to see it arrived at sydney depot on 3rd Sept. Was told to expect a 5 business day delay which was understandable.
After this time not only has Aramex lost my package but I have had to continually follow up separately with both Ozsale and Aramex to get any further details. I asked for a refund for the inconvenience caused if no update provided and received no answer to this in my request. I now have to work off a coffee table while working FT from home and studying in the evenings. Dealing with Viagogo who currently have a lawsuit against them was better than this and that's saying something! Very disappointed in what I hoped would be a professional company.
I just received an update from Aramex (22nd Sept) only to find out they still haven't even searched the depot.
How is it that a 'search' takes over a week and the back office at aramex doesn't seem to know what the depot is doing? These are your business partners - if you choose a cheap/low quality delivery partner you need to own that decision - it is not the customers (me!) fault for your shoddy choices. My delivery from crazy sales was smoother and more efficient than this and they owned their delay!
Why should I have to continuously follow up? Is it just greed on your end? Maybe learn to support your business partners and work on your supply chain before just selling more items you can't deliver on.
Also - why is it that this customer service team is lying about sending the delivery item?! It clearly hasn't even been found yet at the depot!
