Love shopping with Ozesale... I have had a few orders that the tracking or notifications were out of whack, but aside from that no issues at all :)
Every time I have shopped with Ozsales it has been a wonderful experience. So much variety, so many sales and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Ozsale gives me the opportunity to purchase products and brands I didnt even know existed but now can't live without at a cost I can afford. Love it!

I buy regularly from Ozsale, in fact, I visit the site at least once a day, quite often more.
I really like the products available, particularly their beauty product deals. The prices are pretty good and there's a range of things that aren't easily available here.
It's exciting to find products that I've wanted but haven't found elsewhere.
My one negative criticism is that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I had a problem with some products a while ago, sent a contact request, and never heard back.
I've since had some products (one particular makeup, multiple bottles) that are faulty or possibly out of date. To be honest, I haven't even bothered contacting them because I know it's a waste of my time. (Which is something I've read in other people's reviews too).
So unfortunately I've got six bottles of foundation that I can't use and no recourse seems available to me.
But having said that, I've bought many products from them and most have been exactly as intended.
But do be aware that most of their products are sourced from overseas - the delivery time is often a month or two. Don't buy if you're in a rush to get the product, you'll be disappointed.
I still enjoy and appreciate the service and will continue to buy from them. It would just be nice if their after sales service was better, and showed a little respect to their customers.

Having read my review, an OZSale customer service rep contacted me and was very professional and thoughtful in helping to resolve the issue I had with faulty products.
I've received a refund and have been assured that they are no longer using the particular supplier of that product.
(As a result of this, I've included this update and upgraded my rating from 3 to 4 out of 5 stars).
Thank you very much to Jack, who was outstanding in helping to resolve my issue.
It was a genuine and lovely surprise to find that someone cared about my experience and made sure that I have walked away happy as a result of his intervention.

Promised to refund the faulty item. But they deleted my order record then said that order wasn't from their company.

If you do not have this information, can you please send us your member's email address alongside said the details of the faulty item ( name of item, price, colour etc) and we will try to look it up for you. Just for your information, all records are archived after three months but are still available on the system and can be viewed from our end. I look forward to hearing from you and having this issue resolved.
The only thing I don't love is that sometimes it takes sooo long to get things. It's so easy to shop for the whole family in one place.
I'm the worst shopper i actually hated it but to be able to shop from the comfort of home & get good deals it's a no brainer!
Ozsale offers a good solid online shopping experience. A great range of products often at very good value prices. Will continue to patronise.

Some purchases have taken longer to ship out than others have, but everything always arrives safe and sound and just as ordered :)

On the odd occasion i have been sent the wrong item. However the team is always quick to respond and fix the issue. They give great customer service.
