Good service. Never had any issues with shipping or occasional returns. They have a fairly large range of brands but I wish it was a bit wider. The same brands reappear time again. Otherwise a reliable and trustworthy retail experience. Free shipping after purchase always gets me back for multiple orders.
I have bought many things from this site and there is no quality assurance they will sell anything without checking if the sellers are selling the real deal, Fake pearls when they state it is real, Tiffany knock offs, underwear that get holes after 2 washes same with socks, smashes candle in which they refused to respond, save yourself time and money buy somewhere else
I bought a $150 water fountain and instead received a Christmas decoration box. Refuse to refund until the box is collected by their courier which I'm still waiting for 2 weeks later. Gotten nowhere with contacting to resolve as they are all marketplace sellers. My fountain obviously went elsewhere but because the drips box has my name and tracking number they insist it has been delivered despite sending photos of the wrong item. Will never, ever, but from them again.

Be wary buying jewellery... pictures look great and don't take any notice of original price either.
Received some pretty shabby stuff. Pity they don't do quality control before listing on site.
These look ok in pic but they are really tin like with butterfly backs that are too tight to remove without breaking.

I have been trying consistently in conjunction with PayPal to get my money for faulty goods via Ozsale.
They have admitted fault and promised refund still waiting over a month later.

Placed an order 4 weeks ago and upon tracking my order it stated despatched with an estimated delivery of 19/2. The date came and went and now it's 3/3. Sent an email for update( as this is the only method of contact) only to get a response " we'll check out your order and get back to you". Requested a refund, due to the inability of their customer service locating my order only to be ignored. Once you request a refund... you get ignored! There are so many other online bargain outlets who deliver on time, maybe look elsewhere before purchasing from Oz Sale.

I bought 2 items on 19/12/21. I received one and I'm still waiting for one on 5/2/22. I wrote OZSALE several times and I got one replied, asking to be patient due to COVID-19. The matter is with PayPal. This company is not reliable.

This website has the most amazing clothes and shoes apart from other items which I haven't needed as yet. Wow! The fashion is right up to date and the prices are simply awesome. I've never purchased so cheaply ever! You must at least have a look. I'm sure you'll be pleasantly surprised. I feel fantastic when I go out!

Always offer products of amazing quality at super bargain prices. I rarely shop anywhere else. The only negative I have ever had is that the expected delivery date varies greatly. I have sometimes been caught out ordering something for a specific occasion (Birthday / Christmas present) and it doesn't arrive in time even though the estimate says it should.
Always efficient even if stock has run out or there is error it gets corrected immediately. On the odd occasion I have had to call your staff they are fantastic, they are very good customer service professionals who make the experience s pleasant one.
Always great bargains & plenty of variety on Ozsale, I do prefer this site over similar competitors. The wait for items, though, can be very drawn out- at times the wait is so protracted that I've completely forgotten what it was I'd ordered. Delayed gratification aside, a great site!
Ozsale has new items every day, including some well known brands at massive discounts. Shipping is fast and in the rare occasions an item needs to be returned, they are prompt to reply. I buy here usually a couple of times a month.
This company has very strict returns policy which very conveniently is not visible or accessible from their app. I believed there is a transparency policy in Australia that prevents that. If you do not state the exact reason that suits their policy return you will not get a refund only a credit voucher. I found this out by ordering ugg boots, where the size chart most certainly does not meet the standard Au sizing. Some of their size charts are also vague and misleading as I again found out when ordering a pair of helium leather pants. They were 3 sizes smaller than the advertised listing and my transaction record miraculously disappear. I have used this site for at least 2 years and used to get great results however you cannot speak to anyone directly to revolve your issue so choose carefully and beware of their secrecy of returns policy that you must look up separately.

Xmas shopping made easy very happy with products have to look around the site some options better than others and delivery is a bit slow sometimes but overall if your organised the convenience and prices are great
There are always great products to be found at fantastic prices. You know exactly when the ETA is, so you can plan ahead if buying presents or anything. Did almost all my Christmas shopping this year through OzSale!
All of the items I purchased have been good quality and great value but there is a long wait for them to be dispatched and if you order multiple items they come in individual packages on separate days.
I love the variety of sales on offer. Always competitive pricing, sometimes insanely cheap! I've shopped on Ozsale for 5 years and have always had a great experience, even if returning items that don't fit etc.
Great products at an awesome price. I haven't had any issue with quality or size yet but the postage can be rather slow at times. However I do really like the tracking updates they give you on each item of your order, from when it arrives to their warehouse, packing it and posting. And all parcels can be tracked through a postal tracker. Overall a happy customer
Mostly a good shopping experience. Prompt customer service responses whenever there is a problem. Good variety of products. My only complaint would be that sometimes it takes too long to get the article you have ordered.
