I paid for sneakers, waited 1 month a day before the delivery due I was emailed no it's not coming we don't have in stock we refunding bad buzz unprofessional, by the way no one got back to my complaint.
Ozsale for me is the one stop shopping online store I go to first when I want to purchase good brand clothing at great prices. The system of returns is reliable and apart from some items taking a while for delivery if I'm not in a rush it doesn't matter. Keep up the good work team.
My experience with Ozsale is usually great. But there was a stint last year where I had experienced difficulty with customer service and, specifically, refunds. This year it's back to normal. The estimated delivery time is 95% correct and the items are as described.

My first shopping experience with Ozsale was back in 2010. It's been consistent in value and quality over the years. With so many different sales, the prices are unbelievable! Their customer service is really good too. I do most of my shopping from here!

Ordered many items on line through Ozsale, they took my payment, received emails saying the items have been sent and received emails with excuses for delays.
98% Items never received, the 2% that was received was very poor quality and came in a plain plastic bag. The item does not appear to be genuine but I could be wrong.
If I mislead someone or took their money, I would be charged so why is Ozsale getting away with it.
Maybe the Government should change their laws and make it tough on Companies like Ozsale.

Ordered online advised should receive order in a matter of days. Followed up after a week and then 2 weeks to get automated responses that didn't answer my question as to where it was and if there was an issue. After 3 and a half weeks I noticed the order status had changed to refunded. I've not been refunded and I don't have the goods.
Customer service responses are far less than acceptable! Terrible site.
I am following up to get my money back but this has just been a headache and I'll never trust this site again.

Ordered and paid for a product that was supposedly despatched on 29/10/18 - never received. When I click on the my track' via the email sent it states there is no order. Their contact option is rubbish and not operating

It's one of the greatest shopping sites available! The deals I find everyday surprise me and i look forward to each upcoming sale. It's an addiction! Some unexpected delays though but i still get giddy everytime a package arrives.

When I first placed my order, I was advised that I would receive it in 7-9 working days, but it's been over 20 days now. And I've attempted contacting the customer service over 5-6 times. All of which have been completely useless. They keep repeating the same sentence, that they'll follow up the progress and get back to me. And the last thing I was told was to wait for another 10 working days for their response. I asked them for a refund and AGAIN, was told to wait. What a rubbish company, no wonder there are so many negative reviews out there! Should've known better than to order from such a scam!
