At the store on 1251 County Farm Rd. The employees are unprofessional. They were not able to determine what parts I needed according to the Fix Finder code. The saleswoman made me understand that I am not welcome here with my problems. And I was told to go to another store, Auto-zone. The O'Reilly shop was the most loved, but the employee has changed, not anymore!
I had my wife (while she was shopping in Nebraska City) stop by O'Reilly and get a caliper for the right rear on her 2014 Chrysler Town and Country touring along with break pads for both rear wheels while I removed the old caliper at home, 25 miles away. She returned with the parts, only to find out two hours later that they were the wrong parts (caliper and break pads). I called them up and told them the issue. They said bring it back up and they would replace it with the correct parts. So, 30 minutes later, I was back in their store, (irate because of the error). I didn't blow up at them, but was ready to. The salesperson that took care of me did so with a smirk on his face the whole time. In the meantime, the brake fluid was draining from the lines on the van. They didn't apologize, didn't offer a discount, didn't give me some break fluid for my trouble. Nothing. That will be the last time I step into an Oreillys store.
Went in to buy windshield wipers for a Jeep Wrangler. I did not know what size was needed. The gentleman at the counter looked it up and found exactly what I needed. Then the manager, Brad, installed the wipers for me in the rain. Thank you guys for great care. It was much appreciated.
The east Texas district manage John Nutter actually thinks 30 hours is full-time. Cody Miller, the manager at Store #6088, White Oak, Texas seems to enjoy breaking the company rules that he is supposed to enforce. He dips snuff and constantly has to stop and spit into a trash can or into a cup while waiting on customer. If he's not dipping snuff, he's either outside or standing at the front doo vaping. Apparently he only owns one pair of pants, they look clean in Monday, but by Friday you can't tell what color they were on Monday. It's easy to identify them because he cut a gash on the left rear leg and stitched it back together. He also just hops into one of the 2 delivery trucks and drives around without doing the required morning inspection.
Applying at this location consist of being forced to lie on your application and a manger that changes things via text and just assumes someone would get the message and jump. Plus they litterly pay less than you would make working at McDonald's I guess that's why they Larry try's to have control with new hires.
We called the store on North Nebraska this morning, Barbara wouldn't stop talking I needed to check a brake master cylinder for a 72 Mustang the one that was shipped by O'Reilly was incorrect. Why should I have to drive over there to see if it's correct when they could simply take it off the shelf and look at the two ports for the brake lines. That's all I was asking uncooperative awful lost our business forever and I will pass the word. We have a lot of friends that restore cars and were using O'Reilly on a regular basis not anymore. In this day and age the only thing you have is good customer service. They do not. They need to teach people how to answer the phone and talk to a customer
I have not had an experience like the one at the Marana, AZ (Cortaro) store in quite some time. From staff that had no idea how to determine the correct parts, to one male employee in particular who was more interested in throwing his weight around than actually resolving some confusion over a refund for a part that they seemed incapable of getting right even though I handed them a spec sheet for the proper part. Rude, obnoxious, condescending and probably has no business engaging with the public.
Never again...
My kids were on their way back to Idaho from Kaycee Wyoming when they had car problems. An employee named Bob from the Buffalo O'Reilly's helped them out immensely! He lent them tools, gave advice, found parts and more. Thanks Bob for being a good Samaritan. When we think of O'Reilly's we think of helpful, friendly people like you! In Idaho, you're fondly known as "Buffalo Bob." Keep up the good work!
In the past and now we are bought in many parts from o'reilly's and they have great quality in their customer service and knowledge in their parts and they come out and help you and put it in your car if feasible The stores look wonderful they're always clean and the products are very well Supplied on the shelves good discounts good returns if needed. I just had a great experience with an employee she had much knowledge and very good at retail and a smile helped in every way she could and that's the kind of customer service that businesses need I'm sure there are many more through the years that I have dealt with as far as customer relations but this employee stuck out and I just wanna say congrats again please keep doing a good job tracy books. And their staff at o'reilly's
Never going to any oreillys again was a huge customer until today paid extra for shipping only got one the pieces i ordered, rude $#*! dude from back tired to say that was the one i paid for, he doesn't understand i paid for TWO! Not one. Then after pulling away i get a call, we found it in back... REALLY! Plus the manager was standing there like a bump on log saying nothing while his employee was being rude as hell... oh and man behind counter helping man was on his cell phone... i am sure me not going to the stores anymore doesn't affect them, but maybe it will get someone's attention! Hello NAPA or Autozone.
Went to our local O'Reilly's to ask about replacing a headlight, which on the website it states: Wiper Blade & Bulb Installation - Free
Our Parts Professionals will install wiper blades and replacement bulbs free of charge (with purchase of wiper blades or bulbs). Whether you've bought front or rear wipers (or both), headlights or tail lights, we'd be happy to install them for you.
They refused. Will not go back there again.
I wanted to make this review about someone specific, his name is Logan Miller and he is based out of Minot ND O'Reilly auto parts. I went and checked on my battery today and he did an amazing job testing it for me. He told me exactly what was wrong and just got down straight to the point with things. This is how I recommend a job should be done always! I have nothing to say but good things about this man. Thank you so much for your help and exceptional customer service Logan!
I called the O'Reilly store on March 24 to order a part for my 2001 Toyota Sequoia (wheel steering pump) a female employee answered the phone in a bad manner and sounded like she did not want to assist customers!
When I finally went to the store to pick up the parts there was only one employee helping customer and the other female employee was walking around ignoring and avoiding customers. When there was about 4 customers in line she finally decided to help, with a bad attitude.
And to top it off I received the wrong part.
I went in to get new windshield wipers. I was instantly greeted and as I walked up to the windshield wiper machine Steve asked me if I needed new windshield wipers. I said yes he looked them up for me on his computer and found them. He then asked me if I'd like help putting them on. He came out and put them on as we talked a little about our day. He put them on quickly and knew what he was doing. Service with a smile and very friendly. I would definitely go back. Thank you Steve who has worked for the company 19 years you are making a difference. I have always prided myself on customer service and made sure to always write a review when it's great. Keep doing what you're doing Steve. The location I visited was on Overland.
Store manager always told me I had to say Thank you for calling O'REILLY'S
Well my husband has an account with them, and called a little bit ago, and asked about a part, and availability. Store didn't have it, but could order it. My husband asked for the cut off time to get one coming. (My husband had to ask the customer if the price was okay for her).
Corbin first response was" oh so you're calling around to get other prices". My husband explained the situation, which he shouldn't had to. And at the end of the phone call Corbin did not say thank you for calling O'Reilly's. Very disappointed
My 16 yr old daughter went to oreillys in wiggins ms last night just as the wind and rain was starting to pick up from hurricane Sally to get windshield wipers on her car. The man behind the counter sold her a ver nice set of wiper blades but when she asked for help to install them he told her he's not allowed to go outside due to covid and sent her on her marry way! Thank the lord my daughter was able to make it home safe driving extremely slow barely able to see past her hood with no windshield wiper blades on her car. When I look on the website for oreillys of wiggins it says they will help you find the perfect windshield wiper for your car and INSTALL them! Thanks for helping my new driver feel safe on the road last night oreillys of wiggins from a concerned mom!
O'Reilly's Auto parts in rainsville Alabama has the most understanding caring and trustworthy employees especially the store manager Jimmy. I would recommend this store to everybody. Thank you O'Reilly's Store# 1213
DO NOT SHOP AT O'REILLY. Their employee, Jacob, at the Camden SC location is rude and can not calculate properly. He tried to deactivate my account so that they would not have to give me a refund for a bad battery that was still under warranty. I had to call the corporate office and they made them give me my refund.
My husband and I went to the business loop location to buy some parts for my sons car. While waiting for parts we overheard the female employee be super disrespectful to a veteran telling him he should remember his military number by heart even though he offered to show her his military card. The parts we were quoted the night before were all wrong and we ended up paying way to much considering the parts online were $125. Cheaper. But that wasn't even the problem the employees their are so incompetent it took them almost an hour to find the right parts and than after spending $250 on parts I had to deal with the guy who was waiting on us run his mouth and say to what are we having a bad day and ect. We will never go to your business loop location.
O'Reily used to be my favorite. Now they don't even try to be competitive... and seemingly don't think anyone will check their prices against their peers. The following quotes are from the respective. Com sites. There are many more businesses selling Cardone ******* power steering pumps, but I think you get the idea. I have no receipt from O'Reily because I'm not willing to pay double for the same part I got elsewhere
Answer: I never have an idea, but I think contacting the support crew will help do
Answer: Really, I'm not a member, but can recommend them for one
