Went to our local O'Reilly's to ask about replacing a headlight, which on the website it states: Wiper Blade & Bulb Installation - Free
Our Parts Professionals will install wiper blades and replacement bulbs free of charge (with purchase of wiper blades or bulbs). Whether you've bought front or rear wipers (or both), headlights or tail lights, we'd be happy to install them for you.
They refused. Will not go back there again.

I had enough points to redeem my 'free' pizza so I did. When delivery guy arrived no free pizza. He knew nothing about it and he nor the management where I ordered the pizza had any clue or were any help. Emailed Dominos and, even bought they acknowledged my complaint they have yet to resolve the issue and this happened 5 days ago. They make you jump through hoops to contact them and then don't help you anyway. Done with Domino's. What a joke.

When my bill was being increased AGAIN I contacted Time Warner several times on trying to lower my bill... the answer each time was that I could lower the 'tier' I was on and save a whopping $10.00. The last time I talk to a snarky CSR I said fine, I guess I'm finally going to get my Roku. The smart aleck told me to go ahead and do that and to have a nice day. That day I did it and got rid of my cable... returned the box, remote and never looked back. Saving over $100.00 a month. One of the best decisions I ever made.

I have a code from Vudu which would not go through. I emailed Vudu cs and sent all the info they needed. I was told they would get back to me. When they did get back to me 2 days later they said that since they hadn't heard from me the case was closed. WTF?! Now they won't reply to my emails.
