This is the united states of America. It is a sad day when you walk into a place of business and pick up three items that total 103 dollars and walk out with out your product. The place would not take a hundred dollar bill. Your company lost a customer today and I will not ever shop here again. If business stop accepting cash then I will shop online. Brick and mortar store fronts with personal attention to customers is extremely important. Obviously You have forgotten that.
I have been shopping at Oreily's for years. Lately their counter help is really slow, can't find anything that's not on their computer screen, and recently they tend to leave items out if the bag when you buy multiple items then when you discover it they tell you that you lost it and will not do anything but keep your $.
This store will not enforce the mandatory mask requirement issued by Boulder County. I confronted a fellow customer who basically blew me off, so I asked the clerk to ask the man to leave. The clerk said, "Corporate says we can't ask people to leave even if they come in without a mask." So, you just lost a customer... get some guts and enforce the requirement, your customers expect it, at least this "FORMER" customer did!
I like getting parts here when I need parts now. If there is time, I always check Amazon first. Amazon auto parts, when available can be 30% to 60% cheaper. And the shipping is free if you wait 5-8 business days with a min. Of $25 or $50 purchase. Depends on Amazon.
I was hired on by Chad Keel years ago.I left for a few years and came back bringing my customer base with me.Me and the store manager brought in Heavy duty parts and a hydraulic hose crimper to cater to our customers. My best customer was Griffith company, who would spend about 30,000 a month. After we left no one was able to handle the business. Your company doesn't know how to keep its customers, and properly train among the ranks.
I have accounts with all the big auto places Autozone, Advance, etc. I'd say Oriellys is on the lower end. Their scan tool used to be the best and now they have digressed back to vanilla ones they all use. The parts are better quality than Autozone, but still not up to Advance. I shop here sparingly.
Istalled an Ultimate alternator in a lincoln mkx. Lasted 400 miles. Alternator #2 Bench tested as failed. Now waiting for #3. They offer no labor assistance.
When my granddaughter and I, walked into O'Reilly's on S. Main St., Salisbury, NC we were treated like we belong here. Colton, Oscar and Christy engaged us very politely and knowledgeable. This overall shopping experience was quick.
Thank you, The Chapman's
My sister and I just left O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Bloomfield, CT and Carlos took such great care of us! We walked through the store talking & laughing about different things and then he came out and helped us put the wipers on her daughter's car. The other two gentlemen there were awesome as well! We actually had a great time there! Very helpful, knowledgeable and saved us a lot of money! We will be back for sure!
I stopped at the store because my car was heating up today. A guy named John came out to my car and checked my fluid. It was ok. I called my husband and he said to buy a thermostat. Mike went out to check the vin number to get it for me. They were both helpful and very nice. I wish that every time I need help at an auto store I could have them help me. This was at the store in Springfield Township, Ohio *******.
Have stopped at O'Reilly Auto Parts, 315 Grove St., Worcester, MA only 3 times for VERY small purchases and their customer service goes above & beyond. Visit this store when you need auto related items. You won't be sorry!
Worcester resident.
Called and spoke with Red (Thomas) and he was very helpful and patience over the phone. They were the only place around that had the battery I needed for my car. Also, he installed for me! Excellent is what I would say this place has saved me a couple of times it's my go to place for my car from now on. Thankyou Red I cant say enough about your employee, except he is Awesome.
The employees and Manager at the store on 11th and Lewis in Tulsa have always been not just knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful. The love working on cars and really are interested in your project, even when they are super busy. From returns to all kinds of crazy questions these people have always provided service with a smile. Thanks!
Bought some motor oil and tire sealant through there website. I ended up receiving the wrong kind and contacted customer service and received prompt and courteous attention. They went above and beyond to handle my situation. I will not hesitate to order from them again. A+
My car has a battery with two years warranty but after 8 months wont charge, they do not honor the warranty because Im not the original purchaser ( it came in my vehicle). It seems to me they do not warranty their batteries they warranty the transaction. So keep your records. And may be it is better get your batteries at walmart.
I went to O'Reilly's on 1st avenue north in Billings Sunday afternoon because the owners manual was showing a different fuse box. The guy at the counter went out to look help check fuses for my headlights. All good. He goes to the driver's headlight and pulls the the bulb, looks good. He tries to put it back and tells me he broke it. Pulls passenger side and it goes back on no problem. Getting too cold. I go home and check o YouTube. Back Monday morning and buy new switch. Old one proved bad. I asked for help putting the other light switch back on. It's broke, I know. Your co-worker broke it. Got on the computer, gave me price to order one. 5-7 days. I have been on the job four days after a long illness. I'm broke, everything is in pawn. I had twenty bucks to my name. They broke the part but refused to even give me a break on shipping. The guy tells me sorry, I'm just not very mechanical. I don't even have gas to pick up the part. Never again O'Reilly's!
Bought running boards for my truck was told all hardware was included to attach them to the truck. After receiving them later to find out they don't. I was charged a 50 dollar freight fee that I will have to eat. I have always shopped there before. Will be returning them today don't really need a boat anchor.
This isn't far the worst auto parts store I have ever been too. I tried to return a tool that I didn't use and was told it was too late and they already ordered a new one. $178.00 for a tool that I don't need. They were rude and condescending. Terrible place!
Don't shop here!
I been trying to get my car fixed for the last two days, but can't get anywhere because your employees keep giving me the wrong part. Why are they even working there. HIGHLY UPSET. I might not ever enter your store nor advise anyone else to.
One star is too high for your terrible customer service. I was stranded and a king person gave me a jump. I drove to O'Reilly in Roosevelt to get a new battery. They had one but would not put in in. I was the only customer in the store. What? I am s 67 year old Grandma with no mechanical experience. Luckily I had left my car running so I could drive to your competitor for 5 Star customer service.
Answer: I never have an idea, but I think contacting the support crew will help do
Answer: Really, I'm not a member, but can recommend them for one
