Loren and Chris at the Detroit Lakes O'Reilly store were more than helpful to my husband who was broke down on the highway today. Although he was at their mercy they assisted him as much as possible to get him back on the road. They will never know how greatful we are for their help. Thanks fellas! Today you are our heros! You reinvented our belief in human nature with your creativeness and outright generosity!
I bought a car battery from them. I didn't have much of a choice since no one has anything else on stock. The battery was defective with a bad cell so I returned it for another.
Then my second battery started dying. It mysteriously had lost 2 inches of acid in 9 months on a new and never opened top. Looks like it is leaking.
They denied the return and said it was my fault.
Two defective batteries. No more O'Reilley for me.
Purchased an alternator for my daughter's 2005 crossfire. Automotive place charge me 240 to have it installed, alternator went bad they replaced the alternator under the guarantee again alternator went bad. Replace that alternator again alternator went bad customer service rep said they were going to see if they could get me a refund on cost of Labor not only did we have to replace three alternators a battery and a tow. Last alternator was replaced by the auto repair shop haven't had any problems called for a refund they denied. O'Reilly Auto parts do not stand behind their products
Most of your auto parts retailers (Auto Zone, Advance, Carquest, etc) will have your basic paint chemicals like quarts of lacquer based primer, a few generic colors, and some basic clear coat as well as a few aerosol cans that "match" factory colors.
O'Reilly's has them too, but not a lot of people know that behind the counter (you have to ask for it) there is a whole catalog of paint chemicals and supplies and a handful of stores even mix their own paint if you can provide a paint code off the car in question.
Chemicals, sanders, paint guns, safety gear. Primer, sealer, reducer, paint, hardener, clear coat, activator. Lacquer, acrylic, urethane. They can get their hands on some amazing things... but make sure you're selecting the proper combination of chemicals (make sure they all have the same base).
Hillbillies to the max nothing but a bunch of lazy prejudice children sitting around and don't know a spark plug from a tire gave me the wrong parts. Disrespectful couldn't even get up out of the chair barely the cash that dude out
I went to Oriely's auto parts this particular morning just knowing that I was going to get bad customer.service. Because every where you go to get service, people tend to show terrible professionalism. I went at store 1876 in Jacksonville, met a gentleman named Willson and he was the most professional, considerate, empathic and caring gentleman I met. I had to write this review about his customer service. He really deserve it! If you need any parts for your car, stop in jacksonville at this store. He won't let you down. I give this store 5*****...
I am writing a review about the Oreillys in Santa Fe NM. The Oreillys on Airport Rd. I want to thank Isaiah"store manager" and Raquel "sales associate" for their awesome customer service. They both go above and beyond to make their customer feel special. You guys are awesome. I wish more businesses were like you guys. You truly care about thepeople you serve in your community. Keep up the outstanding work. God bless!
Leo's helped me purchase the right parts for my 2004 Chevy Trailblazer 4x4 and prices have been more reasonable than other auto parts stores! I've been buying from him now and appreciate his knowledge and compassion.
I recently made a purchase at the Clinton la store (5278). The young man who assisted me was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He attributed his training to a manager who opened that location (Michelle McGehee). Ms. McGehee is currently managing the baker la store (625). I would like to commend Ms. McGehee and her staff for their professionalism. Job well done!
I just want to give a huge shout out to Erin at Lebanon store on Sparta pike. She helped me for an hour or more trying to find a part that had no part number or info and did not know the name of it. She finally found it for me and I was able to order it thru dealer since they didn't carry it and couldn't get it. I love working with her to get parts for my vehicles.
I called before hand to see if a part was in stock and they quickly told me " Yes" and hung up the phone. A half hour later when I arrived to buy the part, they told me they didn't even carry it! What kind of service is that!? 09/22/2020
I went in to this store to buy a new alternator and the service they provided was the worst I have had in a long time.the reps talk down to you. I was so angry I asked the employee if I had done or said anything that offended him.he just stared at me and got back to his cell phone conversation. Will. Otherwise go back ever.
Purchased a part at O'Reilly for my daughters car. We even did expedited shipping because we needed it urgently. Four days later and the part did not turn up. I contacted O'Reilly and it was determined the part was lost in transit. The worst part is you cannot get reimbursed until they are reimbursed by UPS or the part is returned to them. No consideration is given to the person waiting on the part and whether or not they can afford a new part. The decent thing would be to to send out another part to the customer, while you sort out your problem with UPS. This would be my first and last experience with this company their policy suck. If you have no problem paying for the same part twice then go to O'REILLY. This is why people love shopping at places like Amazon they look out for their customers and does not hesitate to replace the product.
I had a crap day, walked into O"Reilly's needing a battery for my car. I had no idea what I needed. Joseph had a big smile on his face, and said Hello ma'am what can I help you with today? He came out to check what was going on with my battery, told me all my options and had that new battery installed within like 5 minutes. He was truly a pleasure. And just a great sport! I would definitely recommend O'Reilly's to anyone. You have a great employee!
I've used O'Reilly's for years. Good bunch of guys. Went in for the first time to ask them to check my check engine code… The guy was very aggravated about it and when we got out by my car he said I had to hook it up because he wasn't allowed in my car. That's ok., Won't ask that again.
Walk in, can hear 2 men talking but not see them, look up my 3 windshield wipers numbers, no one ever talked to anycustomer, 3 people, I am ready, & no associate around! I look, I say loudly, Hello, I look again & finally 1 appears. Never looked at me or spoke to me. Worst customer service I have ever seen & I will not be back. I will instead go back 1 block & go to auto zone where they really were busy!
These people are Highly Incompetent! No help What So EVER! Never received a confirmation email, so my order was never processed. Called customer service to see what the problem was and was told that my order wasn't verified within 24 hours so it has been cancelled. My card Was charged though! So you can take the money but can't place the order until it's verified? Then when I asked for a supervisor, I was told that there are none. Robert and Andrew are pricks! I've called 4 different numbers, ALL of which lead me back to these two ignoramuses! I even called the CORPORATE number and was transferred back to these epic POS! O'Reilly's has lost my business forever! This isn't the first time I've had an issue with this place and I'm surprised they're still in business!
But! I filled out application as a parts runner, Guss the area manager did my background checked, it passed of course I did my drug testing, told Guss 7 to 10 working days just a few days before turkey day he said cool. After thanks giving the following week I stoped in to find out Guss had gave a two week notice and his last days was day before thanksgiving. Ok now I don't have a job. If anyone knows this man give him a message for me.
" what comes around goes around"
Ty for getting my hopes up
Wonderful experience with team member, Frank, at O'Reilly's in Oak Ridge, TN. He is always very courteous and willing to help each time I have made a visit there. He has assisted me with installing a new headlight bulb and changing my windshield wiper blades. He needs to be promoted with a really nice pay increase. When researching the company, I was shocked at the low pay these employees receive compared to the 11.6B in revenue last year with net profit of 1.75B. O'Reilly, you need to pay those that make your company profitable far better. They need to feel valued and appreciated.
Your store at. 8117 menaul ne. Albuquerque NM. Lady was so helpful. I lost my wrench to remove battery. She let me use one of there's, ask me if needed any help removing old battery. Very curteous. This will be my go to store for parts from now on.
Answer: I never have an idea, but I think contacting the support crew will help do
Answer: Really, I'm not a member, but can recommend them for one
