Sent wife to pick up 5w-40 full synthetic motor oil, clerks sold her 4 qts at 9.99 when she asked for least expensive which would have been 5 qts of oreillys brand for 27.99. I have had a bad day and when I called the girl who helped my wife she just said sorry our system does not show that in stock. When she went back and looked sure enough y'all had 3 -- 5 qt bottles. Just lost 1 customer
Just went into store at granbury rd in Fort Worth. 3 guys behind the counter, on their phones, two with their backs to the counter. Stood there for a few minutes, no one looked up, then asked "can anyone check me out?" With an attitude and not a word said, the guy on the bench reluctantly got up and checked me out. Will think long and hard the next time I need something, about going back to Oreilly.
Went in to order a simple part for my engine. They said I will be charged $75 till I bring in the old part. Why? Are they going to clean it up and sell it as new? I should not have to bring in my old part. This was the first time ever to go to this auto parts store and it will be the last time.
I bought a four set of strut's the middle of last summer. The main reason I purchased them was the $150 dollar rebate they were offering. I filled the rebate form right after their purchase. I tried reaching out to them without luck. I never did receive my rebate.
3409 w. Van Buren is the place to stay away from.Angel is his name not to let your kids around. This person employed by Oreilly is a disgusting person. This type of person should not only be fired but arrested. I am asking you to get this person off your staff.Do yourself a favor.thank you, for c your time.
I went to the 1748 S Missouri Ave location and had a really great experience. Joseph offered to change my battery, and turns out there was another problem with my car, he spent 1.5 hours in the hot sun running tests and trying different things trying to figure out what was wrong with my car without a single complaint and a happy attitude. Eventually he was able to figure it out and I was happily on my way. Amazing customer service, he could have just sent me to a mechanic when the car wouldn't start but instead he helped me out.
The attitude of the staff there is deplorable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I walked in to ask for a solenoid for my mitsubishi eclipse and was told to wait. I stood there and waited while the sales guy was looking at the register as if something was wrong but no one was standing there. He then went to the back and never came back so I left. This isn't the first time this has happened. I won't be going back there for service.
Pulled into Willimantic, CT with broken connector to radiator hose... thought I could attach a clamp and re-fill fluids... Keith and June were outside offering advice immediately with Keith provding hands-on service to remove a broken hard plastic part in the connection... Keith oversaw the fluid replacement and off we went... we were in Connecticut probably an hour plus from our residence... Great Experience... Knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful... Thanks very much fro the effort, Bob and Julie
I recently purchased remand injectors for my 2006 Dodge diesel. The number one injector came apart on the second test, drive by the mechanic and it put a hole in the piston and the side of the block and the injector went through the turbo engine destroying the complete. O'Reillys refuses to stand behind their warranty and fix my truck.
I most recently found my battery dead like I am sure many since it is so hot in AZ! Greg was absolutely kind and patient with me as he explained the warrenty policies for their batteries and of course mine had run out! He not only assisted me with chosing the right one for my jeep he also put it in and took away the old one! Thank you so very much Greg on 59th Ave north in Glendale AZ! You are a true gentleman and a blessing to your company!
Called O'Reilly's in Bonner Springs, KS 4 different times about getting paint. They take my information but never return my call. Waste of my time. I went to bill's auto paint in Olathe instead and had the paint I needed in a few hours.
Ordered a 6 dollar part and had the wife go and pick it up. They would not give her the part. She told the girl she had me on the phone and i could confirm credit card number and or other info. Nope would not give it to her. Suburban auto and Advanced Auto did not give her any problems. That's the second problem i have had with them, i will never be going back.
I have always been happy with this store, that's why I gave it a 3. Tonight I walked in at 8:58. I needed a bulb for my license plate. When I walked in there was a young man leaning against the counter on his phone. Since it was so close to 9 I asked if they were still open. He said "yes but we are getting ready to close. " I told him all I needed was the bulb and as he looked over towards the aisle, without even standing up from his leaning position or putting the phone down, I interjected with "is there a book over there to tell me which bulb it would be? " His answer was "no. Not for that. Would you mind coming back tomorrow?'
Mind you the door is still unlocked and open a few inches. I said "yes sure I can do that. I sure hope I don't get pulled over", as I walked out the door to my car. When I got back to my car the door was still unlocked and open a few inches. So is it today's younger generation that does want to go the extra mile. This would not have been the extra mile. The store was open. The door was open. This was a sale. It could have been the 2% added to the bottom margin that was needed to keep that kid his job, But I was interrupting his phone time. I will still go to this store. If I do have the opportunity to speak to him I will tell him what I thought. When I was in my early 20,'s I worked for a family owned business. I learned a lot from that owner that has carried me thru life with outstanding work ethics. My customer was my paycheck. His policy was to stay open 5mins later then posted and to serve that customer as if he was the first customer of the day
Went into o'Reillys in Seymour Indiana last week to purchase a car battery. Three employees, one customer. I went to the counter where one employee was ringing up a customer while another employee he watched. Third employee was stocking shelves. After waiting 3 or 4 minutes without so much as a nod of my existence I left the store. Purchased the battery from AutoZone for $200+. Auto zone acknowledged me the second I entered the store. They also had three employees and one other customer. FYI I am 75 years old.
Out of stock very often. Ordered a part, was promised it would be there by 4, they "forgot" to get it on the delivery truck. No compensation for my lost time ( a 45 minute drive each way) not even a sorry, just "not our fault and out of our control". The (underqualified) store employees seem to think that their dc is not part of the same company. Went to Auto Zone instead. They delivered the part to me same day at half the price. There are a lot of reasons why Auto Zone is rated #1 by their customers and blowreileys is not. Forsyth, Missouri srore.
I attempted this time my 3rd try to work with him on occasion with bold width & legnth. His lazy butt doesn't want to leave from behind the counter. He claims to not know anything about it. Last visit another employee stepped up & helped. Today this lazy $#*! was there again refused to go to the peg screw bar I told him This is lazy Edwardo I'm calling corporate this is nuts
All he started doing was talking trash, I don't appreciate People threatening my job. I said I was calling corporate on you,! You're rude & lazy.
Installed a Microgard Cabin Air Filter 3 years ago on my 2016 Subaru Forester. Started to remove it on Feb 17 are the mounting tabs snapped off like it was a stale cookie. The PN is MGA4014. Called O'Reilly Customer service, talked to Tyler and was told it was produced by WIX...he gave me the WIX Customer Service Number, I called and found out that they DO NOT MAKE CABIN AIR FILTERS BRANDED AS MICROGARD!. I then called Tyler back, asked him to find out exactly who makes it, he called back that is was some odd-ball Chinese Company I'd never heard of, not WIX.
Not happy with the product or getting lied to from the O'Reilly rep...until I finally MADE HIM check it out.
Guess I might as well order from Amazon for all my filters and skip overpriced O'Reilly.
Called in to replace battery. The guy told me I purchased it on 9-9-2019 and it was still under warranty. So I went in and they told me the warranty ran out on 3-20-2020. It was at least a two year warranty so It should still be under warranty. Doesn't seem fair, but I just won't do any business with them anymore.\
Not only did Makay ( name of employee at O'Reilly's Rayford Rd in Spring, Texas) take care of me and my daughter by not trying to sell us the most expensive items but He installed the battery and both headlights to her car. Wow! I am amazed at the outstanding customer service of this young individual!
I visited the store on division in Arlington and the guy that worked there was awesome he was very inquisitive about everything and he was so patient w me I wish I knew his name but he's a young white guy w brown hair thanks young man for ur help and patience
