I've gotten 3 emails but no confirmation on me getting my order one hundred percent for sure or physically seen tickets. Now I have to do some review which I don't know has to do with my order all I want is my tickets.
The ticket admin price is unethically high. I will not use this site again. I continued because I promised my daughter.
So basically until I get my tickets there is no way I could review this site. Simply for the fact that if I get ripped off then obviously there will be some issues to be resolved. As for the site accessibility itself I mean at least it's easy to use.
First of all I paid over $200 dollars for two tickets that I could have gotten for $75 for two, second I had to keep harassing them for my tickets because they weren't sent when they said they were going to be. In short I will NEVER go through this site again for anything.
I purchased tickets for Disney on ice for myself and five year old and they triple charged me when I realized it they would not refund my money. Stay as far away from this place as possible. BIG RIP OFF go to the main website for the event.
I want to warn everyone to stay away from this agency. I purchased tix to see the Dropkick Murphys on St. Pats Day at House of Blues in Boston for my friend's 50th B-Day. They said I might not my received my tix until up to 24 hours in advance. Fine. However, I only received them 3 HOURS before the event start. It gets worse.
When I arrived at the event the scanner they use at the entrance said both tickets had already been used! Understandably, HoB wasn't about to let us in. I called the agency and they said there were no more tickets available either, so we missed the event! It was very embarrassing and disappointing and I felt really badly for my friend.
The agency sent a form to me to which was used to launch an investigation. They quickly validated my story and found the tix were actually fraudulent in some way. They didn't get into specifics. To their credit, they provided a refund to my CC within a few days. They also gave me a $45 coupon that I have to use by September.
Given this was the first time I used them and they utterly failed, I will never use them again. The tickets I bought were 3X face value. The $45 barely covered my gas and parking fees to get into town, so I was hardly compensated for my inconvenience and embarrassment.
STAY AWAY.
P.S. One good part of the experience was that most of the customer service people I dealt with were nice.

The process was a bit confusing. The tickets were more expensive than on ticketmaster directly. When I asked why and asked for something to be done. The customer service representative said theres was nothing they could do.

It's very efficient and convenient. It took only two or three minutes to order the tickets and I received the email immediately. Then I printed it out. I'm so glad to get the ticket in a few minutes.
I was tricked by this site. My own fault though for not paying closer attention. They do a wonderful job of misleading the buyer to believe they are buying from the venue then mark the price up in my case 3x that of ticketmaster. Their "fees" were more than the actual tickets!
I was able to find seats and costs very easily. Purchased online and was emailed my download ticket link immediately. Downloaded and printed tickets with no problem.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November

Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.

Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
