The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Not much to say i just ordered the tickets haven't received them yet so once I get those there's not much to say
Site was very easy to navigate and find tickets, compare seating. I was disappointed that service charge was nearly $50 per ticket x 4... plus an email delivery charge for tickets won't be electronically sent for 3 months, 2 days before the concert. They are a gift.
This website was so easy and I got the tickets that I wanted. I would definitely use them again. I got the email confirmation within minutes of placing my order.
I bought tickets to go see Green Day in Hamilton. I was crazy excited to see that I could get floor tickets for 66$ from a preferred reseller. Great! Awesome bought the tickets, says my total is 176 and change, my credit card gets charged for over 200 bucks! I just wish the site would clearly tell you if its US funds right away. But from what I see it only tells you in bold just before you click the accept button, and on your invoice.
I hope those 8 tickets are real, and that I will enjoy the show with my wife as well as with my grand-children. If it is so, thanks a million OnlineCity Tickets.
I have ALL the information about my $140 ticket for Eric Church
EXCEPT - MY SEAT NUMBER! DOH.
Thanks a LOT.

Navigating the site was a breeze. Pricing was the best I found on-line (including Ticketmaster). Payment process and receipt of electronic tickets was immediate. Will definitely be using their services for future events.
RecibĂ mi ticket al instante de comprarlo y al llamar, los representantes fueron pacientes y muy buenos. Espero comprar con ustedes en otro evento. Gracias.
5/7 fantastic website. The review has to be a minimum of 100 characters, so pls ignore this filler sentence. Have a great day!
I live close to Montreal and thought I was buying tickets from the venue. It was later that I discovered that this was a reseller and I was unaware that the amounts shown were in US$ as I thought I was on a Canadian site, that adds about close to 40% to ticket price after credit card take their profit on exchange. I wanted to cancel my order only to see that all sales are final. I feel cheated
Could not have been easier! I went to a generic site first and got frustrated so ended up at the venue site and it was easy to use understand and cheaper! Thanks for this great option!
First time using this site it was great fast and efficient... defiantly will be using this site again to order tickets
Tickets were about $70 and fees were about $35 on top of that. There was no mention of the fee cost until you were ready to make the purchase. I felt robbed.
Agreed to tickets and shipping - never never any mention of fees - next day they charged my CC for $80 in fees that I never agreed to pay - called no chance at refund they tell me - its just their policy - so its OK to screw your customers?
I paid insurance on these tickets. Where is conformation just in case I need to cancel? I received tickets in a timely manner, but I would like a copy of the extra fees I paid for, in case of emergency and I can't make the event.
Thought the tickets were coming from the box office until I saw the price of the original ticket. The markup was almost 100%. I probably won't use this site again. If I'm in Detroit I'll get tickets from the venue rather than online.
Sure was easy on the computer, wouldn't allow me to put in a state on my phone. Price was fair until a service fee was added that was nearly 1/3 of the ticket price!
Easy and quick way to buy tickets and it isn't a pain in the $#*! with all the steps to go through. Will definitely consider buying tickets from here again!
First time using this site, found what I was looking for quickly and at a good price. Would definitely use again or recommend site for friends and family.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
