The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Extremely prompt service for the exact tickets I wanted. The tickets arrived seconds after my payment was approved, I downloaded and printed them and am good to go.
When searching for tickets online city tickets made it very easy and convenient! My fiancé and I are looking forward to going to our first concert together
Easy to do. But they need to be sure the tickets come in your own name not someone elses... not cool
The site is fine but it pisses me off that it is REQUIRED that I write a review that MUST be at least 100 characters...
Can't wait to spend the day with grandaughter.
Was easy to order and will use this site in the future.
Thank you very much
I wanted to add a ticket 5 mins after the purchase. Not only they refused to add a ticket to my purchase they refused to cancel my ticket and refund my money. All with in 20 mins. Now they are saying I can sell the tickets on my own.
I paid $228 for 2 tickets with Online City Tickets and $180 for 3 tickets with ticket master.
Learned my lesson the hard way. Save your self.
The process went smoothly, every step was quick and easy. The time spent was really short and went extremely well well, I spoke to person who was very helpful.
Never heard of this site but found it and it was really easy to get the tickets and pay. Fast too. I got the tickets immediately after. Just wish I could get hard copies too not just print it. But it was simple and easy and cheapiest prices I found.
I purchased my (2) concert tickets to Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in New Orleans, La.-Smoothie King Arena last October, and have not received tickets yet f/ April 7,2017 concert, AND Online Tickets charged me an additional $111.00 service fee! I want my tickets now to print. *******@att.net
THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS EASY AND FAST. JUST WISH THAT WE CAN GET A CLOSER LOOK AT THE SEATS BEING PURCHASED SO WE CAN GET A BETTER IDEA WHERE OUR SEATS WILL BE LOCATED.
I was able to buy my tickets in one day and receive them in minutes. No waiting for 2-3 business days for my tickets. It was quick and easy and I can't wait for the show!
I received my order confirmation followed immediately by my tickets within a few minutes of completing my order. The website was easy to use and had the information I needed to feel comfortable in making my purchase. I would use this website again.
It was Easy to find where the tickets were, download them and purchase them. I like how it had a map of the arena and all the highlighted areas were the seats that were available. It made my seating choice easy considering my budget.
I only wanted to purchase 1 ticket for my event. The other sites require you to purchase a minimum of 2 tickets. I am happy that I found this site.
Bought tickets, that are $115, service share $42 (already not great but I agreed to this). Then check my bank account where I was charged $216. Immediately called to refund, to which customer service would not refund me as the purchase was now confirmed (which happened in the few minutes I was on hold calling them). Literally purchased the ticket, checked my bank balance online and called (all within a span of 3 minutes) and it was too late to refund my tickets (while the company states 100% money back guarantee). Never using this site again, and encourage you not to either.
I should have just paid the postal service and have them hand deliver it to my door at least I know that 7.50 wasn't a waste. Also don't like how you offer tickets for x amount but at check out tack on an extra 58$ dollars "each ticket" for "services". Oh and don't forget the show I paid for is in Canada but I have to pay in US dollars? Maybe put that US dollar bracket by the amount the ticket costs to save the hassle of finding out at the order confirmation menu.
Other then the extra 120$ dollars service and email delivery charge plus " US currency"which equated to an extra 150ish $ in exchange rate, it was good fast service.
It was very easy to use and I received by tickets right away. They were easy to print and look great.
This was my first time, and it went very smoothly. Amazing how quick and easy it was. We can't wait for the event to get here.
SO far I could not be more pleased! The website was easy to use and I got what I wanted. I would recommend to other people.
I was horrified at the cost that was tacked on after the fact. If it was in American funds, it should have stated that. I will enjoy the concert, of course, but I will never buy tickets from this site again.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
