It was good it was cheap but it took long to get my ticket and it was alright I guess and I got confused because when It said something aboUT it going to my email but it took like 3 hours for it to go to my email

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! We just bought two tickets to a John Williams concert and saw after purchase $95 of extra fees, and found out the tickets we paid $130/ea for only cost $66 through the Hollywood Bowl. Called an hour after purchase to return and they refused. Said all sales were final, no exceptions. DO NOT USE!

Never Use them again

Accidentaly ordered the wrong ticket and I called them within minutes of placing the order to have them switched and the told me too bad there is nothing they can do. All I wanted was to switch to the correct show I did not even want a refund but it does not work that way. Do not buy from them they are nothing but a scam

UNFAIR POLICIES

I am more than upset and probably won't be using this service again. I inadvertently picked the wrong date for the tickets, called immediately, and again today, and was told there was nothing I could do about it. I believe this policy to be totally unfair. I pay $150 for something I cannot go to. Sincerely, LMPerin, Bothell, WA

Confusing

Looking for tickets is alright but buying Themis a little confusing. After you fill out info it kicks you back up to top and your about buying tickets twice and then on email if you buy last ticket in section it says selection anavalible pick another choice
