Thought I would get better seats. I know there were ones closer to the stage, for the same price (and less service charges) if I just went directly through Ticket Master or drove to the venue. Disappointing!

Simple and easy to use

Process was easy to use. I worried about our party getting split up because the seat numbers aren't given to you until after you buy the tickets but the website said as long as there weren't more than 4 people in our party we would be able to sit beside each other and we were. Not impressed with the amount of fees they charge per ticket. The website gives a lower price (than a lot of other competitors) which is what initially drew me in, however after you pay the fees per ticket you end up paying as much for one ticket on this site as you would have on the others.

I ORDERED Ed sheeran concert tickets months ago for his concert that was for sept 19,2017. I got tickets 2 days before the concert and printed them off. Got to the concert and tickets were good and got to see his show. Thanks again..

Flash Seats?

Ordered and paid for my tickets easy enough. But the delivery method is Flash Seats? Never used Flash Seats. Saw that I should make a free account but was never prompted to do that. Now I'll have to research that and do it - another unnecessary step in the process. Would rather get tickets in the mail or via email.

Almost aborted due to the disclaimer that the tickets were from a 3rd party; thought I was dealing directly with SmoothieKing Center. But the transaction went fast, and there was immediate follow up. Did not appreciate the added charges for being a 3rd party.

Throughout the entire application process, you are also unclear about what you mean by "delivery" of the tickets. It seems you're talking about both email AND postal mail, and fail to distinguish between the two when you refer to delivery of tickets. Also this review is useless, unless you provide me with a way to resolve my problems NOW. I tried your Live Chat, and nobody came on for 20 minutes during a regular weekday; so I exited.
