They tricked me into purchasing obstructed view... charged me $100 for a $29 seat and won't let me exchange it. And it was only 12 hours later.
I pressed best seat available and got the worst in the house.
Never ever use this site. One word. Rip off!

No mention of the service charges! Then charge me for UPS overnight but, I won't get them for maybe 6 months just 4 days before the concert? Not sure this is ethical or legal as it stated over night delivery on my receipt. I don't mind the service charge so much but, it would be nice to know up front. Make your charges above board and viewable to all prior to purchasing so that people can make a good choice and maybe your reviews would be so much better.
As noted by a few reviewers, I was surprised it price ended up being billed in US funds and the high service charges. The website was fairly easy to use but it took a while to realise that my e-tickets would not be sent to me until just before or on the date of the event!
They suck monkey balls. For real. NEVER buy from them. I don't even want to give them one star, only giving them 1 star because you can't give them no stars. I called tickets.com to find out why it said my $30 tickets said they were $16. "You bought them from a third party" guess who that was? Online city tickets. They paid $91 total. I paid them $158 total. Nice to know these a-holes like to rip off good people but if anyone is reading this please don't buy from them. Avoid them at all costs
I purchased 3 Garth Brooks tickets and it cost me over $600. $138 of that was their surcharge. What a joke! I was trying to get on the Iowa Events Center website and thought I was purchasing tickets at face value. My fault for getting to excited and not looking but they really are taking advantage.
It was easy enough to order the tickets. I only have 2 issues.
1. Until I received my e-tickets, I had no idea if my seats were together or not. It would be nice to know which seats you have before pushing the order button.
2. I started out on a Canadian site for a Canadian event at a Canadian venue, was redirected through 2 different sites ending up paying in US dollars. That is more an issue with the originating web site than this one.
Bought tickets, that are $115, service share $42 (already not great but I agreed to this). Then check my bank account where I was charged $216. Immediately called to refund, to which customer service would not refund me as the purchase was now confirmed (which happened in the few minutes I was on hold calling them). Literally purchased the ticket, checked my bank balance online and called (all within a span of 3 minutes) and it was too late to refund my tickets (while the company states 100% money back guarantee). Never using this site again, and encourage you not to either.
It always seems odd that an event gets sold out the second tickets go on sale but you can get in by other ticket vendors with little effort for the right price. I didn't go for the swanky tickets but I did get someone else name on my ticket stub. Either way, I'm going and he isn't because he was willing to make an extra buck. Thanks stranger.
Your site packs an unexpected $50 service charge per ticket AND is not sophisticated enough to show exact seat location. You have to purchase your ticket with no idea where in large row the seat will be. Very difficult to buy 3+ seats together.

I purchased garth brooks tickets for the Edmonton show first off the tickets were $104 dollars a piece i bought 2 my visa got charged 385.55 (not happy) and now after reading the reviews sounds like some ppl didn't even receive there email tickets
I ordered $160 tickets, but then was charged an extra $43 per ticket. My husband and I are on a fixed income. I am furious about this extra charge. Please put it into the cost up front. I feel like I have been cheated.
It was fast and easy to purchase tickets through onlinecitytickets. I received the email with pdf to print off my tickets within 24 hours. Hopefully, there will be no issues with using the printed tickets to get into the concert venue the night of the actual concert. Obviously, that would be the only negative to purchasing tickets like this. But I do not expect that to happen. If it does, I will add details to this feedback at that time. If nothing is added here in about 6 weeks, then all went as planned and my son's birthday gift will have been a success.
Its been my experience that no on line service will please everyone, that's what makes the world go round. I am very pleased with the outcome of my experience. There is no reason why i would not return to purchase tickets for future events.
Customer service is a joke. There was no resolution. I will never use this company again. They can't guarantee your tickets. They represent con-artist. Would rather miss a concert then buy tickets through the.
It's very easy and fast ordering tickets online. It was great to be able to see where exactly seats are located and how many sill available so I can let me friends know and hurry up for ordering to the same show as mine.
My tickets cost almost twice their face value. I'm not too thrilled about that. However the process of buying them was easy and they were almost immediately delivered to me via email. On that note, the "instant download" option also cost me additional fees.
STAY AWAY from these scammers! Not only their tickets are overpriced (when there is a lot of tickets still available), the fees and charges are insane! Sometimes near 70% of the ticket itself! They may not ship it to you as they promise, and you end up printing your own tickets without notice! Their fine print has no tolerance on refund and exchange. Check the actual venue for tickets, don't buy from these guys! Customer support is a nightmare! KEEP OFF from OnlineCityTickets!
Tickets were decently priced but due to an issue with my ordering process I ended up paying $10 more for each ticket and then the fees on top meant I paid almost double over the original price I had selected. Unfortunate outcome but still excited for the concert.
You don't know what you're really paying for tickets until it's too late.
My fee was 30%. Far too high - this is the service company making a huge payout because they know how to make a website. Come-on. Show the fee upfront, and make it something more reasonable.
