AWFUL SELLER
February 5, 2019

I purchased the item that, upon arrival, determined wouldn't fit.
We requested return. The package was in my house only for 3 days. Never taken out of the box!
RESTOCKING FEE 20% (OIf the $529.00 price)

With so many companies using the Covid19 excuse for delivery delays and loss of product, you guys provided excellent service from the initial placement of the order to the awesome time of delivery. We will definitely be returning for more business. Great Job.

Horrible experience with returns. The table was late then defective and I had to jump though so many hoops to get a replacement. They wouldn't let me return it without paying shipping and 20% even though it took almost 2 months to get a working table.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this vendor! Worse customer service experience ever. The challenge begins with attempting to return an item. The restocking fee is at minimum 20% plus shipping cost. This company then determines if they will increase the restocking fee to 50% upon receipt of return. The photos of the original item is fraudulent. Similarities exist, but the quality of the item is garbage

I ordered from them off Walmart.com, not knowing I could not return to Walmart. The table was improperly packed and smashed to bits. After doing the paperwork, and sending photos, they promised a refund in 3 to 5 days. One month later, no refund. They are stonewalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered the Java tree medium for my Amazon mealy parrot and I LOVED IT! (Toys not included of course) but they have Fast shipping and great quality products! Definitely would recommend and order from them again if I need anything else!

I ordered a queen adjustable bed and received it within 9 days. Putting the bed together was a little tricky because there was a carter pin missing and the part it held together was loose with a plastic sleeve and bolt in the bag. Since it was a queen it came in 2 parts so we could see the other half had the same thing on it but it was assembled so we figured out how to put the loose parts back together with a carter pin we had. The bed works great and I'm sure my family member will enjoy it.

I ordered my indoor/outdoor rug from Walmart.com after seeing an ad on FaceBook. The quality is outstanding and is absolutely perfect for under my kitchen table! From a distance it looks like a vintage Turkish rug but is durable and washable. It is perfect!

I ordered a kitchen light fixture through Wal-Mart. I had read some of the reviews stating OJ Commerce was not reliable, but my order was perfect! The instructions were in the box, the lights were wrapped and in great condition, the box was delivered very quickly! Everything was correct. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I ordered the Naomi Twin Loft bed from OJ Commerce in white. Unfortunately, the bed frame (although listed as white on the outside of the box) was grey. I tried calling the customer service line several times but after being on hold for 5-10 minutes I would be sent to a voice mail each time. I then emailed them about the error and they responded within a few hours. Email is definitely the way to communicate with them. They sent me a return shipping label and I was able to return the bed frame to them. Unfortunately they will not be getting anymore white ones in for 5 weeks so they refunded my money. Although I was unable to get the bed that I wanted I was impressed with their customer service and wouldn't hesitate to purchase any other merchandise from this company.

Awful customer service. I placed a large order and confirmed with them that it would arrive on time for an event. The first day of my arrival range the order was canceled. When I contacted customer service I was told it could not be fulfilled, but that I could place the order again and maybe they could fulfill it the next time. This is not how this should work. I'm now out the furniture I needed for my event and it is now too late to order it from a different seller.

I bought a headboard for my bed. It arrived ahead of schedule. It was properly packaged and all the pieces were there. It was easy to assemble. And it looks beautiful in our bedroom! I am very happy with the quality of my purchase and for the price I paid.

If I could give a negative number, I would, I recently purchased a bar stool from Walmart.com who uses this vendor as part of their "marketplace" After assembling the stool, which was not easy, sadly, the stool was not the right height and had to be returned. The cost of the stool was $81.40, after paying return shipping and a 30% restocking fee, my refund netted out to be $30.29 or 37% of the original cost. When I attempted to discuss this with the vendor, they were rude stating that was their policy and if I had read that return policy, I would have know that. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold and ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I paid $51.11 to look at a bar stool!

I ordered the office desk through Walmart app. I received office desk on 06/26/2020 and color was more white than I saw on site. I went to walmart to return desk on 06/27/2020. They told me they can't accept the return back as it is third party vendor(which i didn't knew) and they gave me email address to contact *******@ojcommerce.com. I contacted them and they told me that I have pay for courier charge separately stocking charge 20%. I had returned many items through amazon I didn't have any issue.

No one sees terms and condition before buying. As it has not been even 24 hours I went to return back.

I will request walmart to discourage such type of seller in their system having such type of weird return policy so that walmart customer won't loose their money. Literally I felt I am scammed in the name of this company policy.

I purchased a bar from this place and was told it was shipped on April 1 2020 still as of April 20 no order or refund. Spoke to Fedex was told this company only sent a shipping label April 1 2020 and no merchandise. So as of April 18 2020 was told by Oj Commerce that if my order was not received by April 18 2020 that I can put in for a replacement or refund of 203.24. I put in for a refund and no response they won't even answer the phone. This company is bad for business. I want my money

Unless you are *******% sure that you are going to LOVE the item you are purchasing, don't buy from this seller. I purchased a headboard from this company to match a bed frame I also purchased, when I received the bed there was cracked and torn pieces of chip wood that came off the pieces so I returned the bed frame. However, when I went to the post office to return the headboard, I was shocked to find out that the cost was the same amount I had paid for the headboard. And worst of all, there is a 30% fee that is taken out of the amount you receive back from a return once they receive the returned item. So basically if you purchase anything from this seller, make sure you are going to love it or you will be stuck with it like I am now. Terrible policy!

I ordered a wrong item, tried canceling within 45 min. They ignored my email. Then when I got a person on the phone they hung up "by accident" yet wouldn't answer my calls again. Deducted funds before they shipped item I never wanted! Then had to wait for it to return to them to get my credit back another 3 days. I would call all that bull. Would never order from them again or Walmart.

I ordered these from OJ Commerce through Walmart and was VERY pleased with the service. I needed several different sizes, and they were all in stock. Colonial Mills makes very nice heavyweight braided rugs that don't bunch up or that you trip over the edges. OJ Commerce had quick delivery. Very Pleased!

I purchased a 3 tiered bookcase and was pleasantly surprised at the strength of the wood used. After putting it together it was a nice looking and strong bookcase; very happy with the merchandise. Very good quality for the price.
