Horrible experience. I ordered an item for $99 from Walmart online and it went through and everything I was so excited. Two days later I get an email saying my order was cancelled because OJ Commerce Maine a mistake on their pricing. When I called them their attitude was like they didn't even care. No compensation or even an offer of a significant discount on the item. I am so angry this company is a scam and they need to be stopped! They should honor their prices! If anyone has experienced this please review them, put it on Twitter, Facebook, call and email them and file a complaint with the BBB something needs to be done. Walmart and OJ Commerce can't treat people like this
I purchased a bunk bed from this place and went through hoops to get an update on the shipment. When I placed the order, their website showed "in stock" and the rep even told me that it will ship out tomorrow. Tomorrow came, I received an email to find out that my order is canceled and my refund will take 1-3 business days to reflect in my bank. If you have not ship the order why drawn the money out? Spoke to their rep and manager, nothing they can do, this company is very dishonest and no integrity. Ojcommerce is very unreliable and inaccurate, bad business. Would NOT recommend this business to anyone. Do NOT buy from them, they'll take your money before the shipment is created with NO products in stock.
It was very poor quality. The customer service was very poor and the material was very cheap. The computer desk we bought smelled like mud and dust as soon as we got it and the manual was super complicated to read. It was just a bunch of boards with letters. The drawers looked like they were made of poor quality cloth. Tried calling customer service and they didn't seem to do much help at all. The shipping cost is higher than the product price itself. Please save your time and money and do not buy from OJ commerce.
I am very pleased with my new ironing board cover it has hangers and shirt and other symbols that go with the job of ironing. The cover was delivered on time I was so glad to get it so fast. I sew and was in the middle of a project and my old cover was worn out from use.
I recently ordered a Boston fern. It was better than expected. Full, well constructed and very real looking. Even the pot and hanging piece were well constructed and pretty. We loved it so much that we ordered another one! Exceptional looking!
The sofa came in fast and was relatively easy to assemble. It's on the smaller side but it's right for me since I require room in my living room for my yoga practice and other things. It is sturdy and beautiful.
Ordered a full length mirror. It is amazing! I thought it would be nice but I was amazed! I love it! It is for my grandmother for Christmas. She is going to loose her mind! Fast shipping and very securely packaged.
I ordered a rug on the Walmart app and this company was the seller. This is one of those out of touch companies that charge you shipping and a minimum 20% (and as much as 50%) restocking fee if you have a return. In my case the rug was not even removed from the packaging. I will be careful in the future to 1. Avoid doing business with Walmart and 2. Never ordering through a company like this. With return policies like this companies never survive. AVOID THEM if you are smart... there are too many other good comanies you can get the same merchandise from at better price and with the confidence you can return with a full hassle-free refund.

After putting together it is better than pictured and is a great addition to our living room and atmosphere for our remodeling and the finish is close to the wife's hunter green color scheme
The product arrived as advertised within the time frame mentioned. The procedure for assembly was fairly straight forward. The bed is well made and sturdy there were no inferior parts. The electronics work well. The bed is heavy and needs a strong hand to put together. I have slept well with the adjustments for the head and feet. The legs for the bed are large and sturdy. I am well pleased with this purchase.
I have no complaints about the small specialized pipe fitting I ordered through the Walmart marketplace. However, it took nearly three weeks to arrive. I did get an order acknowledgement very quickly, then crickets until I got notice from the USPS that the package was shipped, nearly three weeks after the order.

Purchased two Leick Home ironcraft wood and iron tables (sofa and hall tables). They are exceptional. Very high quality. OJcommerce was the best price (I spent a lot of time researching many online sites, including the biggest). The free shipping saved a lot as well. Everything about the purchase was really good. Glad I found OJCommerce and recommend them based on my first experience.
Love the sofa, not hard to set up. The only downside was with FedEx they delivered 2 of the boxes and I had to wait 3 days for the other one needed to put the sofa together. Not the shipper's fault. Love the color(gray) and it sleeps well. Happy with my purchase.
I was very happy with the product! It arrived quicker than anticipated, and in great condition. One corner of the box was slightly damaged, but it didn't hurt the stand because of the excellent packaging.
Stay far far away! They messed up a price on an item and sent me the wrong order. They would not honor the price on the order I paid for and would only email a return label. I emailed them several times, but they would not make it right. No one should have to deal with this. Not a stand up company!
Items are not as described and over priced. Merchandise does not have all the finishing pieces. They are not great to deal with. They send the same messages over and over without really resolving the issues. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
We ordered a floor length mirror from my daighter. The mirror is perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It was delivered speedily and was well packaged. I would definitely order from this company again. Great pricing as well!
I ordered a headboard through Walmart.com. Very shortly after I receive notice that it would be delivered on a specific date and approximate time. They delivered my headboard dropped it at the front porch. I happen to be home at the time so no problems at all. By the way I absolutely love the headboard!
I really like this chair! Very comfortable and easy to put together. Both the seat and backrest are firm, which is exactly what I needed. The only issue I have is not with the chair. The instructions included were for an office chair, not a drafting chair.
