Purchased a black wardrobe from this company via Walmart's marketplace a week ago. I purchased BLACK, was sent NATURAL. I contacted the seller and they asked me to unpack the item, put it together and measure it. A 100 lb wardrobe. What?! I told them I would not unpack it, I opened the end of the box, saw it was the wrong color item, and immediately packed it back up so I can return it. I sent a picture of the item I received (on their insistence) and I have explained the situation 5 times to them and 2 times to Walmart. Every time, the seller OJCommerce just sends me the same canned email back, asking me to put it together and measure it. This is completely outrageous, they obviously just don't want to pay for return shipping. I'll have no recourse now except to file a chargeback with my credit card company. BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY!

I tried to order a cat tower THREE times and every time they would send me the same wrong model of the same brand, trying to convince me each time that that's what I ordered. I waited for two weeks or so for the third time to order it since they told me there was a warehouse issue that has been fixed. Well, clearly not. It's impossible to reach someone higher up, they say you will get a call back from someone but that never happens.

First time using this company and I will never use again. We bought a cat tower, and it was made so cheap and very hard on the sitting surfaces - no padding under cheap carpet - Our cats ignore it. They don't offer return shipping, and it's going to be $80 for a return, and the item was $62, so we are going to donate it. Customer Service person was rude and robotic, kept asking "Does it look like t he picture?" - stupidity all around. Stick with well-known national brands, these off brands so NOT have the customer experience as a core value.

I don't recommend OJCommerce. Worse customer service. They don;t really care about their customers. They will not provide you a return label to return an item even if it is their fault. Stay away from this company.

I purchased a product through Walmart.com and they were the third party seller. I cancelled my order w/in 1 hour of placing it due to the delayed delivery time (I was able to receive it in 2 days through Amazon). OJCommerce delivered the product to me, despite my multiple email communications detailing my cancelled order. They denied me the ability to return their erroneous product to the Walmart store and forced me to pay for shipping to send their mistake back to them. They easily could have sent me a shipping label and had the delivery truck pick it up - but they didn't. They don't care about their clients. They do not provide customer service. Only purchase from them if you want to be SCREWED!

I ordered a floor lamp. Basically, OJCommerce is the distributor for the manufacturer and did not package the item. They shipped it through FedEx and I got it by the stated date. Upon opening the lamp, it had a defect - through no fault of OJCommerce. I immediately called them, explained the problem, sent pictures and was given a full refund that day. I have nothing but respect for a company that stands behind their business.

I just had to write a review about the loft bed I recently ordered from OJCommerce! It arrived way faster than expected and in perfect condition – not a scratch on it. My kids are absolutely thrilled with their new "fort" under the bed – it's become their super cool hangout spot. Assembly was a breeze thanks to the super clear instructions, and the whole bed feels really sturdy. Plus, it came with free shipping and arrived early! Overall, I'm super impressed – definitely recommend this bed!

I happened to order a Dining Bench via WalMart as the other reseller don't have it. Here is the host of problems I confronted with, because of these ridiculous, incompetent buffoons.
1. I couldn't cancel the order though I tried my best.
2. No return shipping label provided and the cost of return shipping is more than the price originally paid for. The other merchants (WayFair & HeyNeedle) in-fact provided the return label, along with pickup.
3. Their customer care sucks, never lifts the calls except the lousy email replies with Asian thick accent.

I bought the Schwinn Meridian Comfort Adult Tricycle and will start with one good point: the delivery was reasonably fast and the assembly is relatively straightforward (I have several bicycles). This specific bike and OJ Commerce's return policy however deserves 1 star. The bike is essentially unsafe to use - the braking is not effective even after multiple adjustments. The rear brake is just slowing down (faulty design) NOT stopping and the front one is not effective enough to compensate.
Sadly, the client will not realize this until it is assembled and then it cannot be returned. First and last time that I buy on OJCommerce. Order #: *******. Reputation is wealth.

If there was a negative rating from 1 to 5 this company would be below 1 star. After numerous phone calls and emails regarding a return merchandise issue, Fay promised me free return shipping labels which she did send me via email. She never mentioned that I would be responsible for half of the cost. I was then deducted half the amount of the return charge from my refund. The merchandise was misrepresented and there was no disclaimer stating that the finish on the chairs could vary. The stain on the chairs was night and day from what was pictured. Never would I ever conduct business again with this company that does not stand behind their word or promises. Wayfair is the best! Beware people.

I had my order delayed the day it was to arrive. I called and they said 3 to 5 more days. 3 days go by and I get a phone call telling me it will be delayed another 3-5 days. Three more days go by and it's still not shipped and told 3-5 more days.

They say it's im stock but they won't ship it.

I wish I read these reviews before making a purchase. This was the worst experience I had. I purchased an ottoman and received an end table. I now have to pay an additional cost to ship it back and I was expecting to entertain with my new ottoman which was a shipped table. Never Again

Very pleased with ojcommerce.com.
I order a very large and very heavy full size framed mirror. They offered my desired type of mirror for about $100 less than other sites or stores. Mirror arrived promptly according to tracking information provided. I was also very hesitant in ordering based on 2 things (1) never heard of ojcommerce and was worried it could be a scam company since prices were much cheaper than other places and (2) worried that ordering such a large mirror would almost definitely arrive damaged or broken (either the glass mirror or either the frame itself) during the entire delivery process... however it arrived packaged very well and was completely intact and void of any damage! Would highly recommend this company! Will definitely order from there again if time comes for something they offer that I need! Thank you ojcommerce.com.

Very Unprofessional company with terrible Customer Service that should not exist on the Market. It sells cheap poor-quality products and they know it. As they have a lot of returns due to the defective and bad quality stuff they sell, their return policy requires Customer to pay returning shipping cost + 20% restocking fee. That is how they make money! Stay away from them! I am providing photos of table legs I did receive from the company. Replacement legs came defective too. Find another company to buy furniture from, company who will care about their customers and company's reputation because Ojcommerce does not care at all.

Just because they have an item on their site does NOT mean it's available.
I even emailed them prior to purchase to double check that it was actually in stock, ready to ship. They replied yes, they had it, so I ordered immediately.
A week later, I got the standard form email..."the item you ordered is unavailable".
Just bad customer service and a waste of time and energy.
There's a reason they have so many bad reviews. Lesson learned.
Will follow up with post re: how long it takes to get my refund.
In the meantime, recommend you look elsewhere.
Update: They did issue a refund within about 3 days.

After several reviews on this tool shed by Arrow, we chose this for our use. Small enough to be retired-friendly.
Several reviews told us that it was not easy to assemble and could take 2 days to complete, even with 2 capable people. They were not understating the obvious here. We're retired, not mechanically inclined, and very few tools at our disposal. It took us 12 solid hours to assemble. There were only a few challenges but most were due to our limited abilities & construction knowledge. But we persevered & accomplished with great satisfaction.
Some reviews indicated that this unit was lightweight & flimsy. NOT TRUE! This unit probably weighs 100# assembled. It won't fly away easily. We do plan to anchor it to the wood foundation, but not anytime soon. Gotta wait til I'm no longer sore. Lol
This will meet our needs in every way as hoped.

It's a great looking chest. I ordered it because my daughter needed an extra dresser for her room and it looks fantastic! I wish the instructions would have told me that a lot of the pieces being mentioned were the same size (bolt locks, pegs, screws). After all, they didn't have any labels on them. Made it difficult at first to determine which one looked closest to the picture provided, but once I got the hang of things I'd say it took me two hours to put together. Not as y'all as I thought but that's my fault for not checking the measurements. Overall great dresser!

I've purchased many items online that needed "put together," but this product surprised me. First, it's very heavy and comes in two boxes. The packaging was superb. Every desk piece was wrapped and secured. A count of the "pieces" (screws abd such) were labeled with letter that correspond to the directions. And, every piece and count was correct. They even sent a "spare parts" bag with at least ones of everything.

The desk parts are label with letters and match the diagram in the instructions. There are 18 steps and it took me about 6 hours to complete. (Yes, I took many breaks). If I were to do this again, I would make sure to have an elevated surface to work on. It's a knee and back breaker otherwise.

Overall, I am thrilled at the price and quality. It looks much more expensive and the quality suggests that you spent most.
