I would say that 3 out of 5 is a great review for the item.
On May 2020 I purchased the item via Walmart.com
The chair arrived as promised on time, assembling it was easy but two things I didn't like. I could be a little taller to help bigger children fit well, cosmetically wise had damage here in there, yet I can't get a hold of customer service from walmart as they are saturated with calls and cant be on the phone all day.
I'm currently re-furnishing my entire living/dining room and purchased several assemble-it-yourself wood veneer pieces. This table is the best item I ordered. The veneer feels durable and I'm not worried about corners chipping.
It's a simple table design, both visually and easy to assemble, not all that many steps.
I purchased the item on walmart's website where OJcommerce was the outside vendor. They provided me with great customer service, I needed to cancel my first order and re-order, they responded to my email quickly and were super helpful. After the item arrived at my home they emailed me again to make sure everything was ok.
First message was last 03/23/2020 that the purchased that I made with them had a missing items. Until now it's 06/12/2020 i'm like a ball keep on passing from one to another. Not recommending to purchased here please...
We had purchased a new bed for my daughter 4 year old through this site. I am completely satisfied with it a guy here sooner than the delivery dates that was plus. My husband and I put it together it was pretty easy took us a little over an hour. But it was worth the joy on our daughter's face she absolutely loves her new bed. I highly recommend for your little ones.
I purchased a bookshelf and I am very content with what I received. It did take a little while to get here but I assume it is due to delays from the pandemic. Everything came nicely packaged. No pieces were damaged or missing and was very easy to put together. The furniture itself is not very dense/bulky which is exactly what I wanted. I would say it's not fancy type furniture but if you're looking for something that gets the job done for a decent price, this is the right place.
Do not ever buy from this company. They are absolutely terrible to work with bought a $400 desk huge chips in the top of it after putting it together five hours later they offered me minimal to nothing.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS COME DAMAGED!
I ordered the Medina dual console because I wanted something for a smaller space, a lot of storage and budget friendly. I have to say that I'm very happy with the price, product and fast shipping. The instructions however could use some work. The pictures were a little hard to understand and my husband and I have put together a lot of furniture. Also, very few of the pieces were labeled which made it a bit more difficult. Overall, I'd recommend it, but if you're not used to putting pieces together you better get some help.
I ordered from Walmart and it was actually fast shipping. I immediately assemble it, and there are instructions and complete materials. My only concern is that while assembling the step 3, I realize that the holes in the wood were on the opposite side. I just had to deal with it since I don't have the material to fix it. But when I finished assembling it, overall, I'll recommend buying this because it's really perfect for organizing and really spacious.
Decent bookshelf for the money... came with a solid wood back, rather than a cheap-o cardboard back like the previous one I bought, plus it's a good bit deeper (ie, 13", vs 10" on the older one... easy construction, with a Phillip's screwdriver being all that was required. I'm happy with it!
The stand was maybe worth $20 at most. Product was very cheap... delivery time was decent... I personally won't make another purchase from this company on purpose or suggest family and friends to do so either.
Product sold as new. However, once received the item has visible damage. Instead of providing a full refund this scam company wants to charge a restock fee. OJCommerce intentionally and maliciously sells faulty products. Posted all over social media until this business is closed down! Someone can get hurt from their garbage!
Previously purchased the same item directly from Naomi Home and was very pleased. Decided to purchase a second one from OJCommerce. Entire chair is out of alignment and very uncomfortable. Too expensive to return. Not an outfit I would ever consider doing business with again.
I love that this side bar fits perfectly in my space. It works well with my decor and provides just the right amount of space for storage. I rated this product 2 stars because it arrived damaged and the damages are extremely noticeable!
We opened the box and the piece fell apart. The glue dried up. Never saw that before. I called and a ticket was opened. So far so good. They said the will refund me. The item was beautiful but something went wrong
I ordered these stools for my outdoor high top deck table. They also happen to match my outdoor love seat & chaise set perfectly. The stools are a little taller than I'd like, but I'm very happy with this purchase. (I can't get the one picture to rotate sorry)
They were easy to put together, I had no problems.
We purchased this desk for my 17 year old daughter to use in her room during distance learning. She put it together with no issues at all. The price was the best we found on the internet. It arrived very well packaged and it came a week earlier than advertised on Walmart. We are very pleased with our purchase!
Fantastic price on a rifle safe. It's a little tight for my AR-15 or any title with a scope attached but works well for intended use and good quality overall. Fully lined with soft felt which was a nice feature. A few paint chips but nothing a paint pen didn't fix. Very happy with purchase. Would but from again. You really can't beat the price on this. If you are looking for a solid basic safe for 1 or 2 rifles, look no further.
I purchased 2 table tops for a custom desk on their website. Both tops are great quality, heavy, sturdy, BUT one of the top's corner arrived damaged. I did not want to go through the whole returning process so I simply turned it over to the less visible side against my wall, considering the price was only $50 each and the same table tops were much higher priced any where else. I also decided to keep because a lot of the times are the delivery drivers who damage the shipments. I just decided to not make a biggie since it isn't a major damage, otherwise I think I would of returned it being the contrary.
I ordered this bookshelf because of its size. It's perfect for my daughters and my books. I'm a single mother and I often times have to build everything myself, which is fine. I enjoy it and get to show my daughter that she can fend for herself as well. Any who, I appreciated the step by step instructions and how easy it was to put together so thank you for a sturdy, yet beautiful bookshelf!
I absolutely love it. Took a while to set up but absolutely worth it. The bunk bed is made of great quality. Even came with a charging port for you to hook on for your cell phones, I didn't even know that was included. It does ship in multiple boxes however it didn't take long at all.
