I bought an ottoman coffee table through Walmart from this company. It arrived broken, one of the legs was cracked. This company sent me "we are working on it" emails for a month and guess what? 3 months later I still have not heard from them. The leg is completely broken off and this company doesn't want to keep their customers happy. Very sad because I actually loved this table, I thought it was beautiful. Too bad the company is awful and left a bad taste in mouth. If you buy from them, I hope nothing is wrong with your product because they obviously do not value their customers or stand by their products otherwise I would have a replacement. Truly the worst customer service I have ever Received. I guess they're just hoping I forget about my broken table.

Price was right on this storage ottoman. I ordered it in gray velvet to go with a club chair I purchased from Pier 1 and they look great together. Ottoman is very well made and a good size. Lid has hinges to hold it open while loading or unloading then closes softly. Delivery was quick in just a few days. Product was as described, actually more beautiful than I expected. Very happy with my purchase. Seller sent a nice note after delivery.

These fit exactly what I needed to go next to small living room chairs to hold a drink and/or magazine, The storage bin hides my small sewing crafts easily. I've assembled lots of furniture and the picture instructions were very easy to understand. Only problem was the written steps didn't include placing the leg screws in the numbered steps, so you say "where do these go now?", instead of the natural order of assembly. Most kits include some extra small pieces, but this project uses everyone, so you must be careful hold them in a container and not dump them out on the floor.

Last week we received two full sets of bone china dishes - place settings for a total of 16 people, plus serving pieces - from OJCommerce. The dishes arrived on time; they were well packaged and not a single piece was damaged; they look far more expensive than what we paid for them; and we are perfectly happy with our purchase.

Horrible

This place is horrible they advertise their stuff on Walmart. Com. I recently purchased a platform bed because that was exactly what was advertised the description even said bed easy to assemble. No I have to pay over 100 dollars to ship it back and Walmart stands by them and does not want to help at all don't buy from this company you will regret it.

I bought these to use as toy containers for outside toys and it has worked wonders! Better than any toy box I could find. They stack beautifully and the holes allow toys to air out and dry off if they were water play toys. These came quick, and we're affordable, and I am impressed with the quality. Very sturdy and work well for what I need them for. Consider these boxes for files or any other use. Very pleased!

Poor customer sevice

The timing of the order processing was incorrectly communicated. When I called customer service to help with re-routing the delivery they were very unhelpful and rude. I will not be purchasing anything from OJCommerce again.

Worst customer service and products do not look like picture on website!
Note- They make you pay to return their merchandise if your not happy with it! It costs more to return a mirror than what I paid for it! Highly discourage buying from them!

STAY AWAY!

Same problem as others. Purchased a T. V on black friday only to have it rejected later and they had the nerve to put down the reason was customer request. Added liar to there mess. Very disappointed, first order last order. Customer service terrible.
Walmart need not to carry there products. I will complain to consumer Affairs!

I ordered folding bed a week ago. Should be shipped within '2 - 3 business days' according to website. Order status is still 'PO Created'. Nobody answers my emails or phone calls. No instructions how to cancel order online. Order can be cancelled only via phone and if not processed. However if your order is in status processed you will pay penalties. Don't buy from this website!

Great value

I can't believe how much I like this glider. It is sturdy, comfortable and looks fantastic. The only drawback I have is it took me about an hour to assemble. However, I follow instructions very closely. Someone else might be able to assemble faster.

Worst Customer Service
February 26, 2019

Ordered a product, on Amazon. Within the hour cancelled it. Got an email that said might be too late to cancel. The product shipped 4 days later, I think they just ignore cancel requests. I can return it if I pay shipping and a 20% fee. Oh, taking 1.5-2 weeks for delivery.

After receiving an incomplete ordered in amazon we contacted OJcommerce who is making us pay for shipping and handling and a 20% restocking fee. I tried to make them understand that this was their fault in about 10 different emails. Their answer is still that it's our fault anyway. They are treating me as it's my fault they sent the order incomplete

I bought 2 of these cabinets. I actually ordered them through Wal-Mart. I really like them. Since I have put together probably 15+ pieces of furniture like this I found it fairly easy to do. One piece of advice, make sure the cabinet is square before attaching the backing. I thought when I bought them they had 4 shelves but it turns out they have one top shelf & the rest are divided down the middle. Not that big of an issue for me. They are a good size for just about any type of storage.

Horrible customer service! Do not buy from this website! They refused to change the shipping address on an order and now its been shipped out to the wrong location! Instead of calling to re-route the package (I verified that this is possible with Fed Ex) they suggested that I pick it up... from a city that's 600 miles away. Glad I paid with Paypal so I can dispute the claim!

I bought a metal plane from them as a gift. It came to me covered in dirt and dust. The planes welding was very poorly done and the metal was bent out of shape and paint was chipped. I returned the product back to the address ojcommerce gave me and they still haven't refunded me or replied back after months of messages. $100 down the drain because of this company.

We ordered a bicycle and was surprised that it not only came days ahead of schedule but in pristine condition. Was easy to put together and looks wonderful! I am glad I didn't need your customer service but hopefully you would have ramped that up by the other reviews I am reading. Thank you!

I'd love to write great review about the awesome deal I found but instead the company took me through multiple emails back and forth to try and verify my identity before I was allowed to purchase this couch. And even then they still canceled my order! I immediately called customer service who was completely unhelpful and only told me to try and buy it again with a different form of ID. Be prepared for various emails before you get your product and completely incompetent and unhelpful staff if you have any issues with your order.
