My husband and I ordered the Naomi Home Brisbane Glider, $140, for our baby on the way. I put it together and my husband who is 6'0,185lbs does NOT fit in the chair. His head is about 5 inches too tall and the chair is too narrow for him to sit in. We laughed about the size and decided to return it. This is where the NIGHTMARE began. We contacted the company, heard back a week later that we could return it, but would have to pay for the return shipping that ultimately cost us $117.00 PLUS a 20% restocking fee and would not be reimbursed for previous shipping or taxes. So basically to return this it would cost us an ADDITIONAL $117.00 and we wouldn't be reimbursed the full amount.
I did a little research and this company is NOT Naomi Home Products, but a 3rd party called OJ Commerce and is a company that scams people out of there money.
After many emails and a day on the phone, Amazon came to the rescue and helped reimburse us for the return shipping costs. I order a lot from Amazon Prime and I have to say this is the WORST experience I have ever had with a 3rd party company and PLEASE same yourself time and money and DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

To start the Sleeper Couch I bought was apparently on back order and I was not informed, nor did I ever get an email confirming my order. When I called customer service a month after ordering the item to find out why I had not received it or any communication from this company, I was informed then that the item was on back order and I would get an email when it did ship. Needless to say I never got that email. But I did get the two piece sofa on two separate days, a week apart, with no notification.
So then I finally put it together, with worse than IKEA instructions, but luckily it wasn't that hard to figure it out without the instructions. The bad part is I am 5'5'', and on both the seating area and chase I hung over the edge uncomfortably and the back was not high enough to sit comfortably. In the picture attached I am sitting straight up and my feet are still hanging over! This furniture was made for Kids! So seeing this I immediately started to try to get in contact with their customer service again. It took me 3 days, 2 messages, and 2 emails (which never got responded to), to finally get a representative, who was rude and unhelpful when discussing the return of my item and the fact that I never got any response previously or confirmation emails. At the end of the call she informed me that in 24 business hours I would get an email to initiate my return. This email I did magically get.
Let me start with I did read this policy before buying and thought it was wrong, but I had been looking for a couch like this for a year now and It was in the same price range as other I had seen. I was naively not expecting to return this item. Now the worst part is their return policy. Not only do they take a 20-50% restocking fee out of your refund, but the customer is responsible for the shipping. In this case to ship two 100 lb. boxes back to them it was going to cost me $280 a box (I got quotes form multiple carriers and all were around this number) that is a total of $560 dollars to return a couch that cost me $465. Not to mention on the refund they were at least going to take 20% off that. So now I have to pay more than the couch is worth to ship it back for a refund that is frankly not worth it.
I would never recommend this company to anyone, if I could give them zero stars I would! Their customer service is crap and rude! Their return policy is a joke! Frankly this is a company out to screw people over and keep their money even when they do allow you to return the item. So disappointing!
I ordered a small children's rocking chair. What was delivered was a very large table. The item was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday (of, we'll call it week 1) The item was delivered on Tue/Week 1 but as I mentioned, it was the wrong item. I needed the correct item as a bday gift on Saturday/Week 1. Tue night/Week 1 I emailed about the problem. Wed/Week 1 they asked for photographic proof. Wed/Week 1 I provided the proof. Thur/Week 1 I sent a follow up email. Thur/Week 1 they told me these things take time. Friday night/Week 1 they asked for an item number on the item I received. Sat/Week 1 I show up to bday party with no gift. Tue/Week 2 I ask for an update. Tue/Week 2 they tell me to mail back the table I received and once they receive it, then they will issue me a refund for the children's rocking chair. I tell them that's unacceptable, I shouldn't still be waiting for an item when it wasn't my fault I didn't have the item in the first place. I also tell them they can arrange for pickup of the TABLE because I'm not taking it to a shipping facility - it's too big and heavy. After 20 minutes of being putting on hold 3 times they agree to send a truck. Wed/Week 2 the truck picks up the table. It is now Mon/Week 3 and I, again, had to email them for a status update on my rocking chair. They say they received the table back in their warehouse and will let me know within 48 hours the status of my rocking chair. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I DIDNT receive my chair and they are telling me it's another 2 days because I'm even to be updated. Not even 2 more days til I receive my item but 2 more days til they give me any details. From now on, if I see their name as the fulfillment agency, I'm going to purchase a different item. I advise you to do the same.
