Very happy

After months of searching for a loft bed. We ended up ordering the donco kids louver loft bed. Oj commerce kept us up to date with emails of when our packages would arrive and we were told they would be coming in separate packages a day apart so we were aware. This loft bed is sold by multiple companies and oj commerce was the least expensive. Nothing arrived damaged and we had it set up in 3 hours (we also got the 2 bookcases and 3 drawer chest). We used a 5 inch mattress because our son is 3 and wanted to be extra safe so he wouldn't roll over. At night it holds myself, son and dog for story time before bed which is about 240 lbs and it is perfectly fine. He loves it! Would highly recommend this company!

Great sofa!

I recently ordered a white sectional sofa from this company. The delivery was a little slow, but that was expected considering the circumstances of the Covid virus. The sofa arrived in great shape and it was pretty simple to assamble, basically. Overall, I'm delighted with my sofa and how comfortable and amazing it looks in my living space. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a quality sofa at an affordable price.

Fast Shipper

I did not buy directly from their site. I bought an armchair from Walmart.com, and they were the vendors. It was shipped just a few hours from the time that I ordered it. The chair arrived much sooner than I thought that it would. They did a nice job!

I ordered a platform bedframe that was delivered a little more than a week ago. It definitely sturdy, wish the drawers had more space.
Shortly after putting the frame together I started feeling unwell and short of breath, Which escalate over a week till I had an asthma attack that sent me to the hospital two days ago. I didn't realize the cause till I started feeling short of breath in my room, and realized the strong wood smell from the bed frame was still there, and that my breathing eased as soon as I left the room.
I'm currently trying to air out the frame, but if things don't improve I might have to figure out something different.

I am surprised this company doesn't have a 5 star average. The product is excellent and just as advertised, it arrived ahead of schedule and was easy to assemble. We couldn't be happier. From our perspective this is a 5 Star company.

I purchased the Primos Hunting Group Therapy Bench Anchor Adj Rest. It was very easy to setup It's extremely sturdy and it fits all my rifles. It also adjusts really easily. I am very happy with the purchase well worth the money! And the customer service and shipping was outstanding through these difficult times with the covivid-19. I would gladly buy from them again in the future!

Bad business

I placed an order from walmart and tried to return the item to a local Walmart. I was then told by the customer service rep that I could not return the item to the store because it was purchased through a third part seller and would have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

I ordered this desk through Walmart. It was really easy to put together; however, they were no instructions included in the package. I used the drawing on the box to put it together, and the assembly was simple. Ready to go in 10 minutes.

They list out of stock items on Amazon. After waiting a week for them to ship my order; they canceled on me. I could have ordered from another seller and now the other seller is out of stock! I even contacted this company and was told that it would be shipped. This was a gift! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Not to mention I left a negative feedback for them under their sellers account and they asked Amazon to remove it. I also read other comments stating that their negative reviews were deleted. So, be leary of this company and their feedback. There is no telling how many negatives they actually received that was removed by Amazon.

Super Fast Shipping

I purchased a Sharp Carousel Counter top microwave oven (Sharp ZSMC1131CB 1.1 Cu. Ft. Microwave, Black) through Walmart. It was sold/shipped from OJCommerce. Instead of having to wait the 6 or 7 days for it to ship, I received it in ''2 or 3 days''!

The oven was as stated in the Walmart ad. So far it works fine but still needs a light when door opens and a lighted touch pad...

Denim and Jute rug
August 24, 2020

I ordered this rug from Wal-Mart, my granddaughter purchsed one and was very satisfied, and so am I. The rug is very well made (handwoven) and looks stunning, a little bit our of the ordinary, but thats what I like. We use it on our new concrete terrace and it works with the colors and our furniture.

Horrible company
July 13, 2018

Received damaged items told them I DID NOT want the items. Asked for a cancellation on the items but the items were shipped anyways. With there return policy the shipping is at customer expense. The items I requested are over 1,500 dollars in shipping cost and the company does not want to send a return label even though I cancelled. So now I'm stuck qith items i dont want. I would lose money if I return the items myself.
I recommend to never purchase anything from the blood sucking company.

Purchased bed frame on 8/14 based upon their claim to ship in 2 days.

On 8/16, received email stating bed had been shipped and would arrive on 8/20.

On 8/20, bed did not arrive.

On 8/24, checked with FedEx and they stated bed and not been shipped.

Called OJCommerce which refused to cancel order as they claimed bed had already been shipped. Blamed delay on FedEx even though their records show OJCommerce had not turned the bed over to them for shipment on 8/16 has they claimed.

Will lie to stop you from cancelling order.

Order a futon at a low price. It was better than I expected for the price. Assembly was easy and fast. Sat down and fell asleep till the next day. I'm happy with it, it looks more expensive than the price

Most retailers have extended their return policy during this covid pandemic. Unfortunately OJ Commerce has a 30 day return policy, and adhered to it during this quarantine. My husband and I are in an at risk category, and have been following the advice of the doctors, and scientists, staying home as much as possible, and were six days late in attempting to return an item.
In an attempt to discuss this with management, our call was ignored, and we have never been contacted, not even for as much as an apology.
This to me, is very poor customer service, and we will not be making any purchases from this company in the future.

I thought I was purchasing a reinforced cloth type Poultry NETTING (which is not made of metal), but I received chicken wire. I waited over a week to receive what i could have purchased the same day at the local feed and seed. Why didn't OJCommerce just call it chicken wire? When I contacted OJCommerce for a return, it's a 20% restocking fee, plus the return mail charge. I may as well keep my overpriced chicken wire.
