Ordered a pack of 15 water bottles. When the order arrived I received one. Company states it was a typo in the ad. Who in their right mind would pay $19.74 for a 2 dollar water bottle? Company will not fulfill the order

I bought an 8 foot Ficus Tree and I must say it is beautiful. It is exactly as described in the advertisement. I received it promptly... I have no complaints whatsoever. I am 100% satisfied. I purchased this item via Walmart stores online.

I was happy with this item and very surprised about the size, no wonder the prize.
The tulips looks very natural and I love the effect of the water and the stones.
The price was good for the size of this beautiful flower and vase.

Poor Customer Service
April 19, 2019

I began a return process before my 30 days was up. They did not respond to my emails, only Amazons. And they closed my ticket before i could get through to someone on the phone. Do not push ext. 0 when calling. It only hangs up on you.

I love my new watering can. It is just as described. The color is brilliant and beautiful. The size is perfect. It's sturdy and gives me the option of using it with the sprinkler head or not. I am extremely happy with the item and the fact that it arrived quicker than expected. I love it and will buy from this company again.

Worse company ever
December 26, 2018

Ordered my product and called back two hours later to cancel they said sorry but you now have to wait for your item to ship they return it. There is a 20% restocking fee and I have to pay for shipping. Then when I got item and wanted to return on my day off had to wait for 48-72 to get return conformation ok.

When you buy something from these clowns, you are on your own. I was forced into dealing with them after they fulfilled my order placed on the Walmart e-commerce platform. Never again will I buy from Walmart or these people.

I ordered a full length mirror and it arrived with in 4 days from FedEx and the minute I picked up the box you can here the mirror was shattered. Open the box slightly and took pictures and put in for a return and replacement. The company refunded my money immediately and sent out another mirror. It came fast and was in perfect condition. Very happy with the Company and would use them again.

Very nice product.

My 5 year old boy who has Autism really love this trampoline.
Easy to assemble and very sturdy and safe for him. Just the tool to pull the spring is the problem-it break easy and almost damage my TV. But overall I am very pleased. The product and the promptness.

Pond Pump

I ordered the 1200 mag drive pump because that is what I use in my fish pond. I ordered it as a back up to parts I had already ordered. The new pump came in before the parts. They shipped my order very quickly. Faster than what I was originally told. Good thing because my fish might have died. I am very thankful for the fast service I received. I will use them again.

I have been waiting on my Christmas tree since 11/19/20, in which I was informed that it would take approx a week to receive. On 12/9, I received an email that it was processing after contacting them x 2. I have been waiting and am very upset. I was planning to have my tree up in my new home. Here it is 12/14 and still no tree. The order status still says processing!

Terrible customer service. My husband accidentally bought 2 of an item and upon trying to return the extra (in unopened boxes) - I found out that they keep a 20% restocking fee and I had to ship the boxes back paying out of pocket. I also had to call them for over a month in order to ensure they issued the return...

Lo be my mom mirror

Music seems to play Chinese music but not a problem

Dishonest Company

Ordered 4 chairs and only received 1. When I contacted customer service, I was told description was wrong and it should have read 1 chair. They wouldn't stand by what was described and offered a $10 refund (spent over $37) or could return chair, which I couldn't do as my son had it at college. Even called CEO, Jacob Weiss, and left 2 messages. He didn't bother to return call. Would recommend not doing business with this company as they are dishonest.

Arrive ahead of origional delivery date with out any damage or mishaps. Heavy boxes, well packaged. Was left in the location I requeated. I quite like the couch we got. Its perfect for what we needed and was easy to put together. Thank you!

Horrible

Ordered a platform bed only received 1 of 3 boxes which contained 2 drawers inside the box and nothing has been done about this and they aren't willing to refund my money or send the missing items! Thank God it was only $120 but I should have known something that nice would be this cheap! They are a horrible company to deal with and are scamming people out of their money

I live in MD, in a 1920"s rowhouse. The window air conditioner finally died and I needed to replace fast, since we are experiencing 90+ degree weather.
Decided on a different model and chose the Amana floor standing air conditioner through Walmart (shipped by OJCommerce)
Air conditioner was shipped through Fedex and arrived a week earlier than expected.
Everything was in great shape, was able to install with no issues.
I'd like to add, when I ordered this showed as 'only one left'. Sounds like a non issue but too many times especially now, we have ordered the last item to find out inventory was incorrect.
