Would give a ZERO if I could! The product fell apart during assembly. They will not issue a refund. After sending several emails and making several callings to get this resolved they sent me an E mail stating that I would have to pay to return the item, they would charge a 20% restocking fee and if the item had been altered they would give arefund!

Perfection!

I'd been searching for the perfect kitchen mats for years. Saw many in stores that just didn't fit my home decor. I'd gotten various kinds, but went online to find mats that I wanted. I loved OJ Commerce's black and white check kitchen mats. They are so comfortable to stand on. They match perfectly with my farmhouse decor.

The Perfect Cart
August 4, 2020

We were looking for something to put our convection oven on and be safe at the same time and your cart fit the bill. My wife is so happy with the cart. Because the height can be adjusted we were able to position it to the perfect height for my wife. The second shelf is used for trays, racks and other cooking utensils. The bottom shelf has a portable ice maker on it. We think it's the perfect cart. I believe you put me on my wife's A list for at least a month.

Cancelled an order before it was processed, they proceeded to charge me $183 for a dresser. I've emailed, only to get automated responses and they had the audacity to inform me to call, which leads to no one. I've tried contacting someone since May 20th, still no refund. I'm forced to seek legal help to solve the matter.

Don't buy from them

I bought a 4 piece place setting from this company, through Walmart. While I liked the pattern, it was a gift for my daughter and her taste was not the same as mine. Upon realizing I had to contact OJCommerce directly, their archaic policy of both apying for return shipping AND a 25% restocking fee was insulting to say the least. They only wanted to reduce money back to a customer and could care less about customer satisfaction. I am also writing to Walmart to drop them as a supplier with return policies 100% opposite of what Walmart offers. Shame on OJCommerce and their unwillingness to do anything beyond causing the customer to pay for items not as expected.

Unfinished adirondack chairs were shipped and arrived in a reasonable time but the quality of the wood product was somewhat lacking. Numerous knots in parts of the chairs that would stand out when finished. Some knots were covered over with a filler making them stand out even more. Also some gouges and chips in several pieces. Instructions have standard pictures so assembly not difficult. Decided to paint the chairs because of the knots instead of finishing with a stain and clear coat.

Not what I thought
April 21, 2020

Hello. I ordered a 6 drawer dresser for my soon to be born babies room. Just something simple or what I thought was going to be simple. I was extremely hard to put together it took hours. 3 different attempts on finally finishing it. And as I write this review it is still actually missing final parts. It took 2 different runs to Home Depot to get the parts that it was missing in package it came in. The instructions on how to put it were so confusing. I work in a type of form of construction so I take apart and put together different things all the time and this dresser took the cake. End results not the best looking dresser and things are off so we're not happy. We will try to get what we can out of it but are looking for a replacement. Definitely not worth the 200$ we spent.

I ordered a trampoline mat and it turned out to be too big. I filed for a return and was told I would have to pay for the return myself and a 20% restocking fee. On a $100 item this hardly seemed fair. Then they said I had to return the item in the exact same packaging it came in or it would be 50% restocking fee. Try refolding a 16 ft. Trampoline mat exactly the same way it came not fun. This company is not good to buy from even if their items are lower priced.

I recently ordered a Gardman Bird Feeding Station in Antique Bronze. It was priced very competitively, arrived on the date it was promised, and is of good quality. It's up and feeding myriad birds in our yard in western Washington. I look forward to other good deals on OJCommerce website. Thanks for the great service!

Purchased an item off of Amazon that was filled by OJ Commerce. The item came very quickly and was as pictured. The stool was made well, nice quality material, exceptionally easy to assemble. Sturdy. Very pleased with this item to be used in a guest room.

Hello everyone, Please, please, please do not work for this company; they will fire you for no reason, and it is the worst place to work in the world. You must dance to everyone's music. Specially The new so-called Manager Daniel Vinod will say lies and manipulate and talk and make a hell of a lot of mistakes, he will say its my mistake and he will never listen to the calls attentively, he does not have a clear picture of what is exactly happening, but simply for no he will fire people this way they treat the agent, they do not give proper training and they do not give you time to learn as well as the worst company to work for. Every day they will come up with new rules There is only one good soul in the world, Pravin Daniel, who was extremely helpful.

I found the spacesaver to be a very good purchase. I was worried because I had read the reviews and 1 said that it was kind of flimsy. Even though I wish the legs were made of some type of metal as opposed to plastic. I am still very satisfied with it. Once I got it together and secured to the wall it feels solid. No worries as long as you don't put heavy items on it, it is a fine addition to my bathroom without spending an arm or leg.

Walmart Should read reviews and ban OJCommerce from their site. You cannot return items to Walmart and Walmart acts helpless in my item return fiasco. The return fee is outrageous and so is the return shipping. OJCommerce does not follow their own return police to provide needed information. They don't even answer phones during working hours. I have learned to always check out reviews before orderiing. Why do reputable companies like Walmart and Amazon allow this to go on?

After going back and forth for weeks I was told I had to return the desk I bought on my own dime AND pay a 20% restocking fee. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. Terrible company, they obviously aren't doing well when they charge that much to return an item.

Purchased an item online. Wanted to return it, and then found out it would have to be shipped back to California and cost me $50 and shipping fees plus 30% restocking fees. And after all this, I wouldn't even have the item so what a big loss. They were not even willing to help. I will never shop here again

I will never buy anything from this company again all I wanted to do was exchange my bar stools for counter height which was a mistake on their end! They sent bar height! They wanted me to pay a 20% restocking fee and a $125 per bar stool to return them for shipping. The mistake was not even my fault I spoke with the manager and she would not budge So therefore I had to try and sell them out right on my own because I wasn't gonna pay $250 to mail them back plus another $50 for restocking fee. Very disappointed.

I was not satisfied with product but the return process was so outrageous decided to keep the product and sell myself. With a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping back the boxes it was not worth returning to them. I will never order from them or Walmart.com which is how I was redirected to them... Walmart would not accept the product as a return.

Folks you'll regret ordering from this company! Worst CS and if you have to return anything you'll have to pay for shipping back to Florida and then they'll say they can't refund you for the item cause it was opened ours was defective! Total shady company!

Never buy from them!

Never order from them thru Walmart.com or never order from them at all. Purchased a painting that cost me 2$$.$$. Came defective. I have a photo to prove it. You can't talk to them unless calling Walmart and gets transferred to them. Will force you to get a replacement or they will charge you 20% restocking fee and pay for the return label. Who does that? Just don't buy. Called my bank for a dispute so I could get my money back!
