Unfortunately the item we purchased was not what we expected. We wanted to return the item but were told we would have to pay for the return shipping. That cost is 111.00 per box(one hundred and eleven dollars) for three boxes for a total of three hundred and thirty three dollars. We spent almost 350.00 for the product. So we are stuck with their product that we can't use. Be careful doing business with this company. Very Unhappy at the moment.
A few weeks ago I purchased a couch from them through Amazon because they had a great deal on it. 3 Days after the fact, they cancelled the order saying they were out of stock and the next day had the same couch posted for $600 more than what I paid for. Last week I called the company and asked about that couch and they said that had many of them instock. Clearly they didn't want to honor the price they gave me and wanted to sell it for more money. I called them to work something out but anyone I talked to obv didn't have the authority to do anything and the "supervisor" was very rude when I asked to speak with someone that could actually make decisions. They need to honor the original price with me and not be so shady
I purchased a mini-freezer and of course paid for it in advance of shipment. I have yet to get a tracking number for the delivery. But my credit card has been charged. I have tried to contact them to no avail. You can not get them on the phone because they are working from home and not responding to email, etc. I will have to contact my credit card to get this resolved. Will never purchase from them again. The product may be good, but the service is horrible. The website after a week still says my order is "processing." You fill out the inquiry about the status of your order and the website will not allow you to send it. Horrible!
They send incomplete products and then they delay in the claim process and finally you have to pay a 20% of restocking charge and the return freight costs when it was not your fault that the merchandise sent incomplete.
This product is a good size for the corner of the room. One thing That was unexpected was the poles are plastic not metal but other then that it worked great just make sure you have something heavier for the bottom shelf its not very stable if you don't. They do give you a tie down to attach it to wall so it does not fall for safty reasons. OVERALL works great.
After buying one Boss ergonomic office chair, we liked it enough to buy another. Easy to assemble and well constructed. Add to that the ahead- of- schedule delivery and we can definitely say that we are two satisfied customers
Ordered online for the first time with this seller because they offered a very reasonable price for 2 gravity chairs. The chairs arrived very quickly - it took less than a week to get them - and they are a nice product. Definitely recommend.

I bought a headboard through walmart.com from these people. I realized I needed a king not a queen. They refused to except return unless I paid $250 shipping to get it back to them. I only paid $250 for the headboard. Buyer beware. I definitely would not recommend

I just got my ANT-CAP-T Antique Table 36" Round with Cappuccino Finish a couple of days ago. It only took me about a half hour to put together, it had all the parts and even included tools to put it together. It is so beautiful that it was hard to believe it was so inexpensive. I had to return an item that did not meet my expectations. In addition to paying the shipping charges, a 20% "stocking fee" was deducted from my refund. I sent an email and wrote about my concerns and I was just ignored. I will never buy from this seller again!
Read the reviews before purchasing this mattress. I paid extra for the 10" and it barely measures 5" at best. I requested the extra $37 be refunded and they said no. They wanted me to take pictures, measurements and return the item. Not worth the my effort and time! BEWARE!
Purchased a Kodiak Futon with mattress and drawers unit. The finished product looks great and seems to be well constructed.
Was easy to assemble. It was my first time using the a assembly video instead of paper, and found it very helpful with the process. Took less time than I expected to complete the assembled unit.
Would recommend the Kodiak Futon to any interested person.

I ordered a headboard from this company. It was on sale and was a graduation present. The first month I was told it was on back order then out of nowhere the order was cancelled. I emailed and they responded it was out of stock and would have to reorder I asked if they would stand behind the price they said NO. No integrity or customer service. Who would order from a company that does not stand behind their orders or service their customers?
I was impressed with how easy my shoe cabinet was to put together. All the holes were drilled in the right places, and the hardware was high quality. I was dreading the part where I put the doors on and get them to close properly with the magnets, because I've had trouble with something similar (different company) in the past. But this time it was super smooth and easy. The cabinet looks very nice -- high quality.
My order came in quickly considering all the delays in shipping right now. Was in perfect condition, and exactly what I wanted. I don't have any issues and would use this company again!
With stay in place orders, it was a blessing to have something to get the kids in the yard to play!
