So cheap and costly never again, I received 2 dresses with very poor quality, I am a big shopper and never wrote a bad review, I had to pay almost 150$ for custom that I was not aware of, I promise you, buying at temu would have been more worth it…
I bought three items, only keeping one dress for my birthday meal. I returned the other two in the SAME parcel and they're trying to say I never returned the most expensive item so don't buy from here! Returns are awful and you won't get your money back. I have always shopped at oh Polly for my birthday but as I have literally been robbed of the item and the money I won't be buying from them again.
***Do Not Shop Here***Would give a zero if I could. Do not shop here. They will misplace your purchased items and not take accountability on their part. I bought dresses 4 weeks prior to when I needed it and they sent it to a complete different address hundreds of miles away. They claimed they would issue a refund for the items, only to find out weeks later that they never did. I contacted them regarding this and they said the same thing that they"will issue a refund". Only this time it's more insulting. They sent a refund of $11.00. My items costed nearly $300.00. Save your money and shop elsewhere that has integrity and not trying to rob you of your money.
My daughter trusted this site and we placed an order. There was a complete lack of communication and tracking. A month later, we started to find out about this order. They say it was sent and they are not responsible for the delivery. Now they offer to refund about half the cost. This is very unfair.

So be aware if you live not in the UK and item will not fit you or you simply will not like it, you will need to pay the return fees which can be a lot higher than the original price of the item you purchased. On their website they tell you that return fees are to be paid upon posting your return. However, there is no explanation that they will not provide a courier for you, that you will need to do it by yourself and fee can be a lot higher than delivery fee! And when you tell them that they answer that that's how they work and that it was mentioned on the website. But it was not! Disappointed. Will never order again and will definitely not recommend to anyone.
I think these dresses are meant for midgets because I'm not even that tall 5'6 and a half and the dress I ordered was so short on me it ended half way up my butt. It almost ripped trying to get it on because it had a bodysuit underneath that was soo tiny and not even shown to have on the pictures of the website. I wouldn't not reccomend these dresses if your even 5'4" and up there's no way it'd fit. But they did let me return it and get a refund.
I received a cheaply made dress and tried to return it for my money back or store credit and I got no help at all. They did not take my return. I will not be shopping here anymore. I advice you not to be tricked by their cheap clothing
It's like these people don't read the chain emails. You have to keep repeating over and over again what needs to be done. My package never arrived and I have to go through 3 weeks of repeating that I visited the pickup location. It's like endless loop with these people. 0/10
There have been 2 instances where I needed assistance regarding a change in my order details. The response time with customer service is faster than most online retailers. Importantly, they provide a more detailed update.
I needed to send back a parcel but missed the cut off due to circumstances out of my control. Ellie G was so polite, kind and helpful in her response and sorted it straight away. Definitely an asset to the company.
Horrible service! I spent over a $100 on some dresses that should have been shopped to me 3 weeks ago. I called fed ex and was told oh Polly never sent out the items but when I reached out to oh Polly they said fedex has the items and they only refunded me my shipping fee which I still need to assure was even sent back. I am not happy with this company at all, worst service ever. Hopefully, this matter get rectified soon.
As soon as I received my order confirmation I noticed I ordered the wrong size for one of my items. I immediately contacted Oh Polly's customer service by simply responding to my emailed order confirmation. Nikki responded very quickly given the time difference and was able to update my order before it was sent. I also want to acknowledge the others on her team as after I continued to respond with additional questions, i received responses from Sophie and Emily C. Just as quickly, and they picked up right where the previous agent left off. I never had to catch anyone up which showed how experienced this staff was. Appreciate all their help.
Costumer service is horrible I spent 175$ and was refunded 27$ what? I ordered express for my prom and they lost it it's gone and I asked to track it and they just refunded me. I wasted 2 weeks my prom is Tomorow. I hate this website never buying from again ruined my prom fire them all.
I have been getting many, many phone calls at Polly Products hearing at least 15 ANGRY customers per day tell me about how upset they are with Oh Polly and their clothes. While I have never purchased from this company, I do deal with their client base quite frequently. From a customer service standpoint, their customers are MAD. Oh Polly does NOT have a phone number, so double check on that number you're calling to scream at a customer service rep. Most of you are calling Polly Products and yelling at me or my coworkers instead!
I'm not one to leave reviews, but the quality of items and excellent standard of customer service needs to be shared.
Firstly, super impressed with the high quality and excellent stitching/fabric of the pieces of clothing I ordered (mostly swim). It's not typical to find this type of quality in a bikini that's sub $50.
Secondly, I had to do some exchanges for different sizes/styles. This could not have been easier. The three ladies I worked with (Sarah, Stephanie and Molly) were prompt, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure the exchanged items were processed quickly. They even shipped out the exchanged goods before my return to them had finished being processed. This was great because we had a trip planned and the exchanges would have otherwise not arrived in time.
Finally, shipping. SO FAST. I was not expecting a 2 or 3 day delivery but that's what I got! Both with the original order - and the exchanged items.
Really awesome company. Definitely earned a loyal customer.
I have ordered from OP before and usually am content with the quality of the materials. However, my recent experience, June 2022, the fabric and material felt much cheaper then what I assumed. The dress I ordered was also super wrinkled up and made the try on part look very cheap. I was deeply disappointed since I relied on it fitting like previous dresses and will be returning. Sad to say, I will not be ordering from them again.
I have ordered for the first time from oh polly. Since I'm living in Germany I had my doubts. While the purchase and the emails with the tracking numbers were provided right away and everything went smoothly I stumbled across a problem with Hermes. I haven't gotten any updates on my parcel for a 7 days so I contacted the customer service of oh polly. The wonderful Georgia was able to contact Hermes and help me right away all while being super kind. I received my package two days after that. Thanks to Georgia I can say that I had a really nice experience with oh polly so far :))
If you actually have to buy anything from them, just buy it secondhand. I wish I just did that because now I have to find something else to wear to my event last minute. Thanks you trash company. I've had packaged from China that get here more reliably and faster than this. This is pathetic, especially for this stupid price point and the quality and the $8 shipping for nothing.
Customer service is critical but I cannot get a response regarding my order and there is no phone number. Will someone please reach out to me because my package has not been received. So disappointed!
So they "shipped" my dress and I emailed to ask for an estimated ship date because their tracking doesn't even include one. And it's been a few days now and no updates (can't even tell if it's moved or not, the tracking doesn't update until it gets to the next shipping facility). I emailed to ask about it and it turns out all orders were delayed? So everyone's has been pushed back an impercievable amount of time. And everytime you email customer service you'll talk to someone new and it's always the same "Tracking says this, sorry about that." I just bought another dress for my event (that was a month away originally) and you're better off buying one of Oh Polly's dresses secondhand.
