I need to unlock my phone urgently, and this website delivered with in the promised timeframe. Their efficiency and speed are commendable.
Total scam. I ordered iphone 14 Pro Max Verizon unlock.I paid for it twice. They checked my IMEI and promised to unlock it. As result-I was waiting for a month and unlock was unsuccessful. They refused money return. I paid $72 and they returned me only $20. Don't recommend them. Be aware - you'll lose your money.
I'm not tech savvy, but this website made it easy for me to unlock my phone. The instructions were clear, and I had my device unlocked in no time.
I appreciated that there were no hidden fees, and the cost was clearly outlined upfront.
Highly Satisfied with the service! Ordered an unlock code for my Sony phone and received it promptly.
Had a great experience unlocking my HTC device with this website! The process was quick, and the pricing was reasonable.
I believe they are paying people to write positive reviews cause they are 100% scammers. They advertise they only charge a small fee which is what they use to attract people into their net. When u pay them they leave you waiting 2 days and then email you saying that the phone has been checked and is ready to be unlocked but they need more money and bla bla bla. You end up paying them more money that your provider would charge you to unlock ur device but you say fine let's pay I don't wanna waste more time and there is where ur nightmare will start. After more than a week I got an email from them saying that they were experiencing some delays because of the Covid 19 pandemic ( it's 2024 fully out of the pandemic) and you start asking urself if u have been scammed and go online trying to get more info about them and if you are smart enough to go read the negative reviews you will find out the truth. Positive reviews are made mostly from people who have never reviewed anything online ( that's why I think they are bribed to do so) when negative reviews are from people who have already reviewed other services. So now after waiting a full month for a refund ( their terms and conditions) another excuse: they say the phone provider said the phone can't be unlocked so I don't qualify for a refund but they are so kind hearted that are willing to give me 50% of it because they had some processing costs. All this is totally untrue because my phone provider already confirmed me that there is no issue in unlocking my phone and also officialsimunlock confirmed they could do it but needed more money which I paid. Don't fall for them go to your local store and do it personally. Hope I did help someone and if u did get scammed escalate it further.
Charge you then try to charge you another much higher fee using a pack of lies as an excuse. Do not believe positive reviews of these scammers as they are mostly false.
These people are WW thieves.
Scam, scam, scam. First i paid 26 dollars and then they ask for 186 dollars for next. These people are modern scam.

Purchased services to unlock a phone from it's it's original service provider and only received a receipt email from Official SIM Unlock. No word from them after that. Emailed them for a follow up with no response. Don't waste your money with this site, it's a scam.
Here make furad here. Took payment after they said one more payment here only do furad here. Cheting
What I Big SCAM I paid for there service to unlock my phone it did not work then they said they'll give me a partial credit to use in the future. I will never use them in the future and not recommend them at all! SCAM
Charged $26, no mention of a 'final fee.' When the 'unlock was ready. I got an email with a link to a final fee of another $112 Have no idea why this process isn't made completely clear all over their website. The phone was for my husband and was fully paid. But as he switched company 4 years ago he never asked for the phone to be unlocked. We tried to give the phone to my son as he is going to college. And he was using Verizon so we asked AT&T to unlock the phone they said we need a line and must stay with them for 60 days to have the phone unlocked. So I tried this website. 1st it took one month and never heard from them. The check status teaching was showing 95% but never updated. After reaching out to them. They said we are sorry the phone is blocked and our agreement says that we are unable to refund you if it's blocked. SCAM! Stay away from this website
There is an initial payment for $28 to unlock an iPhone. This is advertised as a final price, but you need to pay an additional fee of $150 to complete the unlock. There is no indication of such fee at the time of purchase and the vendor is saying they have stated this final fee... where? There are much cheaper alternatives else where, please avoid at all costs.
Website is misleading, paid £9.52 for an unlock, what they do not tell you is there is a further fee of £30 to complete the unlock. Vodafone did it free of charge! Avoid and go directly to the original provider
Straightforward and no delays but sadly provided no results
They said instant dowload and is not can take to 30 days and also i not 25 it 85$. Very dissapointed
Charged £7.99, no mention of a 'final fee.' When the 'unlock is ready email' arrived it contained a link to a final fee of another £22!
Have no idea why this process isn't made completely clear all over their website.
Oh, maybe it's because people would leave the site immediately
Paid close.to 100 bucks just for them to take over month then tell me it couldn't be done. Told me I would get a 50% refund and never received it. I would not recommend this company at all. Take your services somewhere else
Answer: 100 percent a scam; morally, legally, colloquially speaking.
Answer: No I would advise you to go somewhere else. This company is a total ripoff.
Answer: You didn't realize it because officialsimunlock.com didnt want you to realize it, at least until after they reeled you in with a first "prepayment".
