They must really want to get as much money from people as they can. It's smart, I have to admit, because I payed $26 for some "fee" then $63 to actually unlock my phone. But then, somehow, "Due to Covid reasons" the process was delayed for a long time. After this, they said that my phone's unlocking was "blocked" by the server. Crazy enough, OfficialSimUnlockSupport said I could only get 50% of my money back within 5 business days, and as usual, it's been a month and I've gotten nothing back. It's honestly kind of heart breaking that this stuff happens because I wanted things to be simple, but nothing has been this way so far. All I know is, I should have truly read the agreement that I agreed to before paying. I think they know that most people don't read it so they could add whatever rules in there that prevent you from doing certain things. I do not recommend buying from them at all! PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU'RE ABOUT TO BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I have had the bad experience that others have been describing,
1) After paying the first instalment of 26 dollars on the 5 December it states 1 to 24 hours for the phone to be unlocked
2) the second instalment of 58.59 dollars on the 7 December its states again 1 to 24 hours for the phone to be unlocked again
It is now the 15 December and still my phone is not unlocked I have contacted them several times and they are fogging me off with this

And today the 16 December I emailed them again about my phone and this was there reply sent to me
""1. Refunds will be given if an unlock has not been delivered within 30 days and has not already been rejected for any reason. You cannot cancel prior to the 30 day window as our contract with our suppliers is 30 days and we incur costs as soon as the unlock is submitted.
2. Official Sim Unlock will not refund an order that has been submitted for unlocking and is being processed. We incur the cost of unlocking immediately and can not provide a refund because a customer has decided to use an alternative service whilst we are processing the unlock within our 30 day contract terms. If you cannot wait for your code to process, DO NOT PURCHASE.""
Today been the 21 December and still its saying only 50% complete, total off 16 days waiting now
Today is now the 28 December and still phone is not unlocked and its still saying only 50% complete
Today the 5 January 23 and still the phone is not unlocked
I have contacted the company again as its well over the 30 days contract clause and this is there reply

Today the 22 January 23 I'm still waiting for my so called refund from this company plus now they are not replying back to my emails
Absolute a Disgracefull Company and they Do Not Live up to what they cliam they can do. Customer Care is Non Existence. In my opinion its a Money Racket, Louring people into buying there services which they Failed To Do. Scam Artists / Conarttist is what they are
They are Conartists pretending to provide a service which they do not do or can not do
Process took a lot longer than suggested (1-3hours) It was more than 24 hours.
