Great and overall easy purchase. They have such a massive catalog for phones, some of which I didn't know people were still buying out there. Just got my new Samsung Galaxy s23FE, and I'm extremely satisfied that I made business from them. Phone came as advertised, shipping time was fair, and overall fantastic communication in terms of my order. I would buy again.

I bought a new Galaxy Note 8 last week fromcellification, price was best out there. Shipping was fast from NY to NJ. Adam from cellofication called me directly to confirm my order and answer all my questions. I just had a support issue regarding phone, and got a quick detailed answer which solved my problem. Grade A company! From beginning to end the checkout was fast and easy, their email support is great, they were in touch with me right away after i placed my order and made sure i was buying the correct phone for the right carrier. They shipped my phone within a day and arrived sooner than expected. I went on Google search locations on this Google web page and it took me straight to the web page of cellification I place my order online and within 2 days they canceled my order and I tried to reach out to them with a message and a phone call but they have yet to return either of my messages I definitely would not recommend any business with these people because I think they are just a ghost business on Google maps and on Google links for businesses I will definitely do not recommend them for anything regarding phones

My phone situation was a little complex and took about 2 hours to resolve, yet he took the time to call outside stores, consult with other people, and did it kindly. I was initially approached by another customer service representative, Steve, who was nice, but not as helpful. Melvin saw that I needed help and stepped right in, was extremely personable, and empathetic to the issue I was having. 10/10 would recommend Melvin if you find yourself needing help at this store, as he was extremely helpful and truly embodied decent customer service.

A couple of months ago I purchased a new phone in a sealed box. What they shipped me was a way over priced dirty, poorly refurbished phone not in a sealed box and without phone instruction/manual. 100% crooks in my opinion. It wasn't no accident. Per their requirements to return a phone you have send it back with a receipt of sale
When I purchased my selected new phone in a sealed box through the internet they dragged $#*! on the shipping and they sent me a "sales summery" for a receipt. The difference between a sale receipt and a sale summery is a big difference. A sale receipt reflects the complete transaction whereas a sale summery is a brief snapshot of the transaction.
In their sale summery it only listed the type of phone
But omitted the condition of the phone IE: new and in sealed box.
So with that being said anybody in their right mind should come to the same beliefs as mine...they are crooks.
Screw me once shame...no to he'll with you. They screwed me once, I wasn't going to ship it back to them so they can screw me twice by saying my sale summery didn't reflect a new phone.
I regret not taking a snapshot of the advertisement of the phone
That clearly stated new phone in a sealed box before I submitted its purchase!
Oh by the way their phone customer service sucks too!

I ended up purchasing a new phone elsewhere. Bottom line my advice to anyone thinking about doing business with this company...RUN! Run away as fast as you can don't do business with this company

Had a close friend of the family lose her phone after years of having her antique galaxy s5, due to its old technology and died one day. After trying to convince her for so long to move into iphone and go to the apple store she insisted to stick with an android and to find her something good at a very affordable price. After researching cellification and its partners and reviews, we have decided that we would get her the galaxy A72, a good phone for a good price that will supply her needs.
