Melvin was the MVP of the evening. He tirelessly helped me get a new phone and made sure that it was up and running before I left the store. My phone situation was a little complex and took about 2 hours to resolve, yet he took the time to call outside stores, consult with other people, and did it kindly. I was initially approached by another customer service representative, Steve, who was nice, but not as helpful. Melvin saw that I needed help and stepped right in, was extremely personable, and empathetic to the issue I was having. 10/10 would recommend Melvin if you find yourself needing help at this store, as he was extremely helpful and truly embodied decent customer service.

Had a close friend of the family lose her phone after years of having her antique galaxy s5, due to its old technology and died one day. After trying to convince her for so long to move into iphone and go to the apple store she insisted to stick with an android and to find her something good at a very affordable price. After a bit of research we both bumped into cellification. After researching cellification and its partners and reviews, we have decided that we would get her the galaxy A72, a good phone for a good price that will supply her needs. Knowing in the back of our minds many people had a great experience with this company and its partners we had a high hopes that things will go straight. And the expectations were accurate, and now I haven't heard from that old family friend for three weeks and im happy seeing her with my mom enjoying her new phone while i have all the peace in the world away from her. These guys are ream frauds... please stay away. I ordered a blackberry phone, the phone was shipped late, but it was not so late. Acceptable. But the product i got is a real junk.
The phone is not new for sure...
The back cover is not there... no receipt or invoice number.
The only other thing in the box is the charger nothing else.
I spoke to a person called Frank... when i called he said ok. If the phone is not proper, ship it back. I can understand from the way he reacted, he is receiving calls daily, and they don't do any good business.
I don't know whether i can ship it back. Because. These guys will not payback the money for sure... i really feel bad to be cheated like this...

Buyer beware. This company goes by cellification and cell2get. Their address is impossible to find, and their contact number is rarely answered, so any problems take a PT job to track down. The phone I ordered, arrived a month and a half later, after 2 tracking attempts - one which was from China. The phone was advertised as new, but arrived used, obviously refab in China. The buttons were worn, no instruction book included, and the battery died within 10mins after a full charge.

Been buying from them for a year now and they have been extremely reliable on shipping and prices for their phones. Glad to always be a returning customer, and will continue to be!

I bought a new Galaxy Note 8 last week fromcellification, price was best out there. Shipping was fast from NY to NJ. Adam from cellofication called me directly to confirm my order and answer all my questions. I just had a support issue regarding phone, and got a quick detailed answer which solved my problem. Planning to buy another phone soon for my fiance. I highly recommend cellofication great people to deal with!

Cellification is a total SCAM! I ordered an iPhone from them over 10 days ago. They charged my card the same day. Nobody picks up the phone, returns phone calls since then! On the fifth day they said they it would ship from CA, although they originally told me it would come from NY. The phone arrived 10 days later and is missing accessories and the charger. The retail box is dirty and ripped. The phone looks refurbished. CELLIFICATION IS THE WORST WEBSITE I EVER SEEN. DON'T BUY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT TO SAVE THE AGGRAVATION!

I placed an order with these ppl for a verizon cellphone. I recieved GREAT customer service before i actually gave them the CC. NOW AFTER they got my info and i placed the order they have not returned my phone calls, they have not returned my emails. They gave me incorrect tracking on my package. It's supposedly going to BROOKLYN and should be going to North Dakota! They won't answer their phones i've tried calling/emailing them every day now for a week with no reply or answer as to where the hell my package is and am thinking they are a scam based website!
