Nordstrom is one of my favorite places to shop in stores, but also online. The quality of their products is always superior than most other clothing stores. While the prices can sometimes be a little high, you always know once you receive the item that you paid for quality. My clothes from Nordstrom always last a lot longer and are more comfortable than clothes from cheaper shops. My online purchases always arrive in perfect condition and in a timely manner as well as packaged well. I highly recommend Nordstrom.
I was charged 3 times for the same product and evertime i contact them they tell me one is only pending to make sure I have the funds and not charged till shipped, but it has gone through my bank account twice and the third is now pending. I am still dealing with these 2 extra charges. I have never been so mad in my life. Will never do business with them again
First, the bag comes without dust bag and just rolling in the box with a plastic bag. Like how I wrap my cat poop. Second, the printed gift message was not in or on the box, which I did requested. Third, the bag has a stained spot on the card pocket just right between Marc and jacobs. The protection sheet was obviously pulled off and laid in the bag. Forth, the back of the bag has a light blue dot and a scratch. Apparently they sent me a sample and charged me full price. It is so frustrating and humiliating.
I had emailed twice about returning my boots, which I ordered as size nine just to find out they fit as though they were two sizes smaller. I returned the boots but NEVER heard anything back, no refund no call, no email, Nothing! I emailed them again only to yet again be ignored! They owe me my money back as Canada Post has confirmed they received the boots back, yet they choose to ignore my requests. I am now out over $200 with nothing to show, except that I have been taken by this fraudulent company! I am furious that they can even operate like this with such low values placed on the consumer, The CONSUMER whom without us the Company would be nothing! Think about that before you choose to ignore your consumers. I was planning on buying a different style of boot with my return money, but realize the risks with this company are too high for my pocket book. I have filed a complaint with Paypal, perhaps next I will contact the better business bureau & a lawyer!
I got a gift that I needed to return. They ended up notifying the gift giver which I was annoyed by. Also I had to wait 2 weeks for them to process the return. Once I finally got a gift card in exchange I purchased an item and ended up receiving the wrong size than ordered. When I called I expected them to just issue a refund since it was $20 and their mistake, but no I have to print a shipping label, pack the item, and bring to UPS and wait another 2 weeks to process the return…
I will often pay more at Nordstrom to purchase something that is less expensive on another website. Why? Because of their superior CS. I've been shopping there for years and I've never been disappointed. I hate to shop in person and do all of my shopping online - so much more efficient. I can shop at Nordstrom without fear of receiving a product that I don't like - for any reason - as they not only ship both ways, but are also extremely reasonable about returns. I have never placed a call to them and not spoken to a CS PROFESSIONAL. Thank you Nordstrom for your quality merchandise and, almost unheard of these days, excellent CS.
I received a box with two missing items a t-shirt and a pair of women's gucci shoes. The other two pair of shoes were in the box. You can tell the cheap clear tape was sliced at the ends the box re sealed with the same regular old clear tape. NORDSTROM is telling me I am liable and need to pay them even though I am missing the items.the basically are saying I'm a liar. Why would they send high valuable items sealed with regular clear tape. I am not ok this is not ok
Nordstrom customer service experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered. I ordered a jacket online and paid for overnight shipping as well. The order was confirmed online and then I got an email the next day saying they canceled my order due to technical issues with processing. I called customer service and they could not give me a reason for the cancellation and i was told someone from finance would call me to resolve it. Its been almost a week and they have yet to contact me.
I've been wearing all sorts of pantyhose for a while and they are THEE BEST nylons I've ever worn. I've tried Spanx... they're not even in the same league as the Shock Ups. Shock Ups are comfortable to wear and extremely durable. Sure, you sweat the first time you put on a brand new pair... but they sure do suck everything in and really change your shape.
Ordered a jacket, had to reorder different size, jacket arrived sometime while I was overseas. When I got back found the jacket on sale. Nordstrom refused my price adjustment request since it was more than 14 daysbut I was gone 17 days. Yet, they acknowledged they would pay to return it and the resell it at the sale price, so cost the, more in the end rather than just do a price adjustment, I have been a loyal customer for 40 years, and this is how I am rewarded? Time to take my money elsewhere
I love NORDYS! If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase, you can return with no questions asked! Also if there was a mistake on their part they will either give you a gift card or send you out a new item. That is great customer service!
I used to only shop at Nordstrom based on their customer service and their products. They have really gone downhill over the last 6 months. Their anniversary sale is mediocre and customer service is pretty poor these days. When looking to buy something at the anniversary sale, they advertised it as a sale, but when you did the math it was actually more expensive. There were other people who noticed that as well online. My final straw was I ordered a pair of designer shoes and they came without a dust bag. They wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. I actually wrote a 5 star/ really good review but stated that the dust bag was missing. They refused to post the review. I'm done with them.
Nordstrom.com always has a huge selection and good quality, and many items on sale. Even if you are a hard-to-fit size, there is usually something that will work. Their inventory is huge. Service is great.
Great customer service, returns, great sales, and great cafe in store.

I've been burned so much by shopping online, but if you shop the sales at Nordstrom, or the actual full-price items, you can verify the quality and fit. I've never had a problem with their clothes---just buying too much of it.
Ive even bought work pants onsale or at the Nordstrom Rack, brought them into the fitting room, and the seamstress they provide will pin them depending on what shoes I plan to wear with them, and hem them for free or under $20, depending on where I bought them.
Sale items can be nearly as cheap as shopping online at a cut-rate place, BUT these actually FIT and look NICE. Plus, I can go get free perfume samples or try on makeup, or hangout in their Cafe--get the goat-cheese salad! And their coffee is great.
Also love their jewelry and perfume, which the husband gets me for Valentines. I feel more like it won't be a counterfeit.
My item was lost and I still haven't received a refund. We have called over 3 times and we still haven't got a refund nor the items lost. As a customer I will never revisiting this company's product nor do I think this company is trustworthy anymore.
I live about 50 miles from the nearest Nordstroms so I love to shop online and Nordstroms makes it so easy with free shipping and free returns. Plus I can find styles and sizes that may not be in the physical store. I've never had a problem and if by chance, I'll be near the store I can opt to make my returns in person. The website is easy to navigate and their search platform works very well. It all makes for a great shopping experience.
These capri leggings are definitely on par with lulu lemon work out gear, particularly their running capris. Unfortunately, I really just could not get over how bright the pants were and I knew I would not wear them as often as my boring black running pants. These are nicely made and high quality and I would definitely recommend if someone was looking at getting some fun, bright running/work out gear!
I save a lot of money by going to the bottom of the first page and clicking on "Nordstrom Rack" which takes you to their outlet (they make it hard to get to) -- where often the clothes are out of season and 60% are more off regular price. When ordering from Nordstrom Rack, let's say I order 4 pairs of jeans, often they will be shipped from 4 different locations, but eventually all get there and come in nice boxes. Always check THE RACK first! This company charges sales tax as they have a presence in every state.
Whenever I want to purchase something to wear or give as a gift, I check in with Nordstrom first. Cannot beat that store for its customer service, product selection, shipping and return policies, and its primted and on-line presentations.
Two sales women in lingerie told me to go shop at Target and insulted my intelligence by saying her coworker was a size I bra size and she finds bras at Target. Rude. It was not said to me in a nice way. I called to complain. I would rather they hire people who have respect for other people. MAYBE they should hire pople over 40 years old who have manners. Apparently those two do not.

Answer: I have bought a fair number of designer handbags and sunglasses from Nordstrom. In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
