This company is UNO A or the best in customer service and quality so far. I am a savvy shopper and I've shopped from "Ross" to Neiman Marcus. So, with that being said, yes, go and buy tires at Nordstrom!
I bought Paige Hoxton High Wasted Jeans, I was sent Cut Ralph Loren low rise jeans. I called and they said they would make sure the right jeans were sent. They ended up sending me Hoxton High Rise Jeans. I did not realize this and gave it to my sister as a gift. She had to go out of her way and bring it back to the store. BTW those jeans were half the price I spent. I will never order online at Nordstrom and may never buy anything else from their store. They need to hold there employees accountable for sending out the wrong items. They said for my hassle they will expedite my shipment next time. Well there won't be a next time. They should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves.
I bought an expensive coat (more than $700) at Nordstrom recently and when I opened the box, I found a plastic bag in a thin big box without any cushion or any bubble wrap.
I also found the coat/jacket in a opened/teared plastic bag, and found that the another side of the plastic bag was tied by hand. (please see the attached file).
Maybe they just sent the jacket, which someone opened/returned, to me.
I could not believe that they sent me an expensive jacket in that way. (If I got it as discounted item or something, maybe I understood it.)
I returned the coat because it's little short and also I don't feel comfortable to use it.
I will try to place order at Nordstrom as less as possible in the future because of such this bad experience.
If they use a shipping company called Lasership, you will not receive your package. Go ahead and request a refund. Lasership is ran by morons and thiefs. Nordstrom must care more about saving a dollar than protecting their reputation using a trash company like Lasership to deliver to customers.
I received an email from Nordstrom Rack saying an order I placed December 7 for some slippers was shipped on December 10, but here it is December 21 and they still have not arrived. I looked at the tracking information and the package sat in the Nordstrom Rack warehouse for 7 days before it was even picked up by UPS, and is now scheduled for delivery Christmas Eve. I figured UPS Ground was satisfactory when ordering as early as I did, especially since I sent a package cross country to my son that got there in 7 days. I was hoping to see the quality of the gift before I give it to my wife on Christmas morning. Now I won't have time to replace them if they are not satisfactory. Thank God this isn't the only gift I got her. I have yet to receive a response from customer service from an inquiry I sent in last week. Avoid this store! There are better places to shop.
If you need to invest on jewelry, expensive bags, and any exclusive thing, Nordstrom is the right place to do it. They care about your satisfaction and the importance to keep your stuffs always in the best conditions. This is why they offer you the exclusive guarantee that no other place does. Do not waste your money at any other store but Nordstrom.
I made a purchase and reached out to customer service to report missing package. They reply to me replacement and refund will be denied. I requested a call and the lady on the phone told me should make a better decision to shop in store instead of shopping online if my address is unsafe for packages to come! Everyone's address is safe and no one is expect their packages to be missing! Instead of hearing my concern she blame my address to be the problem and that the ups driver does not need to hand the package to the customer because they don't got time and signature is not required. Worst experience shopping at Nordstrom and I will never come back again. I WARN everyone if you shop online you better have a security or else you will not get the item and you will not get your money back!
My daughter and I went to the pre-sale at Nordstrom Bellevue last night and it was busy and chaotic. We shopped in several departments, one being shoes. We were just looking for workout shoes for my daughter when we met Tyler, a very friendly, charismatic young salesclerk. He showed my daughter several pairs of workout shoes and several heels. It was towards closing time and Tyler was still helpful and bringing items out. He gave good product knowledge and also offered us water, so nice after a long hot day. It was a refreshing experience, he cared about our needs and gave us many choices. We ended up buying two pair of workout shoes, 1 pair heels, and a non sale pair of flip-flops. Wow four pairs of shoes and we may go back for boots. Tyler made the difference and was very patient! If you go into Nordstrom for shoes visit Tyler you won't be disappointed!
It was a bad service
I wanted to use the 40% off but code but then the system somehow didn't apply it and I was charged full price. I tried to cancel or modify my order within seconds after receiving the confirmation email
I wore this the same day I got it and received a compliment immediately. I like how the sleeves are a little longer down to above the elbow. This will come in handy when buildings crank up the AC during the summer months!
I've been purchasing items online from Nordstrom for years now and I love that they have free shipping on all orders. I've noticed on the past 3 orders that they now are charging an amount when you place your order and another "recalculated" amount once it ships out, so they charge your card twice and then you have to wait for your funds to be made back available in about 5days. What in the world is this? So every time I place an order I have to make sure I have double the amount available for any purchase I make? That's bull $#*!! I expected more from Nordstrom and this makes no sense. I won't be buying anything online anymore and I hope for their own sake that this method of online charging changes!
I placed an online order for a Nicole Miller dress, and it was processed and everything. Only to get an email later to say the order was cancelled because their system basically orders more than what is actually in stock. I spent over a month looking for a dress for my ten year wedding anniversary only to get a mere "apologies," an NO type of compensation whatsoever KNOWING that there's obviously a glitch in their system. Very BAD customer service Nordstrom! I expected better from you guys.

Since I am on here, I think I should write a short review for Nordstrom as I shop at Nordstrom on a weekly basis. Three things I really love from my shopping experiences with Nordstrom, free shipping, free alteration service (if you are level 4 and up) and hassle free return policy. Their customer service is not the best but definitely should be rated as one of the best.
I ordered some leather joggers online but I was able to pick them up at Nordstorms in Dallas. They literally had my pants ready the next day for pick up.My pants looked exactly like the picture. This is one of my places to shop online.
I will forever shop at Nordstrom. For one thing free shipping is awesome and I appreciate it so much since I live in Alaska and we don't ever get free shipping off other sites. Bought two pairs of jeans from topshop... both pairs have ripped in the same place... will certainly think twice before I purchase anymore from here... not cheap either for nearly £ 40 pound a pair. I would suggest searching for any new website or business which can provide better, for now, i am using brandcruz.com they are far better than this guz.
My wife and I are big fans of on-line shopping; my guestimate is that with the exception food, we make 95% of our purchases there. We've purchased cars (carmax), pets (our adorable dogs), appliances (home depot), books (kindle), clothing (nordstroms et al) and etc. So, our review of Nordstroms comes with a fair degree of experience. In fact, I'm fairly certain that they count on her patronage. First the Pros: Generally high quality merchandise, a larger selection than found in the store, shop 24/7, easy comparison shopping, great customer service,(you can actually talk to someone), quick delivery, free shipping, free and easy returns (the items come with a return label). Now the Cons: I can't think of any, although they can do serious damage to ones credit limit!
Warning: if you order from Nordstrom. Com you better have three weeks to wait to receive your item because shipping takes forever.
AND the reviews on the website for products are all positive or neutral. You will never see a bad review and you will never be able to post one. If you are unhappy with the quality of the item you order and you write a review on their site they will never post it. So don't trust their reviews.
I ordered a few items at a deep discount and absolutely love them all! I have a difficult to fit figure (rather apple shaped) and very few summer tops and dresses look good on me, but I get compliments on all of these items every time I wear them! Since I love them so much, I have no advice for ease of returns...

Answer: I have bought a fair number of designer handbags and sunglasses from Nordstrom. In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
