I have 4 dogs and go through a lot of food, plus I like to buy a month's worth at a time. I love the ease of ordering from Chewy - no more going from specialty store to specialty store to find the variety of brands I like to use and then having to schlep all of it out to the car and then from the car into the house when I get home. My Chewy order is delivered to my front door and all I have to do is bring it inside. Chewy carries ALL of the brands I like, pricing is good, I know when my order will arrive and I have yet to have anything back-ordered. I gave them 4 stars only the because their packaging isn't very good and inevitably I wind up with dented cans.
I've been buying from Netrition for years and have recommended them numerous times to others. It is THE place to go for low carb food - they seem to carry just about everything and all at excellent prices. I've also purchased supplements that often beat Costco prices and I appreciate the thorough information Netrition provides (do check out their information section - so much great info). Reliable service, an easy to use website, great pricing and very reasonable flat rate shipping for smaller orders or free shipping for orders over $99.
I've used Tommie Copper knee braces for years and loved them - still do - but ordering directly from the company is a rip-off. My last order was placed with expedited shipping, for which I paid $14.95 extra. It took over two weeks to get my order. I phoned customer service and spoke with a rude woman who argued with me about the expedited shipping until she saw that I had indeed paid for it. No apology, she just said she would credit the shipping cost. I still have not received the credit. This is the second time this has happened! This makes me sad as I do love their knee braces.
Typical of these clothing companies from China - you never get half the stuff you order and getting proper and full refunds is challenging at best. I was hoping NewChic was better than Banggood and Zullily...but no, it's just as bad as the rest of them. I placed an order and over 2 weeks later I get an email telling me that every single item on my order is out of stock. They charge you IN FULL as soon as you place the order, and then it takes weeks to get a refund. I still haven't seen the refund due me from NewChic, so I'm hoping I don't get ripped off.

I live about 50 miles from the nearest Nordstroms so I love to shop online and Nordstroms makes it so easy with free shipping and free returns. Plus I can find styles and sizes that may not be in the physical store. I've never had a problem and if by chance, I'll be near the store I can opt to make my returns in person. The website is easy to navigate and their search platform works very well. It all makes for a great shopping experience.
I live in a rural mountain area and that means no access to things like cable televion. Thank goodness for Netflix! I love them for being able to order movies on disk delivered to my mailbox and now that we finally have some almost decent internet, I have become hooked on their great original programming - Luther, Stranger Things, Frontier, The Crown and on and on. We've been with Netflix since day one. It's the go-to in our house and a whole lot cheaper than pay-per-view on DirecTV.
You're on your own here - no support from the company and no way to get in contact with anyone. You can write, you can leave messages (they do not monitor phones) , but no one will get back with you. And you cannot rely on ratings (for sellers or buyers) as Mercari will simply post them for you without your knowledge. I was without power (and thus, no internet) for days due to a weather emergency and wasn't able to quickly post a rating on an order, so Mercari simply did it for me with no idea how or what happened with the order. Dishonest! This is a direct quote from the email Mercari sent me: "Rating provided to Seller
Looks like we didn't receive your rating for the item listed below, so we've updated the transaction on your behalf!" And then they turned around and gave me a negative rating. For what? Failure to leave a rating within 7 days? Gee...sorry the electric company turned off power to 20,000 people and I happened to be one of them. I will never do business with them again.

Trying to call about an order. Still on hold....it's been over 90 minutes. I doubt they'll answer, but I figure I'll leave the phone on speaker while I work just to see if they ever do. They have my order on hold waiting for vet approval but have not acknowledged that they already received it so my order is not being processed. I have written to them with no results either. I'm leaving town on an extended trip and I need these meds to leave with my pet sitter. This is no way to do business.
