Was not informed shipping was from China, or I would never have ordered. Never again. Would I order from this company

I ordered the seat belt attachments for my 2 dogs and they are great. Just what i expected. Arrived promptly

You order one thing from the websites picture and they send you something completely different I ordered some outdoor lights and they sent me those twinkle lights from the 99 cent store that come with a very thin wire to put in a vase in weddings! Absolutely rip offs! 28 dollars for three! Lol I have bought these in the past at the 99 cent store!

I bought products from Next Deal Shop for the first time. Having been stung by shonky online/ Facebook "companies", I was hesitant but really wanted some of their products for gifts for my family and friends. I purchased products and, upon arrival, one of the products was broken. I was thinking "Here we go again! At least these products have arrived at my door, I guess."
I got in touch with Next Deal Shop with photos and other relevant information. To my surprise, they were timely in their response, asked a few simple questions and replaced the broken items in a timely manner... no postage costs to me!
Products and information about their construction materials were not quite what I expected but in saying that, were not so far away from the description to be dishonest.

I ordered these glow in the dark "pebbles" for a path at my cottage. They arrived before the estimated deliver date. They work as advertised. I'm going to order more for another area.

It was much smaller than portrayed in the photo. While the dimensions were listed (in hindsight), the photo provided for perspective clearly implied it was much larger.

I bought the glass plant waterers (in the shape of birds) and one was broken on arrival. Just received the replacement. All I had to do was provide photos on of the broken one and arrangements were made to send a new one.

I love the security you get with the rollers. One roll over information you don't want seen is totally obscured. I love these and highly recommend, saves lots of shredding.

You know how one is when you purchase from a business online…are they legit…will i get my product…will it be what i bought. Well i took the plunge and said what the heck, I wasn't spending much, so if it didn't work out not a big loss…lesson learned. So after several weeks i received the item i had purchased and was very pleased. I now have made about 20 purchases nand have not been let down. This business is legit and provides the product you purchase and it is delivered in a timely fashion.
