I ordered 2 items from the Next Deal site & when I received them, one of the items was not made right. I contacted the site via my email from them when the order was sent out. I received a reply asking for a picture. I resent my email with a picture of the incorrectly made item. Again I received an email stating they would make it right & have sent another replacement of the item out.
I am very satisfied with their customer service and have no worries about ordering again!

I was so disappointed that the solar firecracker light I ordered didn't work. I emailed Next Deal Shop and they promptly responded and sent me a new light. It looks amazing in my garden! What a cool product. I only wish I could afford more of them.

I have been very happy with everything I have ordered from This company until I ordered DIY lamp shades. I tried to get hold of you company but could not get any answer! Being 70 years old and very shaky hands and very poor eyesight that I could not use the DIY SHADES, I was unable to get an address to send them back or a shipping label but I could not get no response so I threw them in the garbage, I was very disappointed because they weren't cheap. Up until then, I have been extremely satisfied with all my orders. I cannot send photos because I threw them away. I couldn't send proof of purchase because there was no invoice or order form in box!

I had doubts when I bought my lights for my garden but was quickly surprised and at awe to see the beauty they display with alternate change of colors. I must also say that the customer service received was very professional. I will definitely order more for myself and a gifts. I recommend you use this company for your solar light display.

I was surprised how large the purple butterflies were, but I love them! Very pretty lit up at night!

This product looks awesome! Placed where the sun hits it and its a kalidescope of colour all over my room.

I bought 12-15 sets of the waterfall led lights which the company shows as outdoor lighting. Over the last 2 years half the sets have stopped work because the plugs are not water tight and moister leaks into the circuitry. They have refused to stand behind the product and continue to advertise them for outdoor use.

I've ordered many times and all my orders have arrived correctly. The products have been exactly what I ordered.

I had trouble with my first order not being delivered, Australian Post said they delivered, some one must have taken it after delivery. Next Deal Shop was happy to redeliver my parcel and it arrived in a timely manner and safe. Thank you
