We purchased 3 x warm white twinkle lights (solar powered). The first batch got lost in transit. The company were awesome and immediately sent another 3 boxes, which arrived quickly. They couldn't do enough for me, I was pleasantly surprised at their high customer care level!
The lights looked amazing, so we ordered 5 more, which came through quickly and are fantastic. Neighbours have said how wowed they are at how our twinkle light tree looks.
I can see a lot of people are saying the products they purchased are no good, perhaps that has been their unfortunate experience, but my experience with both the products and the customer service has honestly been amazing. I'd say it's been the best online shopping experience I've had and I'm supremely happy with the twinkle lights.
Items take awhile to get here but the lights are working well. I have bought 5 lights in all. Three separate orders. I put them in a Southside location so they get plenty of sun to charge each day.

We bought 2 sets of dandelion solar LED lights. Strung them up, and they worked for the first night. Second night wouldn't work. Tried every possible configuration to ensure they were getting proper charge. One set has never worked again, while the other sporadically works for no apparent reason. Tried to get refund. They asked me tif I wanted a replacement... UM NO, I'VE WASTED ENOUGH OF MY TIME ON YOUR JUNK. They continue to give me the run-around and their last e-mail basically threatened if I don't send them pictures (wasting more of my time) they want me to ship the package back to China. Obviously they know I am not stupid enough to pay for shipping back to China for $40 in lights. This company is pathetic.

I ordered the snow fall led Christmas lights on 2 separate occasions and I received both sets of lights on a timely basis. I have not used them yet, but am looking forward to December so that I can put them up. I also purchased several small items with the first order and have been happy with them.

I placed an order on 08/06/18, was immediately sent a confirmation, and within a few days had a tracking number. The item came from China and was in my mailbox yesterday, 08/15/18! I ordered an off the shoulder striped top, and I absolutely LOVE it! Good quality, fit, and SO darn cute! I will definitely purchase other items in the future... thanks #nextdealshop!

I have received several responses from Thomas B. I have replied providing the information he has requested, to no avail. I was asked to provide order number information. I copy pasted that information from my PayPal transactions and emailed it using the "contact us" button on the website for NextDeal Shop. Received a reply asking for my email information to look for my order. Then why ask for the order number. You should have my email information from the numerous emails I sent. Also, they most definitely have my email as I receive daily promotional emails from them. Still trying to get a refund.

Order 7 fence post lights. Never received a shipment notice. Contacted cc company to cancel order. Suddenly I received a shipment notice. Now 3 of the 7 lights are not working. Again tried to contact them, no response. Again, called cc company, still no response from Next Deal. Would never buy anything from them again. Terrible customer service and substandard products.
They promote outdoor solar lights but they don't last. When I asked for replacement after only using it for less than 3 months, they said their warranty is only for 60 days and offered a 20% discount to buy another one (what a joke). Obviously they know their products are crap as they only expect it to last 60 days (but also takes about 30 days to get to you).

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM www.nextdealshop.com. They are a fraudulently advertised website and they are based in China. Their prices are a rip off and shipping took 3 weeks. I have cancelled my order within 10 minutes of placing and they replied after 14 hours later saying it was too late because they shipped already. I insisted I didn't want the shipment and asked for a refund but they shipped to me anyway. I didn't get the order until 3 weeks later because it was shipped from China. I asked to return the products for a refund and they kept dancing around and offering me future discounts. Finally, they told me that I need to ship back to China at my own cost! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and file complaints via Better Business Bureau. There is no "real customer service" to answer phone calls because they don't even have a number and they only answer emails during their day time in China. You will never get your money back once you placed the order. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

We bought 4 Solar-Powered Glass Brick Path Light within weeks the first one failed after 2 months - the second and within 4 months the third failed. When I wrote to the supplier they said they were out of warranty. The Solar-Powered Glass Brick Path Light are very expensive and very poor quality. Dont waste your money.

They advertise on Facebook many beautiful things that lure you in to their site. My advice... don't go there! I ordered solar powered string lights for my backyard deck. When fully charged the lights were so dim, it didnt even illuminate the steps enough to see there were steps! When I emailed the company and told them I want to return, they asked me to "video tape" the product.?! And they asked me to check for missing parts, and assured me they can help to make it better. I just wanted to return it because its a crappy product! Finally after 4 emails they agreed to let me return and gave me an address in CHINA!
So I have to ship these $25 string lights to CHINA for a refund?! Pretty sure the shipping would cost more than the product itself! Now Im stuck with a product that doesn't work and I'm out $25. What a rip off! Stay away from this company. You'll only be disappointed!
I bought the solar fountain It was hard to start and then you had to re-start it. Then it just completely fell apart. $40 for nothing!
I also bought the wide angle solar motion sensor security light. You need to hard mount it and there is a button in the back that you press off 1, 2, 3 and of course they don't tell you what they mean and you cannot change them once screwed in.
Glad President Trump put tariffs on China because this is pure junk! They should stick to fireworks!
