I have bought several items from Newfrog and all have been good quality, and worked real well, matter of fact, I'm still using everything I bought from them. And their prices are really low compared to local prices
As the site title says it is one of the best shopping sites for "new" and exclusive gadget, usually if I'm looking for anything I start with newfrog.com and I always find more than what I'm lokking for. This site provides a rich experience for any shopper and you can always shop with confidence.

All items purchased were as described and in great condition - well packed for overseas delivery. All items delivered within the advertised timeframe. Great service
I purchased item *******, it operates with AAA batteries. It only works for about 30 min in the high mode then you need to replace batteries. Also item ******* which operates with external power adaptor or AAA batteries. It turns ON but nothing happens when you select strong or weak mode. So far New frog will not refund for these items.
I purchased compass SD-1702 sku ******* it was worthless very very inaccurate, unusable. I purchased dash camera sku ******* it said it displays night vision use, it does not display anything at night the display is black. It only works in good sunlight.
Flashlights SKU ******* do not work, more than they do work,, they constantly turn on and off when your use or move the flashlight the problem is the battery holder is smaller than the inner flashlight case and the battery holder is constantly moving around in the flashlight loosing connection. Once it does work it is a very bright light until you move it. It usually turns ON if you point the flashlight upward. Then it will turn OFF if you move it horizontal or downward.
The above items I would give less one star rating..
I have bought about 10-12 items off newfrog. The prices were very good and every item was received. If the item is not in stock, count on 6 weeks delivery time, but why hurry? An honest mob to deal with.
The site was attractive because of the good prices. After receiving some purchases, however, I realized they also had quality merchandise. Another consideration was that they have unique items not available widely.
For all the items I purchased from you I have never had a problem. The battery booster I bought saved me more then I paid for it when my headlights were left on. All the items were free shipping and that is awesome. Thank You
I have started shopping from NewFrog five years ago. I have never encountered any problems: the goods are always as described, they always arrive in good time, allowing for the specified time ( being an international buyer) and the price is always lower than for similar products.
This company is very affordable and good products available.
I'm convinced that the negative reviews are true and therefore you have to be very careful, but with me everything went well, without problems.
Because an item was not available, they asked me to refund it and they actually did this quickly.
It took some weeks for the package to arrive (standard airmail to Europe, no tracking), and therefore I sent an email to the customer service. I got a fairly quick and good response about the date when they sent the package and that it can take up to 30 days.
The lesser was that one of the items I ordered (a decent looking flashlight) already became useless within 3 weeks while just used it 3 or 4 times (button mechanism broke and too difficult too repair).
I have dealt with Newfrog both in their ebay store Allieexpress and newfrog.com
Over the past couple of years I have bought many things from them. I have never had an issue either with service or with items. Quite simply, Newfrog is the best company I have dealt with and I will continue to do so as long as I am able
