As the site title says it is one of the best shopping sites for "new" and exclusive gadget, usually if I'm looking for anything I start with newfrog.com and I always find more than what I'm lokking for. This site provides a rich experience for any shopper and you can always shop with confidence.
Everything I have purchased was really inexpensive. Shipment is quick! The items I have bought arrived in Great shape. If I am in the the market for something I go here first to look for the item. It the best place to look for electronic and home use items. Thanks!

Cheap quality crap!
Picture looks nothing like picture they show... I wasted many hours making it andno one knew what it was so in the garbage it went. Emailed and sent pictures to company and they don't care said what do you expect our stuff is cheap... hope they go out of business
Ordered a product on 26th of March. It is now 21st of May and i am still waiting. When i contact them all they say is be patient and wait some more. Well i am over waiting and want my money back. So I am not happy and will never deal with them again

I purchased a car GPS unit from this company Newfrog. It arrive defective. The company insistent that I return the unit to China. I would never buy from this company again. My recommendation is Negative.
I bought a spy camera. It does not work when connected to a computer, an error message appears indicating that the device is not recognized by the Pcs. Newfrog client service asked me to film the problem! I did what I could. After a long exchange of mails they do not want to exchange the product for another one but instead offering me $ 20.00 refund and to keep a device that does not work. I keep insisting that the device does not work, they asked me to read the instructions!
If I return the product, all this after tons of mails, I am asked to pay for shipping... or the accept $ 20.00 and keep a defective product. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A HEADACHE!
My item should have been shipped within 2 day but it wasn´t days they shipped it weeks after I placed the order they also shipped with a slower alternative than the one I picked in order for the parcel to arrive on time.
Ny event was Ochtober 27th. I ordered this september 27th If they would have shipped and it took the longest time they said it would it would be 22 days. And the parcel would have arrived in time for the event. Now it didn´t.
Now I hace no use for the projector... so that is 82 USD down the drain.

Once you send them a comment on Facebook they block you from posting comments for the public to see!
Did not receive my purchased items, but they sure enough billed my VISA for it. Disappointed indeed. Just TWO BRASS bike bells for $8.34 is all I wanted. Hope this can be rectified with items or refund! Still working on it yet they do NOT provide a direct PHONE NUMBER, everything is online. I know it's just $8.34 but that's not the point! NOT HAPPY RIGHT NOW!
I placed an order with this company on May 3,2014. I never received my order. I sent several emails to this company only to be told it would be resolved. After still not receiving my order was then told that they would give me a half refund for my order to be returned when the order was received. When I told them that I only wanted my stuff was then told that I needed to send them money not only for my unreceived order but for a tracking order that was never provided in the first place! Please DO NOT place any orders with this fraudulant company!

Never received this item, after 2 months. Emailed newfrog.com sales with my order#, never got a reply.

Got it the next day after i wrote this review. Ordered Dec 29-15 got it Feb 22-16.

Have dealt with Newfrog for many years, only had one faulty item which was replaced straight away, a great company and cannot be beaten on both prices and service

They given me an email with one tracking number that was the same tracking numer for an eBay order maked on (best-for-sell eBay store)
This company is fraud.
My friends bought some makeup kits from these site last month, is cheap, the package was lost, they sent a new package as compensation, the service is good.

I have 4 different items I have been shorted or was defective that I have made them aware of without getting a definite response on what New Frog plans on doing about it! I have a bicycle bell that was shorted about 6 months ago I have yet to receive! (Cost less than $2). I was sent a "SCREW", yes a screw instead of a winter head band that cost less than $2 they won't recognize as a mistake which hasn't been taken care of. I ordered a Gillette Mach III Razor along with 4 extra blades. I received the blades but not the razor and haven't been told if or when they were going to send the razor. The total for these items was less than $3. Finally, I purchased an Electric Razor for $21 that won't hold a charge. They say they will take care of it, but as of now, I haven't received it!
My point with this company is they offer and sell items very cheap, but they rarely deliver what is ordered. I'm talking 4 items with an out of pocket cost of less than $30. If they will lie and cheat about merchandise that costs so little, what would happen if you bought something with real value? For $30, they can shove all 4 items up their you know what and I'm done doing business with Chinese Companies! I've gotten egg-foo-yung on my face and they've cheated me for the very last time! Stay away from New Frog.com!
Total scam company DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE... their "customer service" simply runs you round and round and round until you give up. They also make sure they run out the clock on PayPal disputes. I never got my goods, and NEARLY lost my cash until Paypal came to the table and sortedd it with a refund...
